At the heart of our Youth Employment Program & Impact Hiring initiative is a bold vision, to empower young individuals from underprivileged backgrounds to achieve self-reliance. Our multifaceted objectives revolve around arming these youth with skills aligned with market demands, creating sustainable livelihoods, refining crucial soft skills, and equipping them for the dynamic work environment.

Guiding each young person towards their unique path, our program offers personalized job counseling by skilled experts. This guidance directs them towards further skill enhancement or suitable placements, taking into account their current abilities and aspirations.

Our curriculum spans diverse courses, including ITeS and Web/Mobile Applications, alongside foundational training in English, life skills, and workplace readiness. In anticipation of tomorrow's job landscape, we also delve into emerging IT fields like Big Data Analytics and Cloud Computing.

Our pivotal goal is realized through robust placement support, facilitating connections between our skilled youth and pertinent job roles. By networking with potential employers, crafting resumes, hosting job fairs, and conducting mock interviews, we ensure tangible pathways to success. The impact is undeniable - 9,057 students trained, and 900+ placed across multiple locations underscoring the efficacy of our comprehensive approach to skill-building and employment generation.

Under the umbrella of Impact Hiring, we confront the pressing issue of unemployment among marginalized communities and youth. The Impact Hiring Program's ultimate goal is to positively impact the lives of 8000 underprivileged individuals across India, contributing to the country's youth employment landscape and promoting inclusivity and diversity. The program's implementation spans six locations in India, namely Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and NCR- Gurgaon. Our commitment extends to offering direct employability support and job placements, accompanied by online training sessions to ensure adaptability to evolving job market dynamics. Ultimately, our program serves as a transformative bridge towards a more inclusive, empowered, and equitable future, where every individual's potential is not only realized but celebrated.
