From May 19 to June 10, 2025, Nirmaan’s leadership team undertook a three-week tour of the Bay Area, Seattle, and Dallas chapters in the USA.
The visit deepened ties with the Indian diaspora, activated local chapters, opened new CSR/ESG pathways, and aligned new collaborations with Nirmaan’s Theory of Change (a lifelong impact model that supports individuals from school to livelihood through three pillars: Educate, Empower, and Give Back) to strengthen our global impact.

Onboarded 2 USA Advisory Board Members and mobilized HNIs, grassroots donors, and youth contributors to support projects in their hometowns.
16 girls sponsored under the Super 30 campaign; recurring donor and volunteer interest sparked through Nirmaan Impact Circle.

Providing youth with employable skills

May 27, 2025
On May 27, the Seattle Chapter hosted a successful dinner meetup, bringing together over 20 dedicated members and supporters of Nirmaan USA. The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and exciting ideas for future collaboration.
During three-day visit to Seattle, Nirmaan team also met with corporate leaders to explore potential partnerships. The response was very encouraging, signaling strong growth opportunities for the Seattle Chapter.
June 1, 2025
The Dallas Chapter organized a Social Impact Circle event, engaging 40+ members from the Indian diaspora. The highlight was the successful fundraising for the Super 30 campaign, where donors pledged sponsorships for 16 girl students pursuing higher education.
The event also sparked interest in SWASHA's women artisan-made gift boxes and opened new donor and volunteer channels for ongoing support.
June 7, 2025
The Bay Area chapter hosted a successful meetup, bringing together 40 dedicated supporters in the place where the Super 30 idea was first born.
The team officially distributed roles and responsibilities among chapter members and showcased SWASHA products created by women artisans.

As part of the BITSync 2025 event, Nirmaan USA team set up a dedicated outreach stall and engaged with BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) alumni, faculty, and students, including Prof. Rao Gopal, Vice Chancellor of BITS Pilani.
The team showcased key campaigns like Super 30, Swasha, and the Nirmaan Impact Circle, while introducing the vision of Janmabhoomi, Gnanabhoomi, and Karmabhoomi.
