I am Shashank Varma, student of BITS Hyderabad. I have been doing my internship in Nirmaan Organization since July. I am working on the development of an E-commerce website called “Swasha” which helps women working at VTC centers of Nirmaan to sell their products online.
I am incredibly delighted to be a part of the Nirmaan Organization. My internship period at Nirmaan taught me a lot of things. It helped me gain knowledge in various technologies I hadn’t had the opportunity to learn before. I have gained immense experience from working with the technical team here. Apart from the technical work, I have had the chance to participate in various field trips and deeply understand the kind of work the organization has been doing.
The office is a highly welcoming place where all the staff work together as a family. I am thrilled to be a part of such a family. The organization’s noble objective of creating a knowledge-driven and economically empowered society is highly admirable. I am very grateful to the organization for giving me this opportunity to be involved in such a fantastic social cause. I thank our CEO, Mayur, for establishing such a welcoming workplace and work culture.
