Kalla Lakshmi Narayana is a native of Bheemunipatnam which is 50km away from Visakhapatnam. His
father, Laxman, works as a coolie on daily wages. His mother, Raju, is a housewife. He used to come for
training every day all the way from Bheemunipatnam (up and down 100km). When he joined the
training, he had no idea about Computers and his English was also not that good to get a job. After
joining the training, he polished his Computer and English speaking skills. Today, he is working with
one of the renowned Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, a pharma company, as a Chemist with a salary of 16675/-
. Now, he takes care of his house and asked his father to stay back at home as he has taken the
