Dasari Sai Pranay Chandra is from a nuclear family, where his father is a private employee, and his mother is a homemaker, one of the beneficiaries has directed Dasari Sai Pranay Chandra to join ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET, to enhance his skills.
During his training, Dasari Sai Pranay Chandra promoted his potential and positive behavior, showed excellent dedication in acquiring knowledge about the ITES-BPO, and amended his English which uplifted his spirit. Dasari Sai Pranay Chandra had bagged his first job as Voice Process Executive in OM Capital with C.T.C of Rs.1,20,000/-p.a.
