  • Finding out the placement requirements from the market/industr
  • Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements
  • Participating in Admission Selection interviews
  • Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules
  • Taking Personal Counselling’s to students
  • Documentation works
  • Accompanying students while participating in interviews
  • Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students)

Essential Skills:

1. Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu)
2. Good Team player
3. Ability to handle and place the students
4. Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry
5.Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on a regular basis

Education Qualification :

Graduate or Post Graduate
MBA (HR) is preferred

Preferred Experience :

2+ years of experience as a Placements officer into IT Industry
