In this session, the volunteers from HSBC shared information on gender equality. They also stressed the fact that there is no work that women cannot do. Nowadays, women can do any work in any field. There are women workers in all fields, like firefighters, nurses, personal security, big factories, and washing centers to name a few. Women have the right to live as they want and dress as they want. All this was said in this session. This session instilled confidence among the women beneficiaries. All the women beneficiaries thanked# HSBC volunteers and# Nirmaan organization for the motivational session.
