- Our mission is to help LGBTQI+ individuals thrive by providing training and mentorship , enabling them to excel as skilled professionals and successful entrepreneurs.
- We aim to remove obstacles to employment and entrepreneurship, making our economy more diverse and our LGBTQI+ community more inclusive
- In the financial year 2022-2023, we impacted 170 beneficiaries in Telangana, and for the financial year 2023-2024, our mission is to reach and empower 80 more individuals, continuing our commitment to positive change in the region.
OUR PROGRAMS
Hope in a Cup
A café exclusively run by the LGBTQI+ community to everyone. It extends a warm embrace to everyone who walks through its doors, fostering an environment of inclusivity and celebration of diversity.
Skill centers
Empower individuals with crafting skills, particularly in cotton and jute bags, and offer them opportunities to set up stalls at donor and corporate offices, receiving enthusiastic support. Our upcoming e-commerce platform, SWASHA , will further expand their reach by offering a virtual marketplace for their handcrafted goods.
Mental health
Prioritize emotional well-being and tackle issues like trauma, abuse, and violence, utilizing diverse treatment methods to promote healing and recovery. Promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion in professional workplaces and education, creating meaningful opportunities for participation in all aspects of society.
