Women beneficiaries of the HSBC Technology supported Women Empowerment, Skilling, and
Livelihood Support Center undertook baseline skill assessments in tailoring, beautician, and ITes trades
at Fateh Nagar (Main Center) and Suraram Colony (Satellite Center). The baseline assessments were
done under the supervision of Saritha and Swapna (Tailoring Skill Trainers) and Jyothi (Beautician Skill
Trainer).
The project aims to empower 500 women (18 to 40 years) including PwDs, commercial sex workers, and
LGBTQ+ in FY 2022-2023 from underprivileged communities in and around Fateh Nagar through skilling,
placement, and business support.
