Job Description
Requirements:
- Conduct needs assessment/ field surveys of communities and areas in and around Hyderabad, or as required
- Plan and execute approved incubation programs and ensure timely and effective implementation
- Ensure proper documentation of the various activities and programs
Liaison with relevant stakeholders like local govt. authorities, influencers etc. - Collaborate with other teams in Nirmaan for building more effective programs
Provide inputs on-field insights and demands
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of MS office (word, excel, and ppt)
- 2.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
3. Fluent in Telugu and English
Education Qualifications:
At least a graduate degree
Preferred Experience:
– 3+ years experience in crowd fundraising, preferably in education or employability sectors.
