Conducted an activity-based one-to-one session on building confidence while speaking for the new batch of trainees. The session went very well and all the trainees participated with a lot of enthusiasm and interest.
Due to the session, Many trainees could overcome their fear of public speaking and started enjoying speaking with each other in the English language even if they are attempting some words with wrong in pronunciation. They were clarified with the correct usage and pronunciation. Hence, it was an overall interactive session.
