Coding Initiative Program, the next level of computer literacy, is a well-structured way to introduce children to the technology needs of society and to meet the needs of employment and this is emphasized by the Sustainable Development Goal 4(SDG 4) called Quality Education.Goal-5 (SDG 5) which emphasizes “Gender Equality” is also given equal importance. It aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”. Thus, technology will play a very important role in the future of inclusive and quality education. A coding technology class would also help them gain a greater understanding of how technology is designed and how software serves as the medium for triggering all of a device’s capabilities. The role of government bodies is paramount in promoting such initiatives for  children

A. Goal:

The overall goal of the program is to provide training in computational programming and
coding for students of Government Schools of Telangana.

B. Objectives:

● To engage the students in improving their learning outcomes through computational
thinking and critical thinking.
● To bridge the gap between archaic curriculum and job market-driven curriculum.
● To prepare the students on future technologies for the benefit of society.
● To equip a child with the skills that are needed for employability and entrepreneurship
to use technology as part of their overall employment.
