Cigniti took another important step towards community development through our CSR initiative, #ProjectCignificance. Today, we proudly inaugurated an upskilling center to support 100 young women from underprivileged backgrounds at TTWREIS in the presence of our CFO, Krishnan Venkatachary along with our leadership team: Urmila Markili, Symu Koul, Venkatesh Kovvuri, Sajid Khan, and Midhun Pingili; Founder and CEO from Nirmaan Mayur Patnala, and senior members from HYSEA Neeraja Vijender and Shanti Devulapalli.
The project aims to bridge the digital divide and provide these young women with various options for complete integration into the mainstream industry and market through specialized training programs leading to gainful employment.
This is the first skill center under the program “Project Udaan: A Skill Development and Employability Initiative” to support tribal girls from rural areas in partnership with Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association and Nirmaan Organization as our Knowledge and Impact Partners.
