VISION :

People with Disability youth gets an opportunity to stand upon their own feet.

OUR OBJECTIVES :

To impact market-oriented skills to persons with disability youth from underprivileged and economically weaker section to generate live hoods out of the skills learnt through placement support.
To improve their soft skills and workplace readiness.

Introduction

This program was initiated with the objective to train the person with disability youth from underprivileged communities as per market requirements and enhance their learning and employment potential and help them achieve their career goals thereby providing the right direction for a better future and improving their quality of life.

Program Description

Need Assessment : BBefore initiation of the project, Nirmaan will conduct a detailed need assessment and area mapping in and around the target location, and this data will form the baseline for the short-term and long-term project planning.
Project Overview : To provide training, counseling and mentoring to youth from under privileged communities. Upon completion of training, the placement officer will work to find the right opportunity with minimum expectation of 70% placement.
Personalized Job Counseling : Dedicated and trained counselors will provide job counseling to all PwD youth who come to the center and direct them to further skilling or placement and requirements.
Skill development : In this Skills center will conduct courses in ITES, Java, Java Script, MSQL, Python, Life Skills, Interview Skills, and office Administration along with foundation courses in English, workplace readiness. The youth will also gain from an exposure to On-The-Job training (OJT). Nirmaan believes in getting youth future ready and will be exploring the emerging fields in IT industry.
Placements Support : Nirmaan will support PwD youth in getting placed in relevant job roles through various activities like networking with potential employers, Resume Building Exercises, Job Fair, Mock Interviews etc.

U.Vinod Kumar, a well educated person as he completed engineering with good marks but totally disappointed with his disability and lack of job he lost self confidence but after joining our centre he got motivation towards career and now he comes regularly to learn the skills and shows confidence.

Suryavamshi Laxmikanth, who is a trainee very enthusiastic person but due to disability and speaking skills lost confidence .After joining Laxmi improved a lot, started communicating with others and also spent the whole day learning the skills.

M. Henry Gilbert, a trainee is a very shy person with fear and lack of confidence joined in our center. Now he interact with all members, speaks politely, and comes regular .He improved his level of confidence.
