We are happy to announce the successful start of Day 3 at hashtag#NSIC2024, which began with a key session focused on Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation, a transformative initiative undertaken by Nirmaan Organization this year. The session was set in motion by Mr. Mayur Patnala, Global CEO and Founder of Nirmaan Organization, alongside senior leadership and board members. The Nirmaan Disaster Team showcased remarkable achievements, highlighting their impactful work in bringing immediate relief and rehabilitation to over 30,000 families affected by unforeseen disasters across eight states in India. Participants, including corporate partners and key dignitaries, witnessed impactful beneficiary videos reflecting how corporate support provided vital hope and aid to disaster victims during times of crisis. The session continued with a keynote address by senior leadership from HYSEA, followed by an impactful fireside chat featuring leaders from UST, State Street, CGI, The Hackett Group Inc., and others. The panel shared their reflections on their collaboration with Nirmaan, emphasizing the power of partnerships in supporting communities during challenging times. Infosys Foundation and Nirmaan Empower Youth with Career Opportunities in Chennai

Our CSR partner, Infosys Foundation, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization as its executive partner, successfully organized a series of impactful events for our beneficiaries of Youth Employment Program, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in December 2024. The first event, held on December 11, 2024, at Cognizant, Thoraipakkam, was an exclusive session on “Work Readiness, Interview Preparation, Resume Writing, and LinkedIn Profile Handling,". Conducted by Cognizant Outreach, this session catered to 43 aspiring professionals seeking job opportunities or pursuing their final year of studies. The second event, a job drive on December 20th, 2024, at the Guindy Employment Office, connected 45 enthusiastic candidates with 5 HR representatives from leading companies. Through an engaging interview process, 14 candidates were successfully shortlisted for further rounds. The third event, another job drive on December 28th, 2024, at our Youth Employment Center, supported by Infosys in Arumbakkam/Koyambedu, focused exclusively on placements with MMC Infotech. The session featured an informative orientation by the HR team, detailing job roles, work shifts, and job descriptions. Out of 40 participants, 8 candidates were shortlisted for the next stages of the hiring process. This initiative showcased Infosys Foundation's dedication to empowering individuals by facilitating career opportunities and professional growth. Nirmaan Organization looks forward to further collaborating with Infosys Foundation, to create many more impactful employment opportunities for aspiring professionals.

Lingala Lift Irrigation Project Inaugurated to Empower Farmers

Lingala, Andhra Pradesh – December 6, 2024: ADAMA India Pvt Ltd., in collaboration with local authorities and nirmaan.org, proudly inaugurated the renovated Lingala Lift Irrigation Project in Lingala, Nandyala District, Andhra Pradesh. This significant project is set to transform the agricultural landscape in the region, providing over 2000 farmers across Lingala, Nagampalli, Kokkerancha, and Edhurupadu villages with consistent access to water for their crops. The event saw active participation from over 30 volunteers, all contributing their time and effort to make the project a success. Empowering young minds: Micron Foundation and Nirmaan reach 800+ students

We are excited to share that together Micron Foundation and with Nirmaan Organization, have reached over 800 students across Hyderabad through remarkable events in November- December 2024. - On November 5, 50 passionate Micron volunteers led a transformative session on “Being Safe in the Digital Age & Interpersonal Communication Skills”, empowering 221 students with the knowledge to navigate the digital world safely and communicate effectively. - On November 27, 7 Micron volunteers conducted an engaging activity at ZPHS Ganesh Nagar School, inspiring 150 students to embrace sustainability in their daily lives through interactive discussions and practical examples. - On November 28 at ZPHS Kothaguda School, 40 dedicated volunteers transformed the day for 430 students. The event included the distribution of sports kits, books, and stationery, career guidance for 10th-grade students, and snacks for younger students, creating a joyful and inspiring experience. - On December 6th, 2024, Micron office in Hyderabad became a hub of inspiration and joy as books and stationery kits were distributed to 45 students of KGBV Jinnaram School, ensuring they had the essential tools to succeed academically. During the program, female volunteers shared their inspiring career journeys, encouraging the young girls to dream big and aim high in their own futures. Nirmaan and Firstsource host health camp, benefiting 382 individuals

On December 1, 2024, Firstsource, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, hosted a free multi-specialty health camp at the Municipal Office in Thumukunta and Devar Yamjal. A total of 382 individuals, including 12 children and 370 adults, benefited from essential healthcare services. The camp featured six specialists: Pediatrics, Gynecology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Family Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. A total of 146 General Physician visits, 20 Pediatric check-ups, 104 Gynecology consultations, and more were provided, along with 205 lab tests for comprehensive diagnostics. Special thanks to the 20 volunteers who made this initiative possible and to Firstsource for their unwavering support in providing healthcare to underserved communities.

Transforming Lives, One School at a Time At Nirmaan Organization, we believe that every child deserves a safe and healthy learning environment. With the generous support of Vivifi India Finance Pvt Ltd and facilitation by T-SIG (Telangana-Social Impact Group), we’ve brought lasting change to three Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs) in Wanaparthy district. The Impact: Built new washrooms, sanitary works and septic tanks for improved sanitation. This is benefitting 800+ girls across schools in Wanaparthy, Weepanagandla, and Peddamandadi and thus Restoring dignity, health, and hope for young students. Witnessing the transformation, staff members of KGBVs in Wanaparthy district couldn’t hold back their emotions, knowing their students will have better learning environment now. This is the power of partnerships! Together, we’re making a difference in the remotest corners of Telangana, ensuring no child’s education is hindered by preventable challenges. Empowering Health and Well-Being: Firstsource Partners with Mitr Clinic for LGBTQIA+ Health Camp

On November 30, 2024, Firstsource, in collaboration with Mitr Clinic and Nirmaan as its executive partner, organized a mini health camp to support the health and well-being of the LGBTQIA+ community. Held at Mitr Clinic, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad, the event provided much-needed specialized healthcare to 37 individuals from the community. The camp offered personalized consultations to all participants, including 5 with a General Physician, 15 with an Endocrinologist, and 17 with a Dermatologist. To further support their health needs, 20 lab tests (CBP) were conducted, ensuring a thorough assessment. Our heartfelt thanks to Firstsource, Mitr Clinic, and the two dedicated volunteers, for empowering these communities with access to essential medical support.
Arcesium and Nirmaan transform pediatric ICU at MNJ Oncology Hospital

Arcesium has proudly collaborated with Nirmaan Organization to upgrade the Pediatric ICU Ward at the @MNJ Institute of Oncology and Regional Cancer Hospital, Government of Telangana. This facility will provide critical care support to children from lesser-privileged communities across Telangana and neighboring states, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment as they bravely fight cancer. The upgraded state-of-the-art equipment includes pediatric 5-Function ICU Beds, pediatric & adult ventilator, multi-channel monitors, and much more. This important initiative is expected to impact over 800 children annually, providing them with the care and support they need during challenging times. Here are some glimpses from the inauguration.

Empowering Futures: AMD Mentors 50 Beneficiaries Through Nirmaan’s Project Sankalp

We’re excited to share the impact of Project Sankalp, supported by AMD. This initiative is helping 1,600 beneficiaries, including persons with disabilities and unemployed youth, by providing skills training and connecting them to employment opportunities. On November 27th, AMD hosted a special mentorship session for 50 beneficiaries from our Project Sankalp in their Bengaluru office. The day was filled with inspiration as 50 AMD associates dedicated their time and expertise to mentor participants in resume building, interview readiness, and overall job preparedness. This interaction boosted the confidence of our beneficiaries and provided them with invaluable guidance to navigate their career journeys. We thank AMD for fostering a culture of inclusion and empowerment, and to the mentors for their wholehearted support in shaping brighter futures!
