Calling all enthusiastic teachers to volunteer and break this barrier together, ensuring inclusive education for all. Join us for a 1-month camp offering 'Crash Courses' to tackle these challenges. It's heartwarming to see such initiatives to uplift the underprivileged and bring joy to those in need. We wholeheartedly support your mission to collect used items like clothes, toys, games, books, and more for distribution among the less fortunate in nearby communities. Indeed, the power of kindness knows no bounds, and every contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in someone's life. It's inspiring to think that something as simple as an old sweater, a toy, or a book can bring warmth, joy, and inspiration to those who need it most. Your drive embodies the spirit of empathy and compassion, reminding us of our collective responsibility towards our community. As a novel initiative from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani hashtag#Library_Team under the leadership of Dr. Ranjan Sinha Thakur and Nirmaan Organization, BITS Pilani chapter team, they collected the forgotten items of the students who have left the institute and left the items behind in Library as a hashtag#Gupt_Daan (Secret Donation) such as Plastic Bottles, Steel Bottles, Watches, Money, Headphones, Calculators, Pen Pouch bags, Bags, Umbrellas, Jacket and White Apron Coat. Thank you, guys and gals, for forgetting the items, and you have done a world of good to many people.

We Have Distributed 400 Tabs to the 12-Degree College Students with the Support of Infosys

 April 25, 2024

Nirmaan Organization, with the generous support of Infosys, is excited to share that, in line with our mission to empower and uplift students from marginalised communities, we have distributed 400 Tabs to the 12-degree college students of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS) and 100 tablets to the bright students of ZPHS Annojiguda and ZPHS Katapur schools between March 15th and April 25th. These tablets are equipped with the specialized Infosys Springboard, offering a diverse range of courses curated by experts from across India. Thanks to Infosys and its dedicated leadership, as well as all volunteers, for their unending support in uplifting our students. Looking forward to more such collaborations to make a difference in everyone's lives!

Celebrating Success: A Glorious Graduation Ceremony

We are thrilled to share the joyous news of our Graduation Ceremony, held in Hyderabad on April 23rd, marking the culmination of our Coding Initiative. This event was a testament to the dedication, hard work, and perseverance of our remarkable students. Our Graduation Ceremony honored the achievements of students in our Coding Initiative , who have exhibited exceptional skills and commitment to mastering coding languages. We were honored to have esteemed guests Gaurav Mahindra, Sonali Banerjee, and Sanna Balappa Chinna bala krishna grace the event with their presence. Their encouragement and inspiration uplifted our graduates as they pursue higher education. Over the course of the program, our students have made a significant impact, with over 25,000 hours of self-led and instructor-led learning. This dedication reflects their determination to excel in the field of coding. The Graduation Ceremony showcased the incredible talents of our students through impressive project presentations. Utilizing languages such as Scratch, JavaScript, SQL, and Python, our graduates demonstrated their proficiency and creativity in solving real-world problems. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Wells Fargo for their unwavering support of the Coding Initiative. Their support has been instrumental in empowering aspiring coders and fostering a culture of innovation and learning. We extend our thanks to the School HMs, Wells Fargo Volunteers, and the leadership team of Wells Fargo, Bandana Jha, Sumona G. and Nitin Kashyap, for their amazing support and guidance throughout the program. Their commitment to empowering future generations of coders has been invaluable.

A Graduation Ceremony was held for Women in Tech Beneficiaries Partnership with State Street

 April 20, 2024

On April 20, 2024, a graduation ceremony was conducted for Women in Tech beneficiaries in Budhera, Sangareddy, in collaboration with State Street. We were honored to have esteemed leaders from State Street, including Kalyan Thota, Sailaja Maganti, Tanveer F Sajanlal (She/Her), Harish Kumar Sirapu, Rupali Agarwal, and Neetu Chadda, who encouraged all the graduates and shared their priceless experiences regarding their first employment. Graduation certificates were distributed to all 205 beneficiaries. The cultural dance performance by the students mesmerized everyone gathered there. The students also shared their training and first placement experiences. Wishing them all the best in their future endeavours. Special thanks to all 13 volunteers of State Street for their invaluable contributions. We extend our deepest gratitude to State Street for their support and collaborative efforts in making this graduation ceremony a success.

And today, we finally finished the Infosys Springboard Tabs Distribution of 500 tabs. We reached Jagitial in the morning and then Karimnagar by afternoon. Completion of a Residential Camp for 70 Government School Girls, Supported by Qualcomm

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a residential camp for 70 government school girls, generously supported by Qualcomm, held from April 18 to April 20, 2024. The camp aimed to empower and educate young girls, equipping them with essential life skills and knowledge. Throughout the camp, participants engaged in workshops, interactive sessions and recreational activities, fostering holistic development. They expressed satisfaction with the experience and highlighted its value. The camp provided an opportunity for students to exchange ideas and form a supportive community, enhancing their social skills and confidence. We remain committed to supporting the ongoing development and empowerment of these young girls. Plans are underway for further initiatives and support programs. We extend our gratitude to Qualcomm for their invaluable contribution.

We Proudly Hosted a Graduation Ceremony for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)

 April 16, 2024

On April 5, 2024, we were honoured to host a graduation ceremony for the incredible Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) of Youth Employment Program, generously supported by Qualcomm, in Vidyanagar, Hyderabad. In the FY 2023-2024, 150 trained and placed beneficiaries enthusiastically participated in the Graduation Day ceremony to receive their well-deserved certificates. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed leadership from Qualcomm, including Mr. Nitin Sharma, Senior Director of the Technology Council, along with Mrs. Neeru, Mrs. Viveka, Mr. Krishna, and Mr. Bala Sundar Chintada, for gracing us with their presence and support. We profoundly thank Qualcomm for its commitment to empowering persons with disabilities. Congratulations to all the graduates! Let's continue to celebrate diversity and inclusivity together.
