Completion of a Residential Camp for 70 Government School Girls, Supported by Qualcomm

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a residential camp for 70 government school girls, generously supported by Qualcomm, held from April 18 to April 20, 2024. The camp aimed to empower and educate young girls, equipping them with essential life skills and knowledge. Throughout the camp, participants engaged in workshops, interactive sessions and recreational activities, fostering holistic development. They expressed satisfaction with the experience and highlighted its value. The camp provided an opportunity for students to exchange ideas and form a supportive community, enhancing their social skills and confidence. We remain committed to supporting the ongoing development and empowerment of these young girls. Plans are underway for further initiatives and support programs. We extend our gratitude to Qualcomm for their invaluable contribution.

We Proudly Hosted a Graduation Ceremony for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)

On April 5, 2024, we were honoured to host a graduation ceremony for the incredible Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) of Youth Employment Program, generously supported by Qualcomm, in Vidyanagar, Hyderabad. In the FY 2023-2024, 150 trained and placed beneficiaries enthusiastically participated in the Graduation Day ceremony to receive their well-deserved certificates. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed leadership from Qualcomm, including Mr. Nitin Sharma, Senior Director of the Technology Council, along with Mrs. Neeru, Mrs. Viveka, Mr. Krishna, and Mr. Bala Sundar Chintada, for gracing us with their presence and support. Inauguration of Herbal Medicinal Theme Garden at Kondapur Botanical Garden, in Partnership with Silicon Labs

We are thrilled to announce the inauguration of Herbal Medicinal Theme Garden in Botanical Garden, Kondapur, in collaboration with Silicon Labs! On April 6, 2024, we celebrated the opening of this innovative initiative aimed at educating the public about the importance of herbal medicine and promoting awareness about the medicinal properties of various herbs and plants. We were honored to have esteemed leadership from Silicon Labs, including Manish Kothari, Senior SVP of Software Development and Site Head, Venkatesh Narasimhan, R&D Training Lead, and Bhavani Yadav, Senior Company Secretary and Legal Counsel, join us for this occasion. Special thanks to Mr. Ranjith Naik, IFS Executive Director of Eco-tourism, and Ravinder Reddy, GM, from TSFDC, for their support. We Inaugurated an Interactive Smartboard in the School

We are very excited to share an important achievement at ZPHS Darga Hussain Shawali School in Raidurg, Hyderabad. On March 16, 2024, we inaugurated an interactive smartboard in the school. This was made possible through a joint effort between Amazon and the Nirmaan Organization. Our goal is to help underprivileged students from the community by providing them with advanced technology for a high-quality and engaging learning experience. But that's not all! During the event, we also conducted Digital Literacy Volunteering sessions. These sessions aimed to empower the students by teaching them essential digital skills that will be useful for their future endeavors. Seeing the joy on the students' faces as they explored new possibilities was truly heartwarming. Their enthusiasm and gratitude motivate us to continue making a meaningful impact. Inaugurate the School Transformation Program at KGBV School by ValueMomentum

We're excited to share that Nirmaan, in collaboration with ValueMomentum, successfully hosted a Bhumi Puja ceremony to inaugurate the School Transformation Program at KGBV School, Kondapur in Sangareddy on April 6, 2024. Through our School Transformation Program, supported by ValueMomentum, we are enhancing KGBV Kondapur and KGBV Kadukur schools, benefitting over 750 female students. Our commitment is to creating brighter futures for the girls at Government Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) schools from socio-economically marginalized sectors of society in Telangana. The Bhumi Puja ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Srikanth Thamutam, Senior Manager at ValueMomentum, in the presence of Ms. Latha Madhuri from ValueMomentum, Ms. Kavitha, Special Officer of KGBV Kondapur, and Ms. Lavanya from the Nirmaan Organization. Our Skill Development Program to the Amazon Hyderabad Campus.

On March 12, 2024, we organized an Exposure Visit for 20 aspiring participants from our Skill Development Program to the Amazon Hyderabad Campus. The primary objective of this visit was to provide them with a simulated interview experience and valuable industry insights. We were honored to have the support of 20 dedicated volunteers from Amazon, who generously shared their expertise, and best practices, and facilitated an engaging Q&A session. This interactive session allowed our participants to ask questions, seek advice, and gain practical interview experience, equipping them with valuable skills for their future endeavors. The visit was further enriched by the presence of three esteemed industry leaders from Amazon: Rajasree Das, Deepa Sukumaran, and Sailaja Mocherla. Their insights and guidance proved invaluable for our participants, providing them with a deeper understanding of the corporate world. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Amazon and its leadership for their support in making this Exposure Visit a remarkable success. Their commitment to empowering the youth and fostering a spirit of giving back is truly inspiring.
