On WorldSmileDay, Nirmaanites came together for a joyous afternoon of fun and positivity at our central office here in Hyderabad, Telangana. The day was made even more special with our Gratitude Wall, where employees shared heartfelt messages, enhancing a culture of appreciation and support. We also enjoyed Fun Engagement Games and team-building activities that brought laughter and strengthened our bonds. And, of course, nothing brought us closer than Snack Sharing, featuring delicious treats specially made by Hope In A Cup cafe, run by our LGBTQIA+ beneficiaries! We’re so grateful for all the smiles and the lasting memories we created together. Let’s continue to spread joy every day!

Nirmaan Organization is honored to receive a Certificate of Appreciation at the prestigious India Blood Donation NGO Conclave 2024, held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on October 1, 2024. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to saving lives through blood donation. We are proud to have conducted the maximum number of blood donation camps (43) in Telangana, making a real difference in our community. The Hackett Group Inc. Extends Support with 667 Flood Relief Kits for Families Affected by Floods in the Telugu States

Groundbreaking of New Academic Block at ZPHS Manikonda: A Collaboration Between CapitaLand and Nirmaan

We are thrilled to announce the successful groundbreaking ceremony of a new academic block at Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Manikonda, Hyderabad. This significant project, initiated by CapitaLand Group under the #HopeSchool Programme, will benefit over 1,000 government school students by providing them with a modern, healthy learning environment that promotes their overall growth and development. A heartfelt thank you to Manohar Khiatani and Sumit Gera for gracing the occasion. We are proud to partner with CapitaLand Hope Foundation and contribute to this impactful initiative. Together with Nirmaan Organization, we are committed to bringing this vision to life and making a lasting difference in the lives of these young students. In addition to this project, CapitaLand Hope Foundation (#CHFIndia) has generously contributed over INR 100 million to support the development of three other schools in Bangalore and Pune, collectively serving around 1,300 students annually. Together, we continue to build a brighter future for our communities.
Microsoft Volunteers Lead Career Guidance Session for Youth on Resume Building and Job Preparation

The session covered essential topics such as resume building, interview preparation, personal branding, and professional networking, empowering students to take proactive steps towards their career aspirations. Expert speakers, including career coaches and industry professionals, shared valuable insights on navigating the job market and developing key skills for success. Evernorth and Nirmaan Lead Plantation Drive to Inspire Environmental Responsibility

Our ongoing mission to foster a greener and more sustainable environment, Evernorth Health Services India, with Nirmaan Organization as the execution partner, organized a plantation activity at TSWREIS Nallakanche, Ibrahimpatnam, Telangana. This event aimed to raise environmental awareness among the school community, impacting 620 students and inspiring them to take responsibility for the planet’s future. Over 150 dedicated volunteers from Evernorth Health Services India have participated in planting 250 saplings, contributing to the vision of a greener tomorrow. Nirmaan Celebrates National Engineers’ Day with HCL Foundation

On the birth anniversary of Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, the Nirmaan Team successfully celebrated National Engineers' Day at HCLFoundation -supported schools with great enthusiasm. The event saw the participation of 180 students, who actively engaged in competitions focused on civil engineering concepts. Students showcased their creativity, demonstrating a deep understanding of engineering principles. The 50 outstanding models were awarded prizes, recognizing the exceptional talent and ingenuity of the participants.
