Flagging Off 200 Immediate Relief Kits with the Support of HYSEA and the Government of Telangana

With the generous support of the IT industry, led by HYSEA, and the Government of Telangana, we successfully flagged off a truck carrying 200 immediate relief kits of the total 10,000 kits planned at the Telangana Secretariat on September 9, 2024. These kits, valued at Rs. 3,000 each, are aimed at delivering essential food supplies and relief materials to flood-affected families in Khammam during these challenging times. The flag-off ceremony was graced by Hon'ble Sri. Sridhar Babu, IT Minister of Telangana, and Hon'ble Sri. Thummala Nageswara Rao, Agriculture Minister of Telangana, along with our esteemed partners and the Nirmaan team at the Telangana Secretariat. Our heartfelt thanks to HYSEA and the Government of Telangana for their unwavering support in providing relief measures to those affected by the floods. Together, we are working to bring hope and recovery to those impacted by this disaster.
AMD Volunteers Join Hands for Inspiring Dhanvantari Park Beautification, Benefiting Over 400 Daily Walkers

On September 5, 2024, a team of enthusiastic volunteers from AMD joined hands for an inspiring and impactful Dhanvantari Park Beautification Activity in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Organized by Nirmaan, this initiative is set to benefit over 400 daily walkers who visit the park. During the activity, volunteers removed invasive plants and non-native saplings, repainted and repaired benches, fences, and other park facilities, and planted native shrubs and trees to boost greenery and enhance the overall atmosphere of the park. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated AMD volunteers for their incredible efforts in making the park greener and more welcoming. We deeply appreciate AMD and its leadership for their continued commitment to fostering a sustainable and greener environment in the city.
ValueMomentum and Nirmaan Host Multi-Specialty Health Camp at WhiteCoats Family Clinic, Hyderabad

ValueMomentum, in collaboration with Nirmaan, recently organized a multi-specialty health camp at our WhiteCoats Family Clinic in Quthbullapur, Hyderabad. We are pleased to share that our dedicated team of seven doctors provided free health checkups to 214 community members—112 women and 102 men. This initiative had a meaningful impact, offering essential healthcare services to those in need. Our multi-specialty team, including experts in General Medicine, Gynecology, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, and Pathology, conducted 152 lab tests, ensuring comprehensive care for many. A heartfelt thank you to ValueMomentum, and all the healthcare professionals who contributed to making this event a success. Together, we are creating a healthier and stronger community.
YASH Technologies Volunteers Create 56 Eco-Friendly Ganpati Idols to Promote Sustainability

On September 4, 2024, 101 enthusiastic volunteers from YASH Technologies, including 46 from their Hinjewadi office and 55 from Magarpatta in Pune, came together to create 56 beautiful eco-friendly Ganpati idols using shadu clay. This initiative was aimed to promote an environmentally friendly culture by replacing the traditional Plaster of Paris with sustainable materials in idol-making. Our heartfelt thanks to Yash Technologies and its dedicated volunteers for their commitment to promoting environmentally sustainable practices.
DBS Tech employees volunteer at Eco-friendly Ganesha Making Workshop at GHS Sanathnagar

Recently, DBS Tech associates have engaged with students in creating Teaching Learning Materials and eco-friendly clay hashtag#Ganeshaidols, fostering creativity and environmental awareness ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi. This activity is a shining example of the impactful collaboration between DBS Tech and Nirmaan Organization. As part of DBS Tech’s broader CSR commitment, they have adopted GHS Sanathnagar and are providing critical support to enhance the school’s infrastructure and learning environment. On Major Dhyan Chand's birth anniversary, we had the privilege of celebrating National Sports Day on August 29, 2024, with an exciting sports event at our HCLF Uday project schools! With around 180 enthusiastic students participating in Kabaddi, Running, and Shot Put, the day was filled with their outstanding performances. Our talented winners were awarded prizes for their talent and sportsmanship. A special shoutout to our incredible HCL volunteers, whose dedication made this event a resounding success! We're grateful for the support of the HCLFoundation in making this event possible. The energy and enthusiasm of the students, volunteers, and teachers made it a memorable day, celebrating the spirit of sports and empowering our youth.

This inspiring event was made possible by the HCLFoundation, encouraging 135 talented students to showcase their creativity and patriotism. Over two days, students participated in various competitions, including an essay writing contest, an elocution contest, and a drawing contest. The winners were honored with prizes, marking the occasion with a vision for a brighter future. Special thanks to the HCL Foundation and its enthusiastic volunteer, Mr. Raghavendra for their unwavering commitment to empowering students on this significant occasion.
Aqua Security Empowers Nirmaan’s Student Beneficiaries Through Laptop Distribution on Independence Day

On August 10, 2024, our dedicated Bangalore Volunteering Chapter successfully teamed up to conduct an inspiring session at Vartur KPS School in Bangalore. The event featured a Drawing and Quiz competition, bringing together 75 enthusiastic students for a day filled with creativity and knowledge. Our students showcased their artistic talents through vibrant drawings, while the quiz tested their general knowledge and quick thinking. With the guidance of 12 dedicated volunteers, these young minds unleashed their potential, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved. We are delighted to announce that our distinguished donor OpenText, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, has launched today, the first-ever Café, 'Hope In A Cup' which is truly inclusive. The cafe would be run by our LGBTQIA+ individuals at OpenText's Hyderabad office, today. This initiative marks a significant milestone. OpenText is likely the first company in India to open a truly inclusive cafe, fully managed by LGBTQIA+ individuals, inside its office campus, and operating on a 100% sustainable model. In line with our commitment to celebrating Pride Month beyond June, this is not only our third 'Hope In A Cup' cafe franchise but also the first franchise being operated in "Truly inclusive " environment in Hyderabad, showing our dedication to empowering LGBTQIA+ communities. At Nirmaan Organization, we are strongly committed to initiating this unique initiative across India soon, creating an inclusive society for everyone. With the generous support of Demandbase India Pvt Ltd and Nirmaan Organization as the implementation partner, we are thrilled to announce the successful inauguration of the Digital Lab at ZPHS Hyder Nagar on 08 August 2024. This state-of-the-art lab, equipped with 15 desktops, a smart board with a CPU, a dedicated IT trainer, and enhanced facilities including electrical upgrades, fresh paint, and new flooring, will benefit nearly 550 students We were honored to have Deepti Gelli, Country Head of Demandbase, as the chief guest, along with Mayur Patnala, Founder and Global CEO of Nirmaan, and Nikhil Gampa, Head of Partnerships and Fundraising at Nirmaan, who provided unwavering support. A special thanks to Demandbase leaders Venu Karadi, Hardeep Kaur its 10 enthusiastic volunteers for making this day a grand success. Divakar T S, IAS, Collector of Mulugu, chaired the Telangana Rural Development Summit-2024 today at Praja Bhavan, Hyderabad, enabled by Nirmaan Organization.
