Impact Story of PICU Ward: This PICU ward supported by Infosys and will be used for the treatment of children and women for Covid and respiratory problems. This ward is going to benefit around 10,000 to 12,000 people in a year. The facility was successfully inaugurated by Ms. Padmaja Ramani, Talent Head-Europe Region & CSR Leader, Infosys and Mr. Shiva Prasad Karadi, Sr. Consultant, Infosys in the presence of Mayur Patnala, Founder & CEO, Nirmaan Organization @V. Setup 1700 ICU beds Across the Country in 105 Government Hospitals in 5 States of India

We are able to setup 1700 ICU beds across the country in 105 government hospitals in 5 states of India through various esteemed donors and partnerships. IBM Stem for Girls India Program and its Career Guidance

Happy to share that we have collaborated with IBM and QUEST Alliance to provide career guidance and counselling to students under the #IBMSTEMforGirls program. Through this program, we will providing services like Toll-free helpline (1800-258-258-3), Career Counselling Webinars, Psychometric Assessments, Career Message Alerts, Sahi Kadam (dedicated program for drop-outs), Career Advancement Platform (online), to Government school students across 11 states of India. We are grateful to IBM and Quest Alliance for the opportunity to impact and serve the girl students of the country. Millions of children lack career guidance and support due to financial challenges, limited awareness and resources. A STEM mindset does not end at school. The #IBMSTEMforGirls India program and its career guidance partner Nirmaan Organization, came together to provide career guidance and scholarships to 30 students across the country. We believe in quality education that is supported with the right guidance early on to improve future career prospects for girls studying in govt. schools.

Established ICU ward in the Government Hospital, Shadnagar

Grateful to PepsiCo for the immense support and contribution towards COVID-19 relief and rehabilitation activities ! The ICU ward in the Government Hospital, Shadnagar will support the treatment of critical cases not only during COVID-19 but much beyond, leading to an overall upgradation of rural healthcare in the area. PepsiCo is committed towards supporting community healthcare and empowering communities with the resources they need to lead a healthier and better life. The PepsiCo Foundation and PepsiCo GBS India in partnership with the Nirmaan Organization, has opened a 10-bed intensive care unit in rural Telangana to support the medical infrastructure of Telangana, and help those communities get access to better healthcare during the pandemic and beyond. As a part of our community initiatives, we have focused our COVID-19 relief efforts towards organizing community vaccination drives, providing critical medical aid to hospitals, and supporting front-line warriors and families whose livelihoods have been affected by this crisis.

A Course Completion and Certificate Distribution Event

Nirmaan in collaboration with HSBC have successfully completed the training for Underprivileged women of Fatehnagar community. A course completion and Certificate distribution event was held on 26th Oct, 2021 where 116 women got certified and a donation of sewing machines were received. Mayur Patnala (CEO, Nirmaan Organization) had interacted with the beneficiaries and also focused on creating the impact of the project to other communities like Suraram. Mr. Suresh Reddy (Community Leader, Subhash Nagar) was the Chief Guest for the event. Mr. Anajaiah Goud (Community Leader) was also facilitated with a momento for his services into the community works. Ms. Uma Kesani (COO, Nirmaan Organization) have addressed the women on the importance of Women empowerment and becoming independent. The event was successful and we are working towards the development of more such projects into the community.

Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association with nirmaan.org (Nirmaan Organization) as an execution partner, has provided staffing support to Kondapur Govt Hospital. Feed the needy NGO, our co-ngo in campaign has identified and driving change in the hospital. Govt hospitals are in critical need of staff, medical supplies and medical equipment.

Provide Underprivileged Students with Laptops & Tablets

We are delighted to announce that with the support of Encora Inc. we were able to provide underprivileged students with laptops & tablets which will enable them with continued education. With the COVID-19 outbreak, online education has taken precedence and has become the new normal, however, many students from economically underprivileged backgrounds don’t have access to smartphones or the internet as their parents are not in a position to purchase these devices for them. As a result, they are losing out on education. We at Nirmaan Organization initiated education emergency projects by proposing long-term measures to bridge this gap, by distributing laptops or tablets to deserving students over the next few years. Today with the support of Encora Inc. 9 tablets and 3 laptops are distributed to 12 students. We would like to thank our chief guest for the event, Sri. BP Acharya, IAS (Retd.), Former Spl Chief Secretary & Director General, MCRHRDI, Govt of Telangana. Lending a Helping Hand to 260+ Such families.

"Life’s persistent and most urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?'" Martin Luther King Jr. COVID-19 has disrupted and devastated our lives in more ways than one. While many families from socio-economically disadvantaged sections have lost their livelihoods, savings, education, it is even more hard-hitting for those who have lost their breadwinners. While still grieving for their loved ones, they are also pushed to think for their and children’s very survival. Many women have become widows and many children, orphans and now don’t have any other support system to embark on their future. In such a situation, PepsiCo Global Business Services India in partnership with the PEPSICO FOUNDATION INC and Nirmaan Organization as the implementation partner, has come forward to lending a helping hand to 260+ such families. The support consists of 6 months of Ration and Livelihood Kit such as sewing machine, pushcart etc. for earning income. This initiative is supported by Women Development and Child Welfare Department (WCD), Government of Telangana. PepsiCo GBS leaders Atul Kapoor, Sumona Velvadapu, Amit Aggarwal and Rajini Solomon of PepsiCo GBS India distributed the kits to 50 families in the presence of Smt. KRS Laxmi Devi, Joint Director, WCD and Mayur Patnala, Founder and CEO, Nirmaan Organization. Through this initiative, 1,19,700 meals will be served and 1300+ people will get a chance to stand on their own feet. We are very grateful to PepsiCo leadership for their unstinting support and generous contribution.

Cognizant Volunteers have Once Again Come forward to Support 3 Homes in the City through Nirmaan Organization

COVID 19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown has been hard on many sections of our population. This adverse effect was also severely felt by various Shelter Homes across the state and the country. Due to the economic constraints, their regular sources of support had dried out, leading to daily struggles for essentials. In such a situation, Cognizant volunteers have once again come forward to support 3 homes in the city through Nirmaan Organization - Arun Rainbow Home, RGI Rainbow Home, Sneh Ghar for Boys. The in-kind donation included: - Winter wear: 38 sweaters, 10 blankets - Regular use items: 30 Chatais, 10 bedsheets, 20 Buckets and Mugs and - Educational materials: 50 geometry boxes, 50 notebooks, 50 water colours and drawing book sets, 50 dictionaries

Supporting 260+ flood Affected Families in Hyderabad

Heavy rains in Hyderabad in October 2020 led to massive flooding, leaving devastation all over. Many people lost their homes and livelihoods and haven't been able to get back to work full time, impacting their families' survival. In solidarity, Chubb Business Services India LLP in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, is supporting 260+ flood affected families in Hyderabad to enable them to restart their livelihoods by providing toolkits and equipment for their small businesses. The first toolkit distribution event was organized on 10th April, 2021 at Musheerabad, Govt Girls High School premises for 75 families. The chief guest of the event was our beloved Sri Mohan Narayanaswamy, CEO, Chubb India. The event was also graced by Sri Muta Gopal, local MLA, Ms Hema, local Corporator, Sri Sathya Prakash Duggirala, Head, CSR, Ms. Swarnalatha, Head, Administration, Ms. Orietta, along with other Chubb employees. Through the timely support by Chubb, the families would now be able to rebuild their livelihoods, and provide for education for the children and health of the family.
