On day 5 of summer camp i.e., 16-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy and Fundamentals of Coding" to the students of ZPHS Jagathgirinagar.21 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 120 students for 2 hours. Session was very informative and it gave the students a fundamental idea about the concepts of coding. On day 4 of summer camp i.e., 13-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy and Programming Concepts" to the students of ZPHS Malkajgiri.6 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 18 students for 2 hours. The session covered various types of programming langugaes, algorithms and basics of computer components. "Loop with Bee" program was the special attraction of the session and students enjoyed it thoroughly. On day 4 of summer camp i.e., 13-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy and Introduction to Scratch" to the students of ZPHS Hydernagar and ZPHS Chintalguda.11 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 30 students for 2 hours. Students were very much interested and enjoyed learning about scratch platform. On Day x of summer camp i.e., 12-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant" has conducted a session on "Digital Literacy" to the students of ZPHS Chintalguda. 11 volunteers from "Cognizant" have imparted knowledge to 30 students for 2 hours. It covered various topics ranging from "Introduction of computers" to "Being safe online" and was very interactive and informative. We from Nirmaan organization express our sincere gratitude to the volunteers and the partner for the valuable time and knowledge.
Have touched 63 Covid affected families(32 from Rangareddy district & 31 from Hyderabad district) through the rehabilitation of the covid affected families program. Nirmaan team collected data from the women from the Department of Women Development & Child welfare. Connected personally with the needy families, collected the type of rehab needed, and distributed it to them. To name a few distributed Sewing machines, Kirana shop material, Pico machine, Beautician kit, and many more… The Livelihood kits support given to Covid affected widow families will enable them to restart their livelihood. These are the same families, which are severely impacted by the death of their husbands in the COVID-19 pandemic, and their livelihoods almost shut down due to the low volume of business. Thanks to Pegasystems for supporting the Rehabilitation program.
Here is the Second launch of summer camp by Cognizant Outreach & Nirmaan on National Technology Day in Karnataka & Maharashtra. 130 govt school students participated! Thank you Cognizant outreach for the opportunity .

On 11-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "EY" has conducted a session on "Workplace Readiness". 3 volunteers from "EY" have imparted knowledge on different skills required in a workplace to 40 beneficiaries for 2 hours. It covered various skills like communication, team work, Interpersonal skills and adaptability etc. The session was quite informative and engaging and helped the beneficiaries to assess their current skills and determine the areas of improvement. From 10th May onwards, Summer camp has been started for various ZPHS schools across Telangana with the support of Nirmaan's corporate partner "Cognizant". The main focus of this summer camp is to provide Digital Literacy to the students and educate them in basic concepts of programming through interactive practical sessions. This initiative is started with ZPHS Jagathgiri nagar School. 10 volunteers from "Cognizant" interacted with 60 students for 2 hours.
On 10-May-2022, Nirmaan's corporate partner "Pepsi" has conducted a session on "Malnutrition" to the students of ZPHS Jagathgirinagar.3 volunteers from "Pepsi" have imparted knowledge to 45 students. The volunteers from "CGI" have imparted knowledge on importance of communication skills to the students of ZPHS school, Pochampally. The session was focused on the advantages of having good communications skills in a workplace like better understanding, good relationships with team and clients and increased productivity etc. The suggestions made to the students on how to improve the communication skills were very valuable and practical.
