Empowering Women: Graduation Ceremony Celebrates Transformational Journey at Nirmaan Vocational Training Center

On January 16, 2025, Nirmaan Vocational Training Center, supported by HSBC Software Development India in Shivajinagar, Pune, hosted a memorable graduation ceremony at their Pune Campus to celebrate the accomplishments of 60 women beneficiaries who successfully completed their training in tailoring and beautician courses. The event was a joyous occasion, featuring a Street Play that creatively depicted the Nirmaan Class Journey and a vibrant Fashion Show that showcased the confidence and skills of the graduates. Adding to the celebration were heartfelt speeches from the women, many of whom shared inspiring stories of personal transformation, newfound independence, and job experiences. Their gratitude for the training and the unwavering support from HSBC was palpable. The event marked a pivotal moment for these women as they embarked on a path toward self-reliance and a brighter future. Infosys Foundation Launches Youth Employment Program Center in Warangal, Telangana

We are excited to share that our CSR partner, Infosys Foundation, hosted the soft launch of the Youth Employment Program Center in Warangal, Telangana on January 11, 2025. Enabled by nirmaan.org, the center has been operational since November 2024 and has achieved notable success by placing 56 individuals in various companies. Currently, 50 students are undergoing specialized training in ITeS and Full-Stack Java, equipping them with essential skills for promising career opportunities.
The event was graced by distinguished guests Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), founder and global CEO of Nirmaan, along with Nirmaan's senior leadership team, Venkat S K Tankasala and Anuradha Pulla; Renuka Devi, Warangal DRDA Officer; Krishna from Criscorp HR and CSR volunteers from Infosys Hyderabad DC, Mamata Trust.

Bosch Spreads Warmth: 275 Blankets Donated to Rasoolpura Residents

The New Year brought cheer to some underprivileged. In celebration of Bosch's Annual Day, a charity lottery contest was held by their employees, in collaboration with Nirmaan. On January 8, 2025, the generous sum enabled Bosch to sponsor 275 warm blankets to residents (labourers, daily wage workers) aged 55 and above in Rasoolpura slum in Secunderabad. It was just what they needed during the ongoing chilly winter nights! Thank you, Team Bosch for spreading warmth.
Empowering Education: HCL Foundation Launches STEM and Digital Labs to Transform Learning

We are excited to announce the successful inauguration of two transformative initiatives by HCLFoundation, the STEM Lab (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) at Government High School, Sanath Nagar on January 7, 2025, and the Digital Lab at Government High School, Golkonda on January 8, 2025. These labs, facilitated by nirmaan.org as the executive partner, aim to empower 310 underprivileged students by providing them with resources and opportunities to excel academically and thrive in today’s digital world. The inauguration was graced by esteemed guests, including Simi Suri, Shashank Khare, Mahender from HCL Foundation; Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), Founder & Global CEO of Nirmaan Organization. Empowering Lives: CGI and Nirmaan’s Relief Efforts for Flood-Affected Families

In light of the recent devastating floods and landslides in several states of India, CGI, a leading global IT and business consulting firm, in partnership with Nirmaan as its CSR partner, successfully distributed livelihood re-start kits, agriculture kits, and sewing machines to affected families in Wayanad (Kerala), Assam, Khammam (Telangana) and in Pune during December 2024 and January 2025.
Nirmaan’s team executed the following relief and rehabilitation efforts:
- Distributed 10 sewing machines and 15 agriculture kits to landslide-affected families in Wayanad
- 20 sewing machines to flood-hit families in Assam
- 20 Kits including - 10 Sewing Machine, and 10 Pushcarts for rehabilitation efforts in Pune.
- Distributed 42 livelihood re-start kits, including 20 sewing machines and 22 pushcarts with fruits, vegetables, and weighing machines to flood-affected families in Khammam.
We sincerely thank CGI and its dedicated leadership for their generous support in aiding flood-affected families. Your contribution has provided much-needed relief and a fresh start for those striving to rebuild their lives.

The event was designed to connect students with roles that align with their academic backgrounds, skills, and interests, fostering meaningful employment pathways. We are happy to announce the successful start of Day 3 at hashtag#NSIC2024, which began with a key session focused on Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation, a transformative initiative undertaken by Nirmaan Organization this year. The session was set in motion by Mr. Mayur Patnala, Global CEO and Founder of Nirmaan Organization, alongside senior leadership and board members. The Nirmaan Disaster Team showcased remarkable achievements, highlighting their impactful work in bringing immediate relief and rehabilitation to over 30,000 families affected by unforeseen disasters across eight states in India. Participants, including corporate partners and key dignitaries, witnessed impactful beneficiary videos reflecting how corporate support provided vital hope and aid to disaster victims during times of crisis.
