As part of Project Bhagyalaxmi, Clifford Chance provided scholarship support to 57 women entrepreneurs who underwent skill training at Nirmaan’s Vocational Training Centers in Fateh Nagar and Borabanda, Hyderabad, on February 20, 2025.
Facilitated by Nirmaan Organization, the livelihood support included the donation of advanced sewing machines, beautician kits, and scholarships for beautician beneficiaries to pursue advanced training. This initiative will transform the lives of these women and their families.
The event was attended by Clifford Chance leadership, including Priyadatta Prabhavalkar, Venkat Rao, @Pratima, Satish Lahare, and Reena Sharma (She/Her), along with Anuradha Pulla, COO of Nirmaan.

On February 19, 2025, Stellantis successfully inaugurated a state-of-the-art Digital Lab at Government High School, Bolarum, Hyderabad, transforming the learning experience for 240 students!
As an impact partner, Nirmaan helped set up 24 desktops and a dedicated power backup, ensuring seamless access to digital learning resources.

On February 18, 2025, Thermo Fisher Scientific India with @ Nirmaan.org as an impact partner, successfully planted 1,000 saplings at Veduru Vanam, Shamirpet in Hyderabad, taking a big step toward a greener future! With 120 volunteers, including Forest Development Corporation officials & range officers, the initiative focused on afforestation, climate action, and biodiversity conservation. The event was graced by key dignitaries from Thermo Fisher, including Manogaran Krishnamoorthy PMP®, SSGB (CSR Lead), Gajendra Kadam (PCBA COE Head), and Rollince Peter (Director HR). Senior officials from the Forest Department, such as Ms. V. Thanuja (Assistant Director, Eco-Tourism, TGFDC), Ms. Shireesha (Sr. Divisional Manager & Divisional Manager, Rangareddy), and Venkata Ramudu (Deputy Range Officer for Plantation Process Demonstration), actively contributed to the initiative. Silicon Labs with
Nirmaan.org as an executive partner, successfully conducted a multi-specialty health camp on February 16, 2025, in Pothaipally & Devar Yamjal, Medchal District, Telangana, extending essential medical care to 202 beneficiaries and reinforcing the need for accessible healthcare in underserved communities.
With the expertise of six specialists in General Medicine, General Surgery, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and General Physician consultations, patients received specialized care tailored to their health concerns. A total of 109 lab tests were conducted, including Complete Blood Profile (CBP) tests, helping in early diagnosis and preventive care.
The event witnessed the active participation of 10 dedicated volunteers, who played a crucial role in organizing and assisting beneficiaries throughout the camp.

For many underprivileged girls who face hardships in traveling long distances to school, a bicycle is more than just a mode of transport, it is a bridge to quality education. On February 9, 2025, Evergent Technologies Inc., in collaboration with the Hyderabad Cyclists Group and Dr. Cycles, handed over 65 bicycles to government school girls in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. We are excited to share that our CSR partner, Infosys Foundation, hosted the soft launch of the Youth Employment Program Center in Warangal, Telangana on January 11, 2025. Enabled by nirmaan.org, the center has been operational since November 2024 and has achieved notable success by placing 56 individuals in various companies. Currently, 50 students are undergoing specialized training in ITeS and Full-Stack Java, equipping them with essential skills for promising career opportunities.

To empower students in making informed career decisions, honing their strengths, and exploring their interests, CGI conducted a career guidance session at MMA School, Pallavaram, Chennai benefitting 50 students on January 31, 2025. Executed by Nirmaan, the session introduced students to future career opportunities, scholarship details, and interactive brainstorming activities, helping students gain clarity on their aspirations, all made possible with the support of 9 volunteers. We are excited to announce the Career Guidance sessions will be implemented with CGI volunteers across Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra impacting over 400 students. On January 30th, our beneficiaries from the Future Ready Youth Skilling Program (FRYSP) had an enriching Industry Exposure Visit and Interview Readiness Workshop at Microsoft Bengaluru. Through Microsoft’s CSR initiative, we at Nirmaan.org are empowering 4,000 underprivileged youth across India with Technology and AI courses, ensuring they are equipped for the future workforce. This workshop, led by Microsoft volunteers, played a crucial role in enhancing their resume-building skills, mock interview experiences, and communication abilities—preparing them for real-world job opportunities. Beyond individual skilling, FRYSP is contributing to India's AI-driven workforce by making AI education accessible to youth from diverse backgrounds. As the implementation partner, we are driving large-scale skilling efforts, ensuring that young minds across the country are ready to lead in AI innovation and technology advancements. In a significant step towards making Hyderabad a cleaner and greener city, Inorbit Mall Hyderabad, in collaboration with its NGO partner Nirmaan.org and the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), launched the “Sparkling Cyberabad” initiative on January 28, 2025. As part of this project, six automated electric litter pickup machines have been deployed in high-traffic locations across Cyberabad, aiming to improve urban sanitation and environmental sustainability. The machines will operate across key locations, including Kondapur (Botanical Garden), Madhapur (Inorbit Mall, Durgam Cheruvu Park), Hitech City (Shilparamam Park, Hitech City food streets, Hitex Arch), and Gachibowli (DLF Street food area, Raidurg Metro Station). Operating six days a week, these machines will help maintain cleanliness in public spaces, parks, and tech hubs. The launch event was attended by key representatives from Inorbit Malls, K Raheja Corp, GHMC, and others.
