Dilsukhnagar Skill Center Celebrates Graduation with Synopsys: 245+ Students Placed

Graduation Ceremony at Dilsukhnagar Skill Development Center - Empowering Futures with Synopsys Inc and Nirmaan Organization

Today, we had the privilege of hosting the Graduation Ceremony for our students trained at the Dilsukhnagar Skill Development Center, supported by our esteemed partner Synopsys.

We were honored to welcome the leadership team from Synopsys:
Mr. Ramesh Sattaru – IT Director,
Mr. Srinivas Chivukula – Senior Manager, AI,
Ms. Aliva Panigrahy – Director, People Partner

During the event, we presented key achievements from the center:
For the year 2024–25, 215 out of 300 trained students have been successfully placed

In Q1 of 2025–26, 90 students have completed training, with 30 already placed in top-tier companies

The Synopsys leadership shared valuable insights, practical advice, and inspiring messages with the graduates. They encouraged students to build strong foundations in technologies such as React.js and Node.js, and emphasized the importance of hands-on learning and continuous growth.

Several students spoke about their journeys, highlighting how the program transformed their lives. These heartfelt stories underscored the impact of mentorship, skill development, and opportunity.

Certificates were awarded to all placed students, followed by group photographs and a tour of the center.

The event concluded with productive discussions on internship opportunities and pathways to strengthen students’ readiness for the tech industry. Industry leaders, Mr. Ramesh and Mr. Srinivas, shared perspectives on continuous learning, the importance of embracing early opportunities, and long-term career growth in areas such as Artificial Intelligence.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Bijay Chowdhury and Mr. Narendra Korlepara for their continued support and guidance. With their encouragement, we are able to support women from across various districts of Telangana in pursuing their aspirations.

SWASHA Women Artisans Shine at State Street Hyderabad with Rs. 29,000 in Sales

What a wonderful day it was at the State Street office in Hyderabad.

In a heartwarming show of support for our women artisans at swasha.org and their stalls, State street employees purchased exclusive handcrafted products and had their hands adorned with stunning Mehndi designs, together worth Rs. 29,000.

In just one day, the SWASHA stall saw:
Over Rs. 14,000 in eco-friendly, handcrafted product sales
More than Rs. 15,000 through beautiful Mehndi designs

Grid Dynamics & Nirmaan Launch Digital Lab to Equip 600+ Students with AI and Tech Skills

Grid Dynamics & Nirmaan Organization to Empower 600+ Students with Digital & AI Skills

In our first partnership with Grid Dynamics, we’ve taken a meaningful step to bridge the digital divide for students in government schools. Together, we inaugurated a fully equipped Digital Lab at ZPHS Saheb Nagar, Rangareddy, Telangana. This lab will now provide 610 students access to computers and digital tools, opening up a world of learning, exploration, and opportunity.

Nirmaan Hosts National Town Hall to Align Vision 2047 with 600+ Team Members

A big milestone for Team Nirmaan.org!

We recently hosted our Quarterly Town Hall at our Headquarters and Global Impact Capability Center in Hyderabad, with over 600 Nirmaanites joining from across the country, both virtually and in person.

As we continue to grow, this Town Hall served as a moment for us to come together as 'One Nirmaan' to reflect, realign, and re-ignite our shared vision for 2047. We welcomed new leaders, celebrated our teams’ efforts, and shared key updates and priorities that will shape our journey forward.

Led by our Founder & Global CEO, Mr. Mayur Patnala, this gathering reinforced what makes Nirmaan special: our people, our purpose, and our commitment to building a more inclusive and empowered India.

We’re excited for what lies ahead.

Nirmaan Hosts Leadership Summit 2025–26 for 50+ Student Leaders from BITS & Badruka

Nirmaan hosted the two-day student Leadership Summit 2025–26 on July 21st and 22nd for student chapters of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and Badruka College Of Commerce and Arts. These chapters are part of Nirmaan's college-based collectives, where students engage in experiential learning to develop social leadership and a strong sense of community responsibility.

The summit had over 50 student leaders participating. The first day began with engaging field visits where students personally interacted with persons with disabilities at PWD skill centre Vidyanagar, listened to inspiring stories at the Cancer Survivor Center in Panjagutta, and visited the Vocational Training Center for women in Fathenagar. At Hope in a Cup, Kothaguda, Deepthi Sirla, our LGBTQIA+ Project Manager, shared the inspiring story behind the LGBTQIA+ led café and students also had a chance to interact with Nirmaan’s internal leaders.

The second day focused on leadership development, with participants attending organizational and departmental presentations, engaging in interactive team-building workshops, and listening to inspiring leadership stories that enriched their understanding of leadership.

We were graced by the presence of Prof. V S Rao, former Acting Vice-Chancellor of BITS Pilani, and Director of the BITS Hyderabad Campus, whose inspiring words truly energized the cohort. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our academic partners, BITS Pilani, BITS Goa & Hyderabad, and Badruka College. The summit concluded with a heartfelt ceremony, celebrating contributions and leadership spirit of every participant.

Adobe Volunteers Pack 200 School Kits for Underprivileged Students in Bangalore

On July 10th, 2025, through our Backpacks for Dreams 2.0 campaign, we teamed up with volunteers from Adobe, Bangalore to pack 200 school backpacks, each filled with notebooks, pens and yearlong learning essentials to support underprivileged children from Government High School, Thanisandra.

Over the afternoon, our team of volunteers:
- Assembled and packed 200 complete school kits
- Wrote greeting cards and shared study tips to motivate students
- Painted tote bags, which were also gifted to the children to promote a green, eco-friendly initiative

These backpacks reached the hands of 200 eager students, filling their eyes with joy and their hearts with pride. With every kit delivered, we didn’t just hand over supplies, we helped spark confidence, belonging, and the readiness to learn.

Igniting Entrepreneurial Dreams: Nirmaan & We-Hub Onboard Aspiring Local Entrepreneurs onto SWASHA.org

A big milestone in our journey to empower local entrepreneurs!

As part of our MoU with We-Hub, ⁠an initiative of Government of Telangana , Nirmaan.Org proudly onboarded 8 aspiring entrepreneurs on July 9, 2025, at We-Hub, Hyderabad.

These aspiring entrepreneurs had undergone preliminary training and were being introduced to SWASHA.org (SWayam SHAkti), Nirmaan’s E-commerce platform to empower underprivileged entrepreneurs.

Led by the SWASHA team, along with esteemed dignitaries from We-Hub, the session also spotlighted some truly one-of-a-kind products from Cheriyal masks and handicrafts to Kansham and more, handpicked for promotion through SWASHA!

Together for Good: Flutter Entertainment India & Nirmaan Bring Care and Joy to Elderly Homes in Hyderabad

With the heartfelt efforts of all the incredible people at Flutter Entertainment India, we at Nirmaan Organization had the privilege of supporting over 100 elderly residents at Rajeswari Old Age Home and Amma Nanna Old Age Home in Hyderabad with essential grocery and medical kits.

This was part of Flutter Entertainment’s global Do More Together initiative - a beautiful reminder of what’s possible when people come together with purpose and compassion. Flutter colleagues personally donated essential items - including grocery kits, BP and sugar monitoring machines, and other daily-use supplies to help support elderly care.

What made the day truly special was the time spent with the residents - playing games, sharing stories, serving meals, and creating beautiful memories together.

We're grateful to Flutter Entertainment India for partnering with us and bringing heart, energy, and purpose to this initiative. Here's to changing the game for good!

DTCC and Nirmaan Launch Village Adoption Program with Purpose-Driven Volunteer Engagement

Kicking off a Purpose-Driven Partnership with The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)!

On July 8, 2025, DTCC, our esteemed partner, hosted an employee engagement session at their office in Hyderabad to celebrate the launch of our collaboration for this year’s Village Adoption Program (VAP).

From painting eco-friendly jute pencil pouches to crafting Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs), over 90 DTCC volunteers participated with great compassion for the cause.

Graced by the leaders, Mr. Reeves Alex, Mr. Praveen Manivannan (Virtual), Mr. Vamsi Mandadi and Mr. Sunny Bachan Prasad, whose presence reinforced DTCC’s commitment to meaningful social change.

Empowering Tomorrow’s Workforce: Nirmaan Partners with T-GATE to Shape a Future-Ready Telangana

On a mission to empower a future-ready Telangana, nirmaan.org is honored to partner with T-GATE (Telangana Gateway for Adaptive Training & Employment), a pioneering initiative by Govt of Telangana, Shri. Vivek Venkataswamy, Honourable Minister for Labour, Employment, Training & Factories & Mr. Dana Kishore IAS, Principal Secretary, Labour, Employment, Training & Factories (LET&F) Department, and the Directorate of Employment & Training.

This innovative program is poised to transform Telangana into a model state for workforce development excellence.

The initiative’s objectives include: * Improving 100% admissions in hashtag#ITIs and Advanced Training Centres (hashtag#ATCs) * Supporting 2 lakh youth through short-term courses * Launching a robust digital platform * Introducing industry-aligned curriculum in upgraded ATCs * Mobilizing CSR support to scale this visionary effort by the LET&F department

On July 5th, Mr. Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), Founder & Global CEO of Nirmaan, presented key insights of the initiative to Shri. hashtag#VivekVenkataswamy in the presence of Mr. Dana Kishore, IAS. The Honourable Minister acknowledged the value of the initiative and pledged his support, underscoring the government’s commitment to collaborative action.

The event culminated in a milestone moment with the Honourable Minister officially unveiling the new logo for ITIs. This was followed by a felicitation ceremony honouring the dedicated service of retired principals from ITIs across Telangana.

New Uniforms, New Beginnings: Colruyt Group India Supports Students in Kowkur

Every student received a new uniform. For many, this was a support and an encouragement to start their new academic year.

Colruyt Group India, Nirmaan’s esteemed partner, brought many smiles to the students of Zilla Praja Parishad School in Kowkur, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Telangana, with their support in conducting a school uniform distribution drive on June 26, 2025.

While the project officially concluded on 31st March, uniforms had already been handed over well in time. In addition, Colruyt awarded scholarships of ₹10,000 each to 9 students, an act of quiet generosity that will go a long way in easing the financial burden on families.

As schools reopened, the distribution was carried out in the presence of the Colruyt team, including Mr. Nageshwar Rao Bandi, Head of the Department, Ms. Anuradha Sharma, Head, Legal and Company secretary, Mr. Mohammad Afazal Imran Khan, Delivery Head, Mr. Indranil Chowdhury, Delivery Head, and Mr. Sandeep Mahankali, System Engineer.

Stellantis India Launches STEM Lab to Empower 210+ Girls at KGBV Amangal

Stellantis Technology Centre India Pvt Ltd, our esteemed partner, successfully launched a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Lab at KGBV Amangal, Telangana, on July 4, 2025.

For over 210 underprivileged girls currently studying there, this lab is a whole new experience, something they have never used before. For teachers who stretch every resource, it says: “Here’s one more tool". And for all of us, it’s a powerful reminder of why we show up every day, because every child deserves a quality education.

The event was graced by Mr. Rahul Rajupalepu (Vice President & Head of India Digital Hub) and other volunteers.
