Speed Mentorship with PepsiCo | Impacting Futures at Scale

We are proud to share the success of another impactful season of Speed Mentorship with PepsiCo, reaching ~200 students and engaging ~200 passionate volunteers. This flagship initiative has grown year over year to become a cornerstone of PepsiCo’s volunteer engagement program.

This season, the focus was on 200 young women currently undergoing training and preparing to face interviews in the coming months. The session offered everything a young jobseeker needs — resume building, mock interviews, and personalized mentorship from seasoned professionals.

To top it off, students had the unique opportunity to step into PepsiCo’s office environment, making the experience even more memorable and inspiring.

A heartfelt thank you to Saravan Chellamuthu, Anita Kembhavi, Parag Kulkarni, and Sumona Velvadapu and the entire PepsiCo leadership and volunteer team for investing their time and energy in empowering the next generation of professionals.
