To start with the works for this week we have given the highest priority to mobilization and all the candidates were duly called and have been informed about the courses offered to the aspirants and also the benefits of the same. The work is done with great enthusiasm. For online batch 2 aspirants computer course java has been taught which includes oops concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism classes, and objects, etc. This aids in their programming skills in object-oriented programming language as it is the most popular multi-platform application development language The aspirants are involved in the discussion of the topic with more queries which really shows their interest in learning. The aspirants are very sportive and enthusiastic about learning the basics of MS Word. Conclusion: Overall, we started a new batch with a basic knowledge of MS office and all aspirants show their interest in training.
This week we meticulously worked on mobilization via telephone calls. Several cold calls were made to ensure we get sufficient students to onboard into our program. Through the mobilization calls, thorough efforts were put in place to explain the prospective student's benefits of the program and how it would help them in a holistic way. The mobilization drive was then followed by conducting orientation sessions to the new students via both online and offline classes. We also focused on completing the English syllabus with attention toward mock interviews to the outgoing offline batch. This was concluded with a final assessment test which was taken by both online and offline students. Conclusion: Further, we took special soft skills classes which includes the topic SWOT analysis which explains the importance of strengths weaknesses, and threats in all situations.
During this week highest priority was given to mobilize a greater number of aspirants to participate in the training program and courses conducted by us. All the candidates were called and have been informed about Nirmaan Organization and the benefits of the program. Resume writing and topic discussion was done in offline 3 batches in the classroom. The tips and tricks were given to the trainees to get a clear picture of creating an interesting innovative resume in the computer lab which helps them in getting success in their process job search. Recently we started a new batch with the introduction of MS office and other such important tools. Coming to the online batch students were taught shortcut keys in their computer classes. Conclusion: Overall, students were also given the opportunity of baseline assessment which includes the level of knowledge, skills, and capabilities which helps to improve their confidence.

Hello everyone…!!! Today I am glad to share with you all that the Chubb Global leadership team interacted with students from seven different schools, schools from the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as well as a school from Bhubaneswar in Odisha. Engaging with students from multiple schools and regions can help promote diversity, inclusion, and a broader perspective. It also highlights the company's commitment to making a positive impact in the communities where they operate. Access to digital labs can help students develop important skills such as coding, web development, and digital design. Team of Chubb has addressed the students with their speech. It was inspiring to the government school students. Thanking them for taking the time to speak with and motivate the students can go a long way in encouraging them to continue their education and pursue their dreams. Especially they appreciated the students for making Projects and Creating Web Pages by using Chubb Digital Labs. Having positive role models and hearing from successful individuals can have a significant impact on young students, especially those who may not have had those opportunities before. By providing motivation and encouragement, the Chubb Global leadership team is helping to empower and inspire the students to achieve their goals. Volunteering is a powerful tool that can bring change in society by simply investing time and effort. Wells Fargo - NirmaanCodingInitiative program is such an instance of a successful volunteering program. The Coding Initiative which was started by the Women in Technology (WiT) Team of Wells Fargo through volunteering 3 years back has now taken the shape of one of the impactful projects covering 3 states and providing coding skills to over 8,000+ Children across Karnataka, TamilNadu, and Telangana. The Initiative focuses on Computational thinking, logical reasoning, and coding Skills. We recently conducted a Hackathon Finale in Telangana state where students presented their project ideas to the Judge panel at the Wells Fargo Campus. It was surreal for Juweriya, a class 10th Student of GGHS, Nampally school to stand in front of the techies and explain her project. Ten such amazing projects were presented by more than 20 bright students from Government schools across the state. The students were shining with confidence at such a young age and this was a great platform for them to showcase their talent. We, Nirmaan Organization, thank Lina Nair, Bandana Jha, Sumona Ganguli and Parul for the Coding Initiatives. We extend our thanks to all the volunteers, Judges, and Nitin for coordinating the event at Wells Fargo.

Many students want to learn and use computers but due to their financial constraints, they could not afford them. Factset Company has sponsored a DDI lab at GHS Nallakunta to help the students achieve their goals. On 08 February 2023, a team from Factset visited the school and engaged with the teachers and students. They distributed prizes for the top performers from the 6th standard to the 10th standard. Further, they conducted fun games like ‘building blocks’ for girls and ‘ball in the basket’ for boys and awarded prizes to the winners. Thankyou Factset for interacting with the #students and clearing their doubts. We hope many such events happen in the future and help many students by providing them a chance to achieve their goals.

Cigniti took another important step towards community development through our CSR initiative, #ProjectCignificance. Today, we proudly inaugurated an upskilling center to support 100 young women from underprivileged backgrounds at TTWREIS in the presence of our CFO, Krishnan Venkatachary along with our leadership team: Urmila Markili, Symu Koul, Venkatesh Kovvuri, Sajid Khan, and Midhun Pingili; Founder and CEO from Nirmaan Mayur Patnala, and senior members from HYSEA Neeraja Vijender and Shanti Devulapalli. The project aims to bridge the digital divide and provide these young women with various options for complete integration into the mainstream industry and market through specialized training programs leading to gainful employment. This is the first skill center under the program "Project Udaan: A Skill Development and Employability Initiative" to support tribal girls from rural areas in partnership with Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association and Nirmaan Organization as our Knowledge and Impact Partners. We would like to thank Sri Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR), Minister for IT, Industries and Municipal Administration, Government of Telangana, for the opportunity and guidance on driving these initiatives.
Petralchenu village has been grappling with severe water scarcity issues for years, and despite over 20 attempts to drill borewells by both government authorities and private organizations, none were successful. Nirmaan Organization intervened with support from ServiceNow The organization successfully drilled a borewell, in addition to the one they dug last year. This is part of the overall holistic development of the village through #VillageAdoptionProgram. We're delighted to announce that the borewell drilling project in the tribal village of Petralchenu has been a tremendous success! Petralchenu village, which is a Chenchu habitation and an aboriginal tribe that relies solely on the forest for their livelihood, now has two sources of water thanks to the Nirmaan Tribal Village Adoption Project. The villagers expressed their gratitude to our Corporate Partner, who sponsored the borewell and supported Petralchenu. The Nirmaan Organization is honoured to have been a part of this initiative and would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the leadership of our corporate partner for their support towards a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) habitation. This success in Petralchenu village is a testament to the power of collaboration and community service. It has not only brought water to a parched village but has also renewed hope among the villagers, who have been struggling with water scarcity for years. This initiative has the potential to transform lives and uplift the community in more ways than one.

Nirmaan has successfully completed the computation called Code Festa at ZPHS Ganesh nagar, supported by Micron. This is a three-level project where we teach computer skills at the school level, state level, and national level. 200+ documents like invitations, calendars, and attendance sheets with mathematical formulas like average, percentage, status, students results...etc were created by the students. The school principal expresses his gratitude to Micron and Nirmaan for their generous contribution.

The recruiters from “Pioneer Labs”,” Harvin Enterprises Limited” and “Kapston Properties India PVT Limited” has visited our center and given a brief orientation about the company policies and the role and responsibilities. Mr. Karthik from Pioneer labs has interacted with the beneficiaries and screened them for the role of Network Engineer where in 6 got selected out of 12. Mrs. Divya from Harvin Enterprises Limited has described the work culture and screened & selected 10 beneficiaries for the role of Sales Officer. Mr. Rajeskhar from Kapston Properties India Pvt Limited has checked the typing speed and selected 10 beneficiaries for the role of Data Entry Operator. Two beneficiaries appeared in the interview in Techno Paints and got selected for the position of Sales Executive. We are delighted to see the beneficiaries grabbing the best opportunities to start their career with and thankful to the employers for providing the opportunity to work with them.
