We, at NIRMAAN in collaboration with FIRSTSOURCE successfully conducted the 7th MULTI SPECIALITY HEALTH CAMP on Sunday i.e 5th MARCH At Musi nagar, Chadargat. Impacted 2485 patients till now. Conducting a camp like this is a Herculean task. 1) Identifying the location 2) getting permission from Authority s ( Law and order, Community leaders and Health ) 3) Time of all SPECIALITY Doctors and sisters. 4) Campaign in Basthis for 3 days. The session was inspiring as it was conducted in a story manner which created an element of excitement among the students. You have created such an impact on their minds. We Thank you Infosys team.
On 02 February 2023, a Bamboo craft session was conducted at Nirmaan VTC, Bhekrai Nagar, Pune by Jan Shikshan Sansthan, an organization that provides Skill India certificates. The session focused on splitting the bamboo, removing its strips, and operating the machine for bamboo cutting. Further, it focused on making sky lanterns, pen stands, trays, and wall pieces. Because of the growing demand for bamboo products in the market, 40 women who had participated in the session, learned about making the products thereby earning income by selling those. The women beneficiaries are thankful to #Jan Shikshan Sansthan, ADP, and Nirmaan organization for coming up with innovative sessions.
Cosmetics have been in use since ancient Egyptian times to enhance appearance. As time passed, people started setting beauty standards and makeup has gained importance in one’s life. Makeup is used to boost one’s self-confidence (Remember, one is beautiful with or without makeup). In recent times, HD makeup has gained prominence. Considering the market demand, we organized an HD makeup seminar for our beneficiaries of the beautician course at our VTC, Bhekrai Nagar, Pune. Sanjana Naik, with 22 years of experience in makeup, attended the session and explained to our 32 beneficiaries the ways and tips of doing HD makeup. The women (beneficiaries) engaged in the session enthusiastically and are thankful to both ADP Company and Nirmaan Organization for helping them make better careers.

How to take help from help features in PowerPoint. Thank you so much EPAM and normal organization for the computer lab in my school. I am completed my practical project work in the lab. We have got a lot of help in preparing ppt for the board exam. We completed all our projects on time with the help of the computer.
Chettipelli Sravan belongs to a farming family. He graduated from B.com, and has appeared in a few interviews but didn’t find a proper opportunity. He was advised by one of his friends to join a free training and placement program for youth. That’s when Sravan grabbed the opportunity to enroll in Tally. ‘’I completed my graduation a year ago and was in search of a job. That's when I enrolled in a Tally course as suggested by one of my friends. Nirmaan Organization, women in Tech program students involved in practical learning along with theoretical learning to make them understand and learn the concepts. Learning the concept is the first step and applying the concepts and knowledge practically is the second major step. HTML and CSS are used to design the front end of the application. We conducted an activity to design the front-end part of the shopping web application. All the aspirants participated in the activity. Their designs were quite attractive. Each and every individual understood how to use HTML and CSS in designing the front end of the application. This activity was really helpful for the aspirants to develop their design skills. Reshma Ramesh Lingfode didn't even know what she was talking about when she came to the classroom to inquire. And she was educated in a school for the deaf. She has completed her education till 10th standard. Her mother is also deaf. She also joined the class but left the class on her own as she could not hear. The condition of her house is bad. Her father works as a bamboo picker and her mother goes to the village and works in the fields. She has the determination to do something in her daily life. So she took admitted to Nirmaan Org, class. And today she creates every pattern very well. She has made the embroidery patterns very delicate and beautiful. She has undergone many nice changes. So she is happy. After completing her classes, she is confident that she will start a blouse-sewing business at home. She is very thankful to Nirmaan Organization and ADP Company.
To start with the works for this week we have given the highest priority to mobilization and all the candidates were duly called and have been informed about the courses offered to the aspirants and also the benefits of the same. The work is done with great enthusiasm. For online batch 2 aspirants computer course java has been taught which includes oops concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism classes, and objects, etc. This aids in their programming skills in object-oriented programming language as it is the most popular multi-platform application development language The aspirants are involved in the discussion of the topic with more queries which really shows their interest in learning. The aspirants are very sportive and enthusiastic about learning the basics of MS Word. Conclusion: Overall, we started a new batch with a basic knowledge of MS office and all aspirants show their interest in training.
This week we meticulously worked on mobilization via telephone calls. Several cold calls were made to ensure we get sufficient students to onboard into our program. Through the mobilization calls, thorough efforts were put in place to explain the prospective student's benefits of the program and how it would help them in a holistic way. The mobilization drive was then followed by conducting orientation sessions to the new students via both online and offline classes. We also focused on completing the English syllabus with attention toward mock interviews to the outgoing offline batch. This was concluded with a final assessment test which was taken by both online and offline students. Conclusion: Further, we took special soft skills classes which includes the topic SWOT analysis which explains the importance of strengths weaknesses, and threats in all situations.
During this week highest priority was given to mobilize a greater number of aspirants to participate in the training program and courses conducted by us. All the candidates were called and have been informed about Nirmaan Organization and the benefits of the program. Resume writing and topic discussion was done in offline 3 batches in the classroom. The tips and tricks were given to the trainees to get a clear picture of creating an interesting innovative resume in the computer lab which helps them in getting success in their process job search. Recently we started a new batch with the introduction of MS office and other such important tools. Coming to the online batch students were taught shortcut keys in their computer classes. Conclusion: Overall, students were also given the opportunity of baseline assessment which includes the level of knowledge, skills, and capabilities which helps to improve their confidence.

Today I am glad to share with you all that the Chubb Global leadership team interacted with students from seven different schools, schools from the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, as well as a school from Bhubaneswar in Odisha. Engaging with students from multiple schools and regions can help promote diversity, inclusion, and a broader perspective. It also highlights the company's commitment to making a positive impact in the communities where they operate. Access to digital labs can help students develop important skills such as coding, web development, and digital design. Team of Chubb has addressed the students with their speech. It was inspiring to the government school students. Thanking them for taking the time to speak with and motivate the students can go a long way in encouraging them to continue their education and pursue their dreams. Especially they appreciated the students for making Projects and Creating Web Pages by using Chubb Digital Labs. Having positive role models and hearing from successful individuals can have a significant impact on young students, especially those who may not have had those opportunities before. By providing motivation and encouragement, the Chubb Global leadership team is helping to empower and inspire the students to achieve their goals.
