Volunteering sessions help students to get involved and gain knowledge on the topic. We want our students not just to follow the academic books and score good marks, rather we focus on their career growth as well. We conduct volunteering sessions on a wide range of topics at Government schools and our centers. A team of three volunteers from SenecaGlobal conducted a virtual volunteering session on Aptitude and Logical reasoning for 30 students at Nirmaan YEP, Ameerpet, and explained the topic effectively. The volunteers had given the beneficiaries a few tricks to solve the problems quickly and assisted them in solving a few logical problems by presenting example questions on the screen. The students are thankful to the volunteers as it could help them in the interview process where Aptitude and logical reasoning has become one such critical process in clearing the interview. Also, it has conducted a virtual volunteering session on Email and Excel Workshop for 30 students at Nirmaan YEP, Ameerpet. The session focused on the dos and don’ts of Email Writing, and how to implement formulas in Excel sheets. Further, they presented practical instances and suggested to the beneficiaries how to apply a few shortcut keys. The volunteers also conducted a virtual volunteering session on Advanced MS Excel for 40 students of ZPHSNarmetta School. The session focused on data filtering, data formatting, and the basics of Pivot tables and macros. We are thankful to the volunteers of SenecaGlobal for scheduling time to educate our beneficiaries on valuable topics and giving advice by presenting factual instances.
Training and development initiatives within an organization are educational activities that are designed to improve the job performance of an individual or a group. These programs typically involve advancing employees’ knowledge and skill sets, thereby instilling a greater motivation to enhance their job performance. Acquiring skills should always be a priority especially when it comes to the teachers who are teaching the future citizens of India. Nirmaan Organization had organized a 2-day Training program for Coding Instructors, Computer Teachers, and Program Coordinators all across India. The training was given on Communication Skills, Email Etiquette, MS Office, HTML, and CSS concepts. There were #leadership sessions on Finance, Human Resources, and Organizational updates.
Nirmaan Organization in collaboration with HSBC Technology India has set up a digital lab in government-aided Karmaveer Bhausaheb Hire High School, Pune. Students will be provided training on basic computer skills and coding, which can be very useful skills to have, to survive in any organization. Through videos, students will be able to visualize complex topics and understand them in a better way. Nirmaan organization in collaboration with HSBC Technology India has set up a Women SkillDevelopmentCenter in Wadarwadi Shivaji Nagar, Pune for women from unprivileged backgrounds. We are aiming to provide training in tailoring & beautician courses to 220 women through this center. We, at NIRMAAN in collaboration with FIRSTSOURCE successfully conducted the 7th MULTI SPECIALITY HEALTH CAMP on Sunday i.e 5th MARCH At Musi nagar, Chadargat. Impacted 2485 patients till now. Conducting a camp like this is a Herculean task. 1) Identifying the location 2) getting permission from Authority s ( Law and order, Community leaders and Health ) 3) Time of all SPECIALITY Doctors and sisters. 4) Campaign in Basthis for 3 days. The session was inspiring as it was conducted in a story manner which created an element of excitement among the students. You have created such an impact on their minds. We Thank you Infosys team.
On 02 February 2023, a Bamboo craft session was conducted at Nirmaan VTC, Bhekrai Nagar, Pune by Jan Shikshan Sansthan, an organization that provides Skill India certificates. The session focused on splitting the bamboo, removing its strips, and operating the machine for bamboo cutting. Further, it focused on making sky lanterns, pen stands, trays, and wall pieces. Because of the growing demand for bamboo products in the market, 40 women who had participated in the session, learned about making the products thereby earning income by selling those. The women beneficiaries are thankful to #Jan Shikshan Sansthan, ADP, and Nirmaan organization for coming up with innovative sessions.
Cosmetics have been in use since ancient Egyptian times to enhance appearance. As time passed, people started setting beauty standards and makeup has gained importance in one’s life. Makeup is used to boost one’s self-confidence (Remember, one is beautiful with or without makeup). In recent times, HD makeup has gained prominence. Considering the market demand, we organized an HD makeup seminar for our beneficiaries of the beautician course at our VTC, Bhekrai Nagar, Pune. Sanjana Naik, with 22 years of experience in makeup, attended the session and explained to our 32 beneficiaries the ways and tips of doing HD makeup. The women (beneficiaries) engaged in the session enthusiastically and are thankful to both ADP Company and Nirmaan Organization for helping them make better careers.

We have got a lot of help in preparing ppt for the board exam. We completed all our projects on time with the help of the computer.
Chettipelli Sravan belongs to a farming family. He graduated from B.com, and has appeared in a few interviews but didn’t find a proper opportunity. He was advised by one of his friends to join a free training and placement program for youth. That’s when Sravan grabbed the opportunity to enroll in Tally. ‘’I completed my graduation a year ago and was in search of a job. That's when I enrolled in a Tally course as suggested by one of my friends. I believed that advancing my skills would help me get the best opportunities and surely my faith turned out to be fruitful as now I am one of the employees of NirmaanOrganization. Nirmaan Organization, women in Tech program students involved in practical learning along with theoretical learning to make them understand and learn the concepts. Learning the concept is the first step and applying the concepts and knowledge practically is the second major step. HTML and CSS are used to design the front end of the application. We conducted an activity to design the front-end part of the shopping web application. All the aspirants participated in the activity. Their designs were quite attractive. Each and every individual understood how to use HTML and CSS in designing the front end of the application. This activity was really helpful for the aspirants to develop their design skills. Reshma Ramesh Lingfode didn't even know what she was talking about when she came to the classroom to inquire. And she was educated in a school for the deaf. She has completed her education till 10th standard. Her mother is also deaf. She also joined the class but left the class on her own as she could not hear. The condition of her house is bad. Her father works as a bamboo picker and her mother goes to the village and works in the fields. She has the determination to do something in her daily life. So she took admitted to Nirmaan Org, class. And today she creates every pattern very well. She has made the embroidery patterns very delicate and beautiful. She has undergone many nice changes. So she is happy. After completing her classes, she is confident that she will start a blouse-sewing business at home. She is very thankful to Nirmaan Organization and ADP Company.
