Nirmaan Visited Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore, Odisha

We are pleased to share that we the team Nirmaan today visited Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore, Odisha. Our purpose was to assess the situation and extend support to the victims of the train accident that occurred near Bahanaga railway station. The train accident resulted in over 200+injured patients being admitted to the Balasore District Hospital. we had the opportunity to meet some of these victims and provide them with moral support and assistance. We are committed to helping them in their recovery process and ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention. Furthermore, we also learned that around 900+ injured individuals were admitted to the SCB Medical College Cuttack and unfortunately, there have been 500+ casualties. The deceased have been respectfully kept at AIIMS Odisha, Bhubaneswar Hospital. Our deepest condolences go out to the families and friends of those who lost their lives in this tragic incident. During our visit, we had the privilege of meeting with the Balasore District Collector, Sri Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde. We are grateful for his positive response to the Nirmaan Disaster Project, which aims to provide relief, rehabilitation, and support to those affected by such calamities. Nirmaan is fully committed to working closely with the local authorities, hospitals, and other organizations to ensure that all necessary measures are taken to support the victims, their families, and individual Our team will continue to assess the situation, identify the needs of the affected individuals, and provide them with the required resources and assistance. Nirmaan and TS.Tribal Educational Institutions has Launched Skilling Program for Tribal Girl Students

Here i am very happy to share this with you a remarkable initiative focused on empowering tribal girl students through skilling programs. In many tribal communities, girls face numerous socio-economic challenges that hinder their educational and career prospects. However, recognizing the potential within these communities, nirmaan organization and Telangana Government tribal educational institutions (TSWREIS AND TTWREIS/JC) have launched programs specifically tailored to address these barriers and provide these young girls with the IT skills they need to succeed. The tribal girl students skilling program aims to bridge the gap between education and employability for girls belonging to tribal communities. These skilling programs have brought about significant positive changes in the lives of tribal girl students. Firstly, they offer these girls an opportunity to acquire practical skills that are in high demand in the job market. By gaining These skilling programs have brought about significant positive changes in the lives of tribal girl students. . By gaining this training, the girls can enhance their employability and economic independence, thus breaking the cycle of poverty prevalent in many tribal communities. Additionally, the programs empower these girls by boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem, enabling them to become active contributors to their families and communities

Nirmaan Conducted Interactive Session on Health Exclusively to PwD at Champapet

Nirmaan conducted interactive session on Health exclusively to PwD ( person with disabled ). At CHAMPAPET PwD hostel. 150 people are staying in this hostel. Listened to their issues 1) 3 deaths were happened recently due to heart attack. 2) Obesity - due to unable to do physical exercises ( Gym, running and walking ) they are facing this problem. 3)own family excluding them. That's why they are staying at government hostels. 4) when ever they go outside unable to use wash rooms. That's why they are consuming very less water daily. 5) asking orthopaedic and physiotherapist assistance monthly once.

Nirmaan Organization and Silicon Labs Successfully Conclude 'Lake Adoption Program'

As part of CSR initiative, Silicon Labs, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization and GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation), have conducted Lake Cleaning Program at Nerella Lake, Kondapur, Hyderabad on 13th April 2022. The participation of 25 volunteers from Silicon Labs, 15 volunteers from Nirmaan Organization, and 10 volunteers from the local community shows the dedication and commitment towards environmental conservation. Collecting and removing 1600KGs of plastic and other waste from the lake is a significant achievement. Removing this amount of waste will not only improve the aesthetics of the lake but also contribute to the overall health and well-being of the local ecosystem. Having Mr.Varinder, Director, SQA of Silicon Labs, join as the chief guest highlights the importance of corporate social responsibility and the commitment of Silicon Labs towards environmental sustainability. We would like to express our gratitude Ms. Bhavani Yadav, Mr. Pavan, Mr, #Ramesh and all #volunteers who have joined the event from Silicon Labs. Such events not only create awareness about the need for environmental conservation but also inspire others to take similar initiatives. Two beautiful things happened today 1) Dr.Harikrishna renowned Anaesthetist also participated and did volunteering. Thank you so much sir for your time. 2) Corporator Shri Narne srinivas garu has come to lake physically, and assured about his Given assurance for the support. Today We, in Nirmaan conducted Governing Board meeting, In which our board members and leaders from all the sectors participated. After introduction, We presented health ( both mental health and physical health ) progress to Our board members. In physical health Till now We conducted 1) 17 Multi speciality health camps, impacted 7000 + patients. 2) 14 Blood donation camps impacted 2100+ patients. 3) 13 CPR sessions for police personnel. 4) Established Tele dialysis in NIMS HOSPITAL. Impacted 3300+ patients. 5) Medical infra donation to MNJ CANCER HOSPITAL. Exclusively for women. In pipeline establishing Family clinic and Mobile medical unit. Where as DR APARNA MARAMREDDY who is leading MENTAL HEALTH conducted 40 awareness sessions with 1200 beneficiaries and also including vulnerable sections of our community like ( LGBTQ,PWD,OLD AGE HOMES, GOVT HOME FOR GIRLS, TRIBAL COLLEGE STUDENTS Etc, ) Thank you one and all for who supported in this journey. Nirmaan Successfully Rehabilitates Families in Collaboration with HSBC Global Service Centre

Our heartfelt gratitude to HSBC Global Service Centre, India for enabling Nirmaan Organization to work for the rehabilitation of flood-affected families in Bhadrachalam. We are thrilled to announce that with the support of HSBC Global Service Centre, India, Nirmaan Organization has successfully rehabilitated families impacted by the devastating floods in Bhadradi Kothagudem District, Telangana. Together, we have built 74 pucca houses in the villages of Kashinagaram, Sunnambatti, and Sarapaka, providing secure housing for the flood-affected families. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to HSBC and its exceptional leadership team - Michael Raj, Mamatha Madireddy @Anderson Philips @Sudhir Babu @Stephen Liu for standing by us throughout this journey. Their unwavering support has been instrumental in making this project a resounding success. On April 29, 2023, we had the privilege of celebrating the completion of these new homes with an inauguration ceremony. The event was graced by the presence of Shri. Venkateshwarlu, Additional District Collector of Bhadradri Kothagudem, the esteemed leadership team from HSBC Global Service Centre India, members of Nirmaan Organization, and local leaders. These newly constructed homes will serve as a safe haven for the tribal communities, enabling them to rebuild their lives after the devastating floods. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the local leaders and villagers for their constant support and encouragement throughout this endeavor. It is their spirit and resilience that inspire us to continue working towards creating a sustainable impact and making a positive difference in people's lives.

Providing Laptops from AquaSec Leadership for Pwd Students

Access to technology is crucial for students, especially in today's world where everything is moving online. For visually challenged students and girl students, technology can be particularly empowering, as it can help them access information and learn in ways that were not previously possible. By providing laptops, #AquaSec Leadership and Volunteers with the support of Nirmaan Organization are helping to create a more inclusive and accessible learning environment for these students, which will hopefully enable them to progress in their careers and achieve their full potential. By enabling the donation of laptops to visually challenged and girl students, they are helping to bridge the digital divide and provide equal opportunities to all students regardless of their physical abilities or gender

Food Bank Activity Program From State Street

Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person's life. We at Nirmaan Organization heartfully thank State Street leadership and all the volunteers for their active participation in the Food bank activity program to support and feed 100 Elderly and PwD Women from Moosarambagh Old age home on 29th Apr. It was an emotional connect for all the volunteers and also the women from the home to get interacted and bring smiles of hope, care and love. Thank you Rupali Agarwal and Harish Kumar Sirapu for all the tremendous support. Looking forward for more such activities which will create a lot of impact.
