Congratulations to all the Nirmaan #Graduates of “Future Ready Youth Skilling Centre”, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru on their achievement! It's wonderful to see their enthusiasm and passion for the future. We are providing a wide range of #technical and #nontechnical courses at our skill centre, including Java, Web technology, Python, MySQL, Advance Excel, Basic Networking, MS Office advance level, soft skills and life skills. These are all valuable #skills that can #help the #graduates to succeed in their #careers and personal lives. The technical batch completed students have been recognized and honored with certificates from both the Microsoft team, Bengaluru and Nirmaan core team. This recognition is a testament to their hard work and dedication in completing their courses. “Laptops distribution for meritorious students” event was held on 20th March 2023 where 16 #laptops were distributed to #meritorious students from various streams like B.Tech, B.Sc CS, MBBS and 2 #smartphones were distributed to 2 #students which will greatly help them in their #academic pursuits. The event was organized by Encora Inc., and the leadership team of Encora India was present at the event. The Encora leadership team included Mr. Anesh Korla - EVP & COO India, Mr. jaison verghese - EVP & Head of Global Financial Operations, Mr. Philip Pothan - India Head-Finance & Accounts, and Mrs. Anitha Sarathy - India Head-People & Culture. In addition, a special guest, Melissa Riberio, who is the Global Chief People Officer, was also present at the event.
Future Ready Youth Skilling Centre, Bommanahalli, #Bengaluru, held a job fair with the support of Microsoft. The event was successful which attracted 100+ walk-ins. Companies like Allsec Technology, Ready Assist, CHF, Muthoot Finance, Paradigm IT Technology, and many more were present to offer job #opportunities to the candidates who attended the job fair. Through this Job fair, the candidates were able to connect with potential employers and learn about available job opportunities in their respective fields.

With support of Firstsource, today, we are launching two spokes of Tele-ICU for Govt General Hospital, Siddipet and District Hospital, Gajwel. These two hospitals are from rural parts of Telangana.
Verizon India and Nirmaan Organization launch a first-of-its-kind Mobile Career Counselling Lab in Telangana equipped with digital infrastructure and technology based applications for students in rural India .In the first year, this ‘Career Counselling on Wheels’ initiative will reach out to 10,000 students and youth in 9 remote districts of Telangana. ‘Career Counselling on Wheels’ initiative in its first year as a pilot project will conduct about 150-200 sessions reaching out to over 10,000 students and youth in about 6-9 remote districts of Adilabad, Asifabad, Mancherial, Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Nagarkurnool in Telangana.

Mr. Rajesh Nambiar, Chairman and Managing Director, cognizant India, met with our Nirmaan students who presented their coding skills to him.
Pragati Santosh Tilak is a brilliant student studying in 9th standard at Karamveer Bhausaheb Hire School, Pune. She lost her father at an early age and her mother works in a hospital and runs the household. Pragati was very keen on learning the computer but due to financial constraints, she could not pursue her passion. After the inauguration of the Digital Lab supported by HSBC Software Development India and NirmaanOrganization, Pragati has gotten an opportunity to gain knowledge on computers and fulfill her passion. She is thankful to both the organizations for the set-up of this digital lab which will help many such students like her to access digital knowledge and information.
We are thrilled to share the heart-warming story of a 1.7 kg baby who was admitted due to being underweight to the Special Newborn Care Unit (SNCU) at Mother and Child Health Hospital, Nalgonda. With the equipment supported to the Neonatal ICU by our donor, Cigniti, the baby was able to receive the life-saving care and support that is required to survive. We believe that every baby deserves the best possible start in life regardless of their background or circumstances. But many of them lose their lives due to no proper access to medical care and support. Thanks to Cigniti’s healthcare initiative, around 1000+ critical infants benefitted and many children are given a chance to fight for their life. Also, we thank the Doctors and medical staff at Mother and Child Health who work tirelessly to care for these vulnerable newborns. Their dedication and expertise are truly life-changing for these babies and their families.

Perfect nails bring self-confidence (The Unspoken Truth). Nail art has become a beauty standard with the growing demand for beautiful nail designs. Many women show interest in having creative nail art. They started investing their time and money in learning it. We are glad to extend our help to our women beneficiaries from our Beauty Parlour course, Nirmaan VTC (Pune), in Nail art training as it would help them keep on par with the trendy looks and as such generates income to them. All 50 students actively participated in the session and are thankful to HSBC Technology India and Nirmaan Organization for coming up with innovative training.
