Nirmaan Visited Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore, Odisha

We are pleased to share that we the team Nirmaan today visited Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore, Odisha. Our purpose was to assess the situation and extend support to the victims of the train accident that occurred near Bahanaga railway station. The train accident resulted in over 200+injured patients being admitted to the Balasore District Hospital. we had the opportunity to meet some of these victims and provide them with moral support and assistance. We are committed to helping them in their recovery process and ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention. Furthermore, we also learned that around 900+ injured individuals were admitted to the SCB Medical College Cuttack and unfortunately, there have been 500+ casualties. The deceased have been respectfully kept at AIIMS Odisha, Bhubaneswar Hospital. Our deepest condolences go out to the families and friends of those who lost their lives in this tragic incident. During our visit, we had the privilege of meeting with the Balasore District Collector, Sri Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde. We are grateful for his positive response to the Nirmaan Disaster Project, which aims to provide relief, rehabilitation, and support to those affected by such calamities. Nirmaan is fully committed to working closely with the local authorities, hospitals, and other organizations to ensure that all necessary measures are taken to support the victims, their families, and individual Our team will continue to assess the situation, identify the needs of the affected individuals, and provide them with the required resources and assistance. Nirmaan and TS.Tribal Educational Institutions has Launched Skilling Program for Tribal Girl Students

Here i am very happy to share this with you a remarkable initiative focused on empowering tribal girl students through skilling programs. In many tribal communities, girls face numerous socio-economic challenges that hinder their educational and career prospects. However, recognizing the potential within these communities, nirmaan organization and Telangana Government tribal educational institutions (TSWREIS AND TTWREIS/JC) have launched programs specifically tailored to address these barriers and provide these young girls with the IT skills they need to succeed. The tribal girl students skilling program aims to bridge the gap between education and employability for girls belonging to tribal communities. These skilling programs have brought about significant positive changes in the lives of tribal girl students. Firstly, they offer these girls an opportunity to acquire practical skills that are in high demand in the job market. By gaining These skilling programs have brought about significant positive changes in the lives of tribal girl students. . By gaining this training, the girls can enhance their employability and economic independence, thus breaking the cycle of poverty prevalent in many tribal communities. Nirmaan Successfully Rehabilitates Families in Collaboration with HSBC Global Service Centre

Our heartfelt gratitude to HSBC Global Service Centre, India for enabling Nirmaan Organization to work for the rehabilitation of flood-affected families in Bhadrachalam. We are thrilled to announce that with the support of HSBC Global Service Centre, India, Nirmaan Organization has successfully rehabilitated families impacted by the devastating floods in Bhadradi Kothagudem District, Telangana. Together, we have built 74 pucca houses in the villages of Kashinagaram, Sunnambatti, and Sarapaka, providing secure housing for the flood-affected families. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to HSBC and its exceptional leadership team - Michael Raj, Mamatha Madireddy @Anderson Philips @Sudhir Babu @Stephen Liu for standing by us throughout this journey. Their unwavering support has been instrumental in making this project a resounding success. On April 29, 2023, we had the privilege of celebrating the completion of these new homes with an inauguration ceremony. The event was graced by the presence of Shri. Venkateshwarlu, Additional District Collector of Bhadradri Kothagudem, the esteemed leadership team from HSBC Global Service Centre India, members of Nirmaan Organization, and local leaders. These newly constructed homes will serve as a safe haven for the tribal communities, enabling them to rebuild their lives after the devastating floods. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the local leaders and villagers for their constant support and encouragement throughout this endeavor. It is their spirit and resilience that inspire us to continue working towards creating a sustainable impact and making a positive difference in people's lives.
