CareerGuidanceSession: We hosted 25 students and 6 teachers from Kothaguda School for an enlightening career guidance session. Silicon Labs' team shared invaluable insights, inspiring the next generation to pursue their dreams. BloodDonationCamp: A remarkable 51 Silicon Labs employees generously donated blood, demonstrating their dedication to various causes and potentially saving lives. We express our profound gratitude to Silicon Labs' entire leadership and team for embracing these initiatives.

Mass Plantation Project Synopsys Inc

Our heartfelt gratitude to Synopsys Inc. for their support in the Mass Plantation project at the Botanical Garden in Hyderabad. This incredible project brought together over 200+ Synopsoids, alongside their family members, in a shared commitment to the environment. The plantation program started with the esteemed presence of Mr. Chandrashekhar Reddy, MD of TSFDC. This project is set to enhance the greenery of our region with the planting of 1000 trees representing 22 different native species, a dedication to our collective responsibility towards Mother Earth. Heartwarming Volunteering Session.

Oprah Winfrey once said, 'By adopting an orphanage, we can transform it into a place of love, growth, and opportunity.' We are proud to share that, with the support of DBS Bank Tech, We have adopted ARUNRainbowHome in Lalapet. Together, We've taken on the responsibility of providing vital support to ARUN Rainbow Home. Our commitment includes nine months of grocery support, building painting, washroom repairs, stationery for their educational needs, and tuition fee assistance. On August 31st, We organized a #heartwarming #volunteering #session. Our dedicated #volunteers engaged with the #children of ARUN Rainbow Home, offering one-on-one mentoring and organizing exciting activities such as themed drawing sessions. We also distributed #stationery kits and ensured they had sufficient grocery stock. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible #45volunteers from the DBS Bank Tech team who made this day truly #unforgettable. Your unwavering support and dedication are making a meaningful difference in the lives of these children.

Teaching Learning Materia Session

On 05 August 2023, with the support of Bosch, Nirmaan Organization organized a volunteering activity at ZPHS Hydershakote, benefitting 500 students. The event started with the preparation of Teaching-Learning Material (TLM) for 6th and 7th grade by the volunteers of Bosch and Nirmaan to improve students’ learning and provide them with helpful educational resources. Later, the students eagerly joined in sports like Kho-Kho, Volleyball, Rings, Skipping, and Running. Volunteers also played and spent valuable time interacting with students, helping them grow and showcasing their talents. A big thank you to all the Bosch and Nirmaan Organization volunteers for their boundless participation and volunteering support. Your interactions with students have not only enriched the students' lives through sports and educational materials but also inspired a sense of unity and compassion. We would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Bezaleel Johnson- Project Lead of corporate social responsibility (Bosch), for your exemplary leadership and support towards the event. We thank Cognizant volunteers for conducting career guidance session in Govt senior secondary school Kadipur gurgaon Where 350 children benefited, students. It is volunteers like you who make the world a better place and we are grateful to have you for having these wonderful sessions. We look forward to working with you all in the future. The volunteering session that was conducted by 12 Cognizant volunteers Two hours session taught the students everything they needed to know about Career guidance . It was a very insightful and interactive session. Thanks to the Cognizant volunteers for imparting their knowledge to our government school GSSS Kadipur gurgaon student It is a certificate program where 35 students have completed the course on Higher Order Thinking and STEM from GSSS Kadipur gurgaon schools for 30 days during Summer. Our Nirmaan VTC center's team and beneficiaries tied handmade rakhis to police officers at Shivajinagar police station on Raksha Bandhan to honor them for their service. ADP VTC Pune celebrated Workers' Raksha Bandhan with municipal workers at Bhekrai Nagar, Phursungi to honor their hard work in keeping Pune city clean and healthy. No matter how you choose to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, make sure it is a day that you will never forget. Make a difference in the lives of others and make this festival even more meaningful.

Thrilling Day 3 of "Training of Trainers": A Fusion of Skill and Knowledge Day 3 of our "Training of Trainers" program was an action-packed experience, brimming with a diverse array of captivating seminars. These sessions seamlessly blended practical skills with profound knowledge, ensuring a holistic learning journey. Ms. Shirisha led a dynamic classroom management training, imparting pragmatic strategies for creating an organized and engaging learning atmosphere. The advanced MS Office lesson by Ms. Nirmala Emmevaru navigated us through invaluable tools and features, poised to enhance our daily work efficiency. Dr. DR APARNA MARAMREDDY's insights into Mental Awareness in Child Psychology and Stress Management provided us with a vital foundation for addressing students' emotional well-being. Through Ms. Supriya B.'s captivating presentation on Social Media, we gleaned insights on tactful online platform utilization for effective organizational branding. Technical prowess received a boost through Ms. Badiganti Niharika's illuminating Python topics, contributing to engaging and enriching technical sessions. The financial discussions by Mr. kartheek komirishetti and Mr. Narsimha Paradesi laid the groundwork for a basic understanding of financial management. Ms. Neerudi Akshaya's presentation on HTML and CSS technologies empowered us with web development skills relevant to today's digital landscape. Our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ushakar Keerthi, Mr. Abdul Khadar, Mr. Manohar G, Ms. Krishna Kumari, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Shanthkumar Garidi, Ms. Anusha Jarapala, and Mr. Mahesh Kumar Koleti for their invaluable assistance across these three days, contributing to the resounding success of the event. A special acknowledgment to Himasree Raghumudri, Supriya B., Shirisha Nirmaan, Ramya Vangapandla, Vandana Bonu, @Kalyani, Siddieshwar and @Vara Prasad from the HR department, without whom the meticulous planning and execution of this event would not have been possible. Nirmaan’s New Beginning for impacting Female Sex Worker (FSW) Communities. We are happy to share a remarkable news that's close to my heart. Nirmaan has taken a big step towards positive change by opening its very first Skilling Center for Female Sex Worker (FSW) communities. What makes this even more special is our collaboration with one of the largest Community Based Organizations (CBO), a first-of-its-kind partnership for communities led by an NGO. Being a part of the inauguration of this training center was truly a great experience. I had the privilege to engage in inspiring conversations with the leaders of the partnering CBO, who shared the details on the center's inception and the incredible work they're doing for the community. Nirmaan is committing to make a difference in multiple ways: (1) Skilling & Employability (2) Entrepreneurship Support (3) Education for Tomorrow It brings us immense joy to know that our efforts will touch the lives of those who have been left with little choice due to their circumstances.
