Celebrating Success: Lake Cleaning and Plantation Drive I would like to extend heartfelt congratulations to the HSBC Team for their exceptional efforts in enabling Nirmaan Organization to organize a transformative two-day Lake Cleaning and Plantation drive at Amber Lake, Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad. On the 8th and 9th of July 2023, over 340 enthusiastic volunteers, fuelled by their dedication to environmental sustainability, joined forces and left an indelible mark on the community. The team planted a staggering 270 saplings, breathing life into the surroundings, and collected a remarkable 1.8 tons of solid waste from the lake bank. Such impactful initiatives are a testament to the power of collaboration and the unwavering commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR). At Nirmaan Organization, we are incredibly grateful for HSBC's unwavering support and leadership, including Damini Khaire and Girish Bidani MRICS ,FRICS. Your dedication to making a positive difference in the community is truly commendable. It was a day filled with joy, pride, and a sense of accomplishment as we witnessed our graduates cross the stage and embark on the next chapter of their lives. We appreciate their hard work, dedication, and growth throughout their women in tech skilling. We are deeply grateful to Shri Ashish Gautam – Head Govt Relations – Infosys Foundation for taking the time to join us and for his valuable insights and words of wisdom shared with our graduates. His extensive experience and expertise have undoubtedly left a lasting impression on our students as they embark on their future endeavors. “Plant a tree and Save our planet" We are so elated to share that we have planted 97 trees at TSWRS/JC(G) Mahendra hills, Hyderabad which is our first-ever native tree planting initiative! We were amazed to witness and receive the support of 65 CustomerInsights.AI Volunteers along with us. Their unwavering dedication, boundless creativity, and genuine passion for making a positive impact in our community were evident throughout the event. The vibrant and captivating wall art they crafted has not only transformed the school's environment but has also left an indelible impression on the students, staff, and visitors alike. A big shout out to all the Customer Insights volunteers for their boundless participation and volunteering support and let this be a motivation to many others who can also be a part of Nirmaan Volunteering activities. We are extremely grateful to the school management and staff of TSWRS/JC(G) Mahendrahills, Hyderabad for their invaluable support and for providing the platform for this incredible collaboration. Our heartfelt gratitude to EPAM Systems and its leadership for supporting 100 young women through the EPAM Scholarship and Mentorship program. Yesterday was an inspiring day at the HYSEA ESG Conclave 2023, where we came together to shape the future of Corporate Social Responsibility! The event delved into various aspects of CSR, including sustainable community development, employee engagement, environment conservation, and social welfare. It was heartening to see esteemed leaders from corporates, NGOs, and government discussing innovative solutions and best practices for implementing effective CSR programs. The ESG Roundtable focused on how environmental, social, and governance considerations are transforming into a critical business imperative. The engagement with stakeholders from different sectors was truly enriching, as we explored the increasing significance of ESG in driving sustainable and responsible business practices. As representatives of Nirmaan organization, we are thrilled to be part of this transformative journey towards a sustainable future. We are excited to collaborate with all stakeholders to integrate ESG principles into our core strategies and make a positive impact on society. "One small act, one life saved. Together we can save many lives" Nirmaan Organization in collaboration with Savills have conducted a Blood donation camp at their office premises on 4th July, 2023. 50 donors have shown the act of kindness by donating their blood to save the lives of many individuals who are in need. Our sincere appreciation to all the donors and the leadership of Savills and WeWork for their tremendous support throughout. Finally, a month of hard work paid off in the most colourful way. It has been an incredibly rewarding journey, for being a part of such a meaningful initiative. When I first started working on the campaign, I had no idea how impactful it would be on both the girl's lives and my own perspective. But, witnessing the joy and excitement on the faces of these young girls as they received their own bicycles was truly heart-warming. It brought to light the immense power of a simple act of kindness and how it can transform lives. Seeing these girls pedalling away with newfound freedom, independence, and a renewed sense of possibility was truly inspiring. It reminded me of the opportunities and privileges that many of us take for granted. The campaign not only provided them with a means of transportation but also opened up doors to education, break gender barrier, and a brighter future. The campaign also highlighted the power of community and collaboration. I sincerely thanks Rtn Rajasekhar Reddy Talla, Ravi Vadlamani , Sharath Choudary Katragadda, and for this great opportunity. It brought together individuals from various walks of life who shared a common goal of empowering these girls. Witnessing the spirit of generosity and compassion displayed by our volunteers and donors was truly inspiring. It reaffirmed my belief in the inherent goodness of humanity and our ability to create positive change when we come together. As I reflect on my time with the cycle donation campaign, I feel an overwhelming sense of pride and fulfilment. Knowing that we played a part in empowering these young girls to pursue their dreams fills my heart with joy. It has reinforced my commitment to continue working towards creating a more equitable and inclusive society. I believe that by supporting initiatives like this, we can break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and create a better future for all.

I'm delighted to share that our TMF-NIRMAAN SMART Visakhapatnam Center had a fantastic celebration of International Yoga Day at Pathanjali Yoga Center. It was a truly memorable event where all our students and staff came together to promote health, wellness, and mindfulness. The enthusiasm and dedication of everyone involved made this event a grand success. From beginners to advanced practitioners, we witnessed a beautiful display of unity, strength, and inner peace. The power of yoga to bring people together and nurture physical and mental well-being was truly evident throughout the day. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the participants, instructors, and volunteers who made this event possible.
