EPAM & Nirmaan Organize Tree Plantation Drive at Bengaluru School, Benefiting 300+ Students

Have you ever witnessed school students celebrating their birthdays by planting trees instead of distributing chocolates?

At Government High School, Kannamangala in Bengaluru, this unique practice has been followed for years, inspiring a culture of environmental responsibility among students.

Moved by their dedication, EPAM Systems, under its Corporate Social Responsibility, in collaboration with nirmaan.org as the impact partner, organized a Tree Plantation Drive on September 6, 2025. Volunteers and students planted saplings across the school premises, benefiting over 300 students and enhancing the greenery and overall aesthetics of the campus.

Invesco India & Nirmaan Distribute School Bags to MPPS Students in Hyderabad, Supporting Education

On August 27, 2025, Invesco India Pvt. Ltd., in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, hosted a school bag distribution program for the students at Mandal Parishad Primary School (MPPS), Madhura Nagar in Hyderabad, Telangana.

The students expressed their gratitude for receiving the bags, which will encourage learning habits, nurture reading practices, and inspire them to attend school regularly.

Invesco has also been supporting the school by providing teachers, which has significantly enhanced the learning experience and helped students strengthen their academic foundation.

Nirmaan Partners with Government of Andhra Pradesh to Empower SHG Women

Nirmaan Organization is proud to announce a landmark partnership with the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

On August 25, 2025, we officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dept of Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas (MEPMA) to empower thousands of urban Self-Help Group (SHG) women across the state.

Through this partnership, Nirmaan will soon provide capacity building, enterprise development, infrastructure support, and market access to strengthen income-generation opportunities for SHG women and groups.

Special thanks to Mission Director Shri. N. Tej Bharath, IAS, of MEPMA, for helping us build sustainable livelihoods for women.

State Street & Nirmaan Fulfill Wishes of 80 Orphaned Girls Through Wish Tree Program in Hyderabad

August 23, 2025

Orphaned girls, who rarely see their wishes fulfilled, experienced joy as State Street, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, hosted a Wish Tree Distribution program on August 23, 2025.

With the participation of 50 enthusiastic volunteers, the program brought happiness to 80 girls at Ashray Rainbow Home for Girls in Secunderabad, Hyderabad.

The girls wished for leggings, as well as some delicacies to eat. The volunteers brought their wishes to life by distributing the Wish Tree gifts, providing each girl with three leggings, and hosting a special lunch.

The students showcased their talents through songs, dances, storytelling, and participated in a debate on Mobile Phones and AI, and gifted handmade cards to the volunteers as a token of gratitude.

Synopsys and Nirmaan Inaugurate Kitchen Garden at KGBV School in Telangana

On August 23, 2025, Synopsys Inc, through its Synopsys For Good corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, inaugurated a Kitchen Garden at KGBV School, Devaruppula, Jangaon District in Telangana.
This initiative aims to provide girl students with fresh, nutritious vegetables and greens right from their school premises, ensuring wholesome meals and a better learning environment.

In 2024–25, Nirmaan successfully established 3 Kitchen Gardens. Building on this, 4 new Kitchen Gardens are being set up in Jangaon during 2025–26. With this expansion, a total of 7 Kitchen Gardens will be operational across Telangana, positively impacting the nutrition and well-being of more than 2,200 underprivileged students.

Syniverse & Nirmaan Inaugurate STEM Lab in Hyderabad, Empowering 600+ Students

August 22, 2025

On August 22nd, Syniverse, in collaboration with Nirmaan, inaugurated a STEM Lab at ZPHS Gajularamaram, Hyderabad, opening new learning opportunities for over 600 students.

Through this initiative, students will now have access to a hands-on learning environment to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, helping them to develop creativity and problem-solving skills.

During the inauguration, students proudly showcased projects such as remote-controlled cars, robotic models, and a 3D printer prototype, showcasing their passion for their big dreams.

We were honored by the presence of Mr. Raghunadh Mundra, Director of Operations, and Mr. PRATIYUSH RAIZADA, Operations Manager, Global Clearing Operations, from Syniverse, and Anuradha Pulla, CXO Partnerships, from Nirmaan, who shared inspiring words on the role of science in everyday life.

220 Orphanage Children Receive School Kits Thanks to Salesforce Volunteers

Salesforce, the enterprise software major, distributed ‘Back to School’ kits to 220 orphanage children from five different homes at the Monda Market school ground, Secunderabad in Hyderabad.

With the efforts of 11 Salesforce volunteers and over 33 volunteering hours, the drive helped the children prepare to take on the new academic year.

Carrier Technologies India & Nirmaan Organization Inaugurate Transformed Schools at Posanipet

When we transform a school, we shape hundreds of futures.

On August 12, 2025, Nirmaan Organization, with the unwavering support of Carrier Technologies India, proudly inaugurated the newly transformed ZPHS & MPPS Posanipet schools under the School Adoption Program, a key CSR initiative.

For many students from underserved communities, this school is their only gateway to education. Recognizing the urgent need, the school underwent a remarkable transformation. The project included the construction of a secure main gate and a fully equipped science lab, renovation of classrooms, installation of fans and lighting, and development of clean handwashing and drinking water facilities, along with functional toilets. Today, over 180 rural students benefit from a safe, dignified, and inspiring learning environment.

The new facilities were inaugurated by Mr. Srinivas Perni, Director – Supply Chain, Facilities & EHS, Carrier Technologies India, in the presence of Mrs. Madhuri Kankanala, Chief Delivery Officer, Nirmaan Organization; Mr. Krishna, Mandal Education Officer; Mr. Murali Krishna, Headmaster, ZPHS Posanipet; Mrs. Karuna Kumari, Headmaster, MPPS Posanipet; as well as Carrier volunteers, the Nirmaan team, school staff, and local community members.

Empowering Mulugu: A Village-Led Transformation in Madanapalle

Village Adoption Program – Igniting Change in Mulugu

Change becomes meaningful when it’s led by the people it touches.

We’re excited to share a powerful milestone from Madanapalle village in Mulugu district, where more than 2900 individuals are set to benefit through the Village Adoption Program. This initiative is the result of several weeks of on-ground engagement, listening to the community, and working hand-in-hand with them to co-create sustainable solutions.

With the wholehearted involvement of women, youth, and local leaders, we’ve formed a Village Development Committee (VDC) that will guide and own the transformation journey ahead. Livelihood support has been planned for five women and five youth, solar street light locations have been finalized, and upgradation of the community school will be addressed. A dedicated space for a community library has also been secured.

We’re also preparing to roll out digital and financial literacy sessions to equip the community with essential skills, and we’ve received strong support from the VDC to begin implementation.

This journey is a testament to what’s possible when trust, participation, and purpose come together. One village at a time, we’re building a stronger, self-reliant future.

Telangana Kho-Kho Team Shines as Runners-Up at HCL Foundation’s Sports For Change Nationals

Sports For Change by HCLFoundation!

On 6th August 2025 in Chennai, our Under-14 Kho-Kho Team from Telangana secured the runners-up position after a thrilling final against Tamil Nadu in Sports For Change – National Level Competitions showcasing spirit and teamwork against the best teams in the country.

From local grounds to the national arena, their journey has been inspiring; battling through district and state levels, defeating Chhattisgarh in the Bengaluru Zonals semi-final, and finally reaching the grand finale in Chennai.

This achievement was made possible through the Sports for Change initiative, where Nirmaan nurtures children from government schools across Telangana in sports.

Heartfelt thanks to HCL Foundation and our dedicated coaches for guiding these young champions. This is just the beginning, and together, we will continue to empower children.
