PepsiCo & Nirmaan Empower 50 Government School Girls Through Corporate Exposure Visit

For many students from government schools, receiving training and visiting the corporate world to gain real-world exposure is a dream but not always a reality.

PepsiCo India, through its CSR initiative “Learn Today, Give Tomorrow”, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization, is turning this dream into reality. A total of 50 bright 12th-grade girls from Government Senior Secondary School, Kadipur, hashtag#Gurugram, accompanied by the Nirmaan team, had the opportunity to visit the PepsiCo Head Office, hashtag#Delhi, as part of our beneficiary engagement initiative.

During the visit, the students engaged in meaningful discussions with the PepsiCo leadership team about their aspirations and career goals. Mentored through the Learn Today, Give Tomorrow program, the visit gave them practical exposure to corporate life and insights into career paths, professional skills, and workplace culture.
