Distribution of 19 Tablets and 5 Laptops to chinthalaguda GHS

Cognizant , in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, has successfully completed distribution of 19 tablets and 5 laptops to chinthalaguda government high school in Hyderabad for 9th and 10th grade children. Today, we have a third school launch in Karnataka state through my colleague, Mounika Konatham . I am glad that I could support in Telangana. Hospital With Health Complications

Yashoda arrived at Niloufer hospital with health complications and worried. She was immediately admitted to the recently established ICU and treated immediately with utmost care. She was happy while sharing the good news with us that she gave birth to a #babygirl. Nirmaan Organization is grateful to have partnered with ADP for setting up this ICU ward with 10 beds at the Niloufer Hospital in Hyderabad, Telangana. We thank the ADP leadership Vijay Vemulapalli , Dr. Vipul Singh, and Sridevi KatamReddy for the tremendous support. The Niloufer Hospital started with a great intention to serve the underprivileged women during their maternity and children. This hospital has the medical facilities for advanced maternity, pediatric, pediatric surgery supported by diagnostic facilities, and this support from ADP has been really impactful, enabling support to an average of 100+ patients a month. Dr. Muralidhar, Hospital Superintendent has expressed his immense gratitude to ADP for the generous support that will help his staff and him to tackle more complex health concerns and provide better services to the people. The ICU ward is operational and will continue to serve the economically disadvantaged people from Hyderabad and surrounding Districts during and beyond the COVID-19 pandemic. The ICU ward is equipped with the following: - 5 units of ventilators - 10 units of ICU fowler beds (5 fold) - 10 units of Suction Apparatus - 10 units of Multi-Channel Monitors and Stands - 10 units of Syringe Pumps and Stands - 1 unit of Defibrillator - 10 units of laryngoscopes - 3 units of BIPAP Machines - 1 unit of ECG Machine - Support for setting up ACs, Curtains and Partitions in the ICU ward We profusely thank the donors for their generous contribution !

Providing Placements and Entrepreneurship Support

F5 Networks is supporting Nirmaan Organization in training 80 #women and providing placements and entrepreneurship support in the next 3 months. Chandralekha has studied up to 12th Standard, stopped education due to financial constraints and got married. Now, she is going to pursue Tailoring training in the next 3 months, and aims to become a trainer and support the family. Ayesha Fatima is a semi-orphan girl. Her father died due to health complications. Her mother works as a housemaid. She has 2 sisters pursuing education. She is attending the beautician training program in the next 3 months, aims to become a beautician and support her mother and sisters financially. Her long-term goal is to start her own beauty parlour. We are going to support 80 such women in the next 90days and ensure they stand on their own feet. Volunteering session on “Financial Literacy for Skills & Development”

Nirmaan Organization as part of Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association volunteering program, conducted various volunteering sessions on Financial Literacy for Skills & Development, Information Technology for Education Team and Storytelling for the school students.For the current HYSEA #VolunteeringDrive, we received an impressive support from HSBC. 19 unique volunteers recorded 86 volunteering hours and touched the lives of ~ 450 beneficiaries through these activities.We at Nirmaan Organization, profusely thank all the HSBC #volunteers for making the sessions interactive, informative and useful. Volunteering Session on “Virtual Interview Skills”

We would like to extend our gratitude towards Firstsource for the Probono volunteering and thank the @Firstsource Volunteers for their wonderful conversation and active participation in the virtual interview skills and resume building sessions held on 8th, 16th, and 18th of December 2021. The sessions have benefitted 100 students from various skill training centers. We thank the leaders @Gokul Anand @Shahul Karim Asha Floran Jayaraj Sankara Mahalingam and @Preethi prabhu for the support. The USP of this session is HR Experts from Firstsource have taken the session on Interview skills and Resume building. The session helped students to increase confidence level. Students have learned about essential interview communication skills to avoid sweaty palms and how can they up their energy level. It gave them an insight into how they need to communicate with their colleagues or clients. These practices can help them to get their dream job. Volunteering session on “Menstrual health and Hygiene”

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards Roshani Nair, Deepanjali Deepak, and Madhuri Mantrawadi from Savills India for their wonderful volunteering session in the “Menstrual Health and Hygiene” session.The #volunteering session was very informative to women participants who belong to migrant communities in #FatehNagar, #Hyderabad. All the three volunteers encouraged women participants to end the stigma and silence around to menstrual hygiene. #Women participants were motivated to ask questions making the session interactive and enjoyable for both the presenters and participants.We extend our sincere #gratitude to volunteers for taking their valuable time and helping women adopt best menstrual hygiene practices in their daily lives.
