10-bed-ICU ward at Government T.B & Chest Diseases Vikarabad

Nirmaan Organization is privileged to have partnered with NTT DATA for supporting the setup of the 10-bed-ICU ward at Government T.B & Chest Diseases, Ananthagiri ,Vikarabad.The facility was successfully inaugurated by Hon’ble Collector & District Magistrate Smt. K. Nikhila, I.A.S in the presence of Mr. Prasad Tipparaju, Project Program Management Strategic Advisor, NTT DATA, Ms. Uma Kesani, COO, Nirmaan Organization on 26th February 2022. We extend our gratitude to NTT DATA and its leadership, for providing generous support to the hospital. Our sincere thanks to the Hospital administration and our partners – eGovernment Foundation and Karuna Trust.
Volunteering session on “Group discussion”

Group discussion is a method used by companies or organizations to check whether the candidates have certain personalities or skills which are a must for their members or employees.CGI Volunteer member Anuradha V empowered 40 plus young job seekers with knowledge on various aspects of GD-topics of discussion, social & interpersonal behavior, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, communication, presentation, etiquettes, do’s and don’ts, etc. The beneficiaries were extremely happy to have been a part of this session to learn! An initiative in collaboration with Nirmaan.
Volunteering Session on “Women in Science – Benefits & Barriers”

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards Soumya Prasanna for her excellent volunteering session and active participation in the “Women in Science – Benefits & Barriers” session. The session was very insightful to the women beneficiaries of Nirmaan’s Fateh Nagar Vocational Training Center. Many women got motivated and inspired by her session. It was a thoroughly enjoyable session which enlightened the women to encourage their girl child to take up science as a career thereby achieving gender parity. It was an overall interactive, educational, and enlightening session! We extend our sincere gratitude to soumya prasanna for taking time to share her commendable experience!. Volunteering Session on “Menstrual Health and Hygiene”

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards Salma Evangel @Richard Palaparthi and Sneha Sara John for their wonderful volunteering session in the “Menstrual Health and Hygiene” session. The session was very informative and helpful to women participants in addressing issues related to menstrual health and hygiene. Many important questions related to menstrual cycles, symptoms, and problems related to menstrual cycles were raised and addressed. It was an overall interactive session with full participation of presenters and participants. We extend our sincere gratitude to volunteers for taking their valuable time in educating women on menstrual cycles and creating self-awareness on menstrual hygiene through use of appropriate sanitary products available to them.We thank Cognizant for your unwavering support.
Volunteering Session on “Women Rights”

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards @khaza parvez, @Sarika Kumari Pandey, and @Prasuna Soumya for their wonderful volunteering session and active participation in the “Women Rights” session.The session was very informative to women participants from Fateh Nagar and Suraram communities and created a lot of self-awareness on the rights of women. It was an intense session which covered topics related to women rights, authorities helping women in safeguarding their rights, and the steps to be followed in case women rights are violated.The session was interactive wherein women were encouraged to question and reason. Participants shared their personal experiences during the session.
