Evernorth India Mentors 40+ Girls in Tech, Welcomes USA Leadership to Inspire Future Careers

As part of Evernorth Health Services India’s continued commitment to supporting underprivileged students, the team has been conducting twice-weekly mentoring sessions since 6 August 2025 at the Women in Technology Center, Kukatpally.

These sessions focus on equipping over 40 aspiring girl students with technical skills, life skills, and interview readiness to prepare them for careers in technology.

On 3 September 2025, the program reached an inspiring milestone with a visit from the USA leadership team. The session featured Duyum Ryan, Finance operating officer, whose encouraging words motivated students to pursue their professional goals with confidence. The event also welcomed @Kalyan Thota, Senior Director, Finance Operations.
