Women Empowerment, Skilling, and Livelihood Support Centre supported by HSBC Technology

I believe that we all have a responsibility to give back. No one becomes successful without lots of hard work, support from others, and a little luck. Giving back creates a virtuous cycle that makes everyone more successful. – Ron Conway Beneficiaries of the Women Empowerment, Skilling, and Livelihood Support Centre supported by HSBC Technology organised a beautician giveback event at a community hall in Fateh Nagar. Free haircuts were offered to more than 30 Anganwadi and slum children during the giveback event. 50 plus underprivileged women were offered free personal grooming sessions wherein haircuts and eyebrows were done during the event. Huge community participation was witnessed during the giveback event, which helped in generating program awareness in the community. Many women and community members appreciated and thanked HSBC Technology and Nirmaan Organisation for the wonderful giveback initiative.

Path To Tech Future project "Women and Child Welfare Department (WCWD) by EPAM

‘Books are the means by which we build bridges between cultures’ —-- Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan A dream came true for the girls who are studying under the Path To Tech Future project "Women and Child Welfare Department (WCWD)". They are diploma final year students, who visited EPAM campus to interact with the senior leadership and have an office tour. It was a three-hour tour with 12 volunteers from EMAP who participated in this event. At the end of the program to encourage the students, EPAM presented a college bag to each of our students. We thank EPAM and its leadership team who allowed our students to visit their campus in Hyderabad. HSBC POWERED SKILL CENTER , FATEHNAGAR

Women beneficiaries of the HSBC Technology supported Women Empowerment, Skilling, and Livelihood Support Center undertook baseline skill assessments in tailoring, beautician, and ITes trades at Fateh Nagar (Main Center) and Suraram Colony (Satellite Center). The baseline assessments were done under the supervision of Saritha and Swapna (Tailoring Skill Trainers) and Jyothi (Beautician Skill Trainer). The project aims to empower 500 women (18 to 40 years) including PwDs, commercial sex workers, and LGBTQ+ in FY 2022-2023 from underprivileged communities in and around Fateh Nagar through skilling, placement, and business support.

Volunteering Session on Resume building by Tech Mahindra employee

Mr Karthik an employee of Tech Mahindra Limited has taken a session on Resume Building in Ameerpet Center where aspirants of Web Mobile Application Course participated in the session. Mr Karthik has advised the aspirants to make a few vital changes in each resume and screened the aspirants individually. The session went fruitfully of two hours where in our aspirants have grabbed valuable points from the session. We thank Mr.Karthik for engaging our aspirants with a worth topic because Resume plays a key role in the Interview panel and where in one could add both hard skills and soft skills .Aspirants have learnt how to prepare a resume effectively and revised their resumes according to their benefit . Mr Karthik has asked them a few questions to check their skills and self-confidence.The entire session was interactive and productive.

Success Story of Chekuri Kumar Raju

Chekuri Kumar Raju, from a family of 4, where his father is a carpenter, has seen pamphlet and grasped that he could improve his skills by pursuing the ITES Course and got enrolled in ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET and enriched his confidence. In the course of his training Chekuri Kumar Raju, has promoted his potential and positive behavior had shown excellent dedication in acquiring knowledge about the ITES, and had amended his English which uplifted his spirit. Chekuri Kumar Raju is working as a Field Executive in SM Jewelers with CTC of Rs. 1, 44000 p.a. ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET is successful to see Chekuri Kumar Raju emergent in his endeavors that had transformed his life making him stand tall and strong on the turf. I work in SM Jewelers as Field Executive to support my family but had a desire that I should do something which could help me to achieve success that’s when I have known about this tremendous program and got inspired through their idea of contributing to youth. Triumph Story of Thammali Nagarjuna

Thammali Nagarjuna, from a family of 5, a native of Vikarabad ,where his father is an RMP Doctor had motivated Thammali Nagarjuna to earn a job but being an undergraduate he had lack of confidence that’s when he grabbed the chance to register in ITES Course with the advice of one of the beneficiary of ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET In the course of his training Thammali Nagarjuna, has promoted his potential and positive behavior had shown excellent dedication in acquiring knowledge about the ITES, and had amended his English which uplifted his spirit. Thammali Nagarjuna had bagged his first job as TMCO (Ticket Cash Management Officer) in L&T Metro Rail with C.T.C of Rs.1,63,000/-p.a. We had few dignitaries present at the event Ms. Satyavati Rathod, minister of Women and Child welfare, Telangana was the chief guest along with Ms. Divya Devarajan, IAS.

ICU ward facilities in 5 Rural Government Hospitals supported by EO,Hyderabad

Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), Hyderabad supported ICU ward facilities in 5 Rural Government Hospitals in Telangana with Nirmaan Organization as Implementation Partner. EO has supported Area Hospital, Vanasthalipuram, Area Hospital, Miryalguda, District Hospital, Thunder with 10 ICU beds facility and Area Hospital, Zaheerabad and Area Hospital, Patancheru with 5 Beds ICU facility in both hospitals during Covid time. We are here to share that 2400 patients have been treated by using provided ICU facilities combining all 5 Hospitals We would like to thank EO for supporting Government Hospitals with ICU facilities that are serving the needy.
