Volunteering session from Microsoft on resume building has benefited 50+ students in Bangalore, at our VTC centre . The aspirants learned about building the resume to obtain a position for applying in the technical sector, utilizing the technical skills and willingness to learn. And providing the right information, recognition, and skills in the resume of making them unique.
I am Shashank Varma, student of BITS Hyderabad. I have been doing my internship in Nirmaan Organization since July. I am working on the development of an E-commerce website called "Swasha" which helps women working at VTC centers of Nirmaan to sell their products online. I am incredibly delighted to be a part of the Nirmaan Organization. My internship period at Nirmaan taught me a lot of things. It helped me gain knowledge in various technologies I hadn't had the opportunity to learn before. I have gained immense experience from working with the technical team here. Apart from the technical work, I have had the chance to participate in various field trips and deeply understand the kind of work the organization has been doing. The office is a highly welcoming place where all the staff work together as a family. I am thrilled to be a part of such a family. The organization's noble objective of creating a knowledge-driven and economically empowered society is highly admirable. I am very grateful to the organization for giving me this opportunity to be involved in such a fantastic social cause. I thank our CEO, Mayur, for establishing such a welcoming workplace and work culture.
Master for social work students, PG department of social work from St. Joseph's college, Kovur, Chennai as part of a study tour visited Nirmaan - Future Ready Youth Skilling Program, Madhura Nagar, Hyderabad.The management of the college was inspired by Nirmaan’s social work and felt that a study tour to the Nirmaan will be beneficial for their students. 15 MSW students visited the Nirmaan - Future Ready Youth Skilling Program and subtly developed an understanding of various social issues around in the communities. They were involved in exchange of ideas to support women, PWD and LGBTQIA+. It was a wonderful opportunity for those young social workers to explore new environments and cultures. Students got a better grip on the local issues.We are very happy to share our experiences and knowledge with young generations. It empowers them with a new and enhanced perspective to look at things and develops them into considerate personalities, well aware of the world issues at large and in depth.Nirmaan Organization wishes you all the luck in the world.
I am Asna Tarannum, ex-student of Govt. Girls High School 2nd Lancer Golconda. I'm doing an EC diploma from Nawab Shah Alam Khan college of engineering and technology.My intention to write this post is to thank all my supporters. I am thankful for having had the opportunity to learn coding languages. Thank you, Nirmaan and Well Fargo for your support over the past few years. I wish you all well in your future endeavors. I got good comments from my faculty for the good computer knowledge and skills that I gained in coding languages. All credit goes to Nirmaan organization, Wells Fargo and the Sana ma'am for teaching me the coding languages. I extend my gratitude to Srilatha ma’am for imparting coding skills to us.My computer teacher was surprised to see me already having the knowledge on coding languages and computers. I've told my sir, that in my school the students from 6th class learn scratch and coding languages. He then asked me which school I studied at. I said that I did my schooling from the Govt. high school. He did not trust me initially but later on when I showed him the pictures of the event, he did believe me.We were provided with tabs that helped us in learning not only computer languages but also other subjects.Words can never do justice to the immense contribution Nirmaan and Wells Fargo have made in our lives. I'm fortunate enough to be part of this govt school.
A physical one-day workshop was conducted on 16th Sept 2022, Nirmaan’s Skill Centre, Bangalore visited Deshpande Foundation in Hubballi. Where we engaged 26 students in a workshop which was designed for fun activities, technical assessment, interaction, and celebration of the students participating for 30 days in Nirmaan’s technical program. Students were happy and enjoyed the day spent with Nirmaan team members.
Coding is the need of the hour. Cognizant Volunteers through the Nirmaan had implemented a Coding initiative program for the students of Telangana Tribal Welfare Degree College. A total of 150 students from four degree colleges were impacted with the program as a pilot run for the last academic year. The program had shown great results in terms of students’ critical and computational skills. 10 Volunteers from Cognizant had contributed 450+ hours for the coding initiative program. We would like to thank the leadership of Cognizant, Siva Banavari for his efforts in implementing the program. We are looking forward to implementing more such programs this year too.
Almost 65% of India’s Youth, from underserved communities, do not have the skills that make them employable. This keeps them from securing a job that can help them break the cycle of poverty. Education alone does not help in shaping these skills. Life skills training is essential to make the youth of our country employable. Through our Nirmaan Future Ready Youth Skilling Programme, we train women youth in communications, problem solving, SWOT analysis, team building and preparing them to enter work. When they have these skills, they have a fair chance to transform their lives, attain a good job and move towards a better future.

How to add bookmark to a PowerPoint video 7. who to add slide PowerPoint, saving, insert, replacing a word, checking grammatical errors, formatting and editing texts, inserting and customizing an object. How to take help from help features in power point.

Teaching comes from home. In India, people don’t talk about menstrual hygiene. The lack of facilities affects a girl’s life. She is made to feel bad about herself during those days. Currently, in India, 64.4 percent of women aged 15-24 use sanitary napkins, 49.6 percent use cloth and 15 percent use locally prepared napkins. Health and hygiene should be the priority. However, most people neglect this. Creating awareness about menstrual hygiene is crucial in today’s time as there is so much availability of information. Teaching the students of KGBV School how to use a pad, how to dispose of it after usage, and how to maintain personal hygiene during that phase is taught. We, along with the Bhumi foundation came forward to create awareness about the same in the KGBV School, where we taught the students about menstrual hygiene. To promote this awareness we distributed 180 sanitary pads to the students.
Nirmaan.org expressed their gratitude to Vyshnavi from Yash technology for coming forward and taking the session on Menstrual hygiene for our vocational training center students at Borabanda. Total 13 students attended the session the session was very interactive, and the discussion on cultural norms and religious taboos on menstruation and how they have to take care of their nutrition during periods was very useful to the women.

On 18dec 2022, as a part of a CSR initiative, Cohance Lifesciences life sciences, in collaboration with Nirmaan Organization and SRD, organized a free health camp in Anjuman high school, Bholakpur, Musheerabad. About 829 people in the community benefited from the health camp, where medical tests and medicines are provided free of cost.
