Mock interviews conducted at Future Ready Youth Skilling Centre in Kukatpally.

We at Nirmaan are happy to share about the recent Mock interviews conducted at Future Ready Youth Skilling Centre in Kukatpally. Aspirants have been interviewed by their trainer. It was more like a real interview. Aspirants were taught about essential interview skills and commonly asked interview questions which include behavioural and smart questions prior to their interview. They have learnt how to answer any behavioural question using STAR technique. During the Mock interview, all the aspirants have implemented their learnings. They showcased their confidence in an elegant manner. Aspirants have stated situation-based answers for most of the questions which were totally influential. Before winding-up the Mock interview, the aspirant's opinion was taken and they all quoted that this session was very useful for them as it boosted their confidence and made them adept in answering any interview questions.

Cognizant Volunteering Session on " Cyber Security Session" at

Beneficiaries:- 32 students from GGIC and Kadipur school Today a wonderful session was conducted by Cognizant volunteers for students of GSSS Kadipur and GGIC School in which a total 32 students participated. The session was both exciting and informative. A number of subtopics are discussed related to cyber security like password protection and hygiene, privacy tips, location settings, fraud mails and messages, excess gaming, safe use of social media and different apps, cyberbullying, cyber help through Govt. portal, etc. The questions asked by the volunteers were really engaging.70% to 80% of students responded with the answers. Students also asked various questions to the volunteers. Today, it was the last session of the Cyber Security series. Volunteers gave their feedback that they are very happy with the response of students throughout the sessions and would like to conduct more such sessions.

Volunteering session of art and craft

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Ms.RATNA SAHITHI for her wonderful guest lecturer and active participation in the virtual event ‘Art and Craft’ It was an inspiring session for our school students and teachers. This kind of session will be very useful in any situation for our mental ability. The topics covered are the layout of art, drawing, cutting, art and different patterns. 30 students from KGBV School benefited from this. It was a great session and well explained. Students enjoyed, were impressed and actively participated in the session. Students are excited about future sessions. Our sincere thanks to CGI for supporting us.

School Adoption Program in Patloor School, Vikarabad

Nirmaan believes in giving importance to mental health and issues related to it like depression, anxiety, overcoming failure, emotional balance and other mental health issues. Our in-house certified doctor, Dr. Aparna Maramreddy has conducted 25 sessions so far helping 600 beneficiaries. These sessions are both online and offline. We ask you to join us and help your friends and family overcome their mental health issues by making use of these sessions.

Education- 12th Course Name Parlor I heard about this course from my friend. I went to the institute and asked for more information and filled out the joining form. Before joining, I started my prep by holding the thread. Initially, I was sceptical about this course but once I joined, I learnt how to do eyebrow shaping and performed the same on three or four people so far. I have changed a lot after joining this class. As I learnt how to discipline myself. After the completion of this course, I will either join a parlour or open my own parlour.

“My name is Sanika Kshirsagar. I completed my 12th. At the age of 18, I got married. My situation before marriage was alright. After marriage, it became very difficult to manage because of economic problems. When I came to know about this course I immediately filled out the form for the course and did a computer course in Nirmaan Organisation. I didn't know anything but here I got to learn all kinds of computer knowledge. They also had online sessions like mock interviews, how to prepare resumes, how to handle zoom meetings, financial literacy and gender equality sessions were conducted, so my confidence level increased a lot. After that, I got a job through Nirmaan. I am currently working as a receptionist at Morya Developers and I have a good salary. Mock interview session by HSBC

HSBC has conducted a 2 hr long mock interview session for our students at Ameerpet center on how to prepare for interviews and resume building. The session covered interesting topics such as, what to write in a resume, what is the interview process and how one should present oneself to the interview panel. These sessions have helped Nirmaan students in getting hired by corporates. Nirmaan thanks HSBC volunteers for taking out their time and volunteering for this event. Women Empowerment, Skilling, and Livelihood Support Centre supported by HSBC Technology

I believe that we all have a responsibility to give back. No one becomes successful without lots of hard work, support from others, and a little luck. Giving back creates a virtuous cycle that makes everyone more successful. – Ron Conway Beneficiaries of the Women Empowerment, Skilling, and Livelihood Support Centre supported by HSBC Technology organised a beautician giveback event at a community hall in Fateh Nagar. Free haircuts were offered to more than 30 Anganwadi and slum children during the giveback event. 50 plus underprivileged women were offered free personal grooming sessions wherein haircuts and eyebrows were done during the event. Huge community participation was witnessed during the giveback event, which helped in generating program awareness in the community. Many women and community members appreciated and thanked HSBC Technology and Nirmaan Organisation for the wonderful giveback initiative.

Path To Tech Future project "Women and Child Welfare Department (WCWD) by EPAM

‘Books are the means by which we build bridges between cultures’ —-- Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan A dream came true for the girls who are studying under the Path To Tech Future project "Women and Child Welfare Department (WCWD)". They are diploma final year students, who visited EPAM campus to interact with the senior leadership and have an office tour. It was a three-hour tour with 12 volunteers from EMAP who participated in this event. At the end of the program to encourage the students, EPAM presented a college bag to each of our students. We thank EPAM and its leadership team who allowed our students to visit their campus in Hyderabad.
