Volunteers from DBS Tech India recently visited the Girls Orphanage in Lalapet for a day of impactful volunteering under Project Unnati. The team donated thoughtful kits for the new academic year containing clothes, books, stationery, and goodies for the girls. They also conducted interactive sessions on health, hygiene, and safety, imparting valuable knowledge. The volunteers brought warmth and genuine engagement, enriching the day with cultural performances and meaningful interactions. Project Unnati, supported by DBS Tech India, goes beyond immediate needs by holistically supporting the orphanage’s initiatives with nutritious meals, educational support, skill development programs, and infrastructure enhancements. This comprehensive approach empowers the girls to have healthier, brighter futures. We sincerely thank the DBS Tech India volunteers for their dedication and commitment to creating lasting impact.

From June 20th to 22nd, 2024, Acharya Nagarjuna University in Vijayawada buzzed with the spirit of sportsmanship as Nirmaan Organization partnered with HCLFoundation Foundation to host the Sports for Change South Zone Championship. This initiative aims to enhance access to sports for students from government schools. With 150 young athletes from Telangana participating, the event featured competitions in kabaddi, kho-kho, volleyball, and athletics. So far, 8000+ children and youth from various states of India have participated in 4 editions of National Level ‘Sports for Change’ competition, and 150 Sports Scholarships have been awarded across various categories to promote excellence in sports. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the 20 dedicated volunteers who played a crucial role in making this event a success. Thank you, HCL Foundation for your unwavering support! We are beyond excited to announce that we've won the CSR SMX Awards and Summit 4.0 as Best Impact Award for our transformative EKIDS and Digital Literacy Programs, supported by EPAM Systems on June 21, 2024. Through the e-Kids Digital Lab program, we've downright impacted over 5,300 underprivileged students in classes 6 to 9, ages 9 to 14, across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and NCR. With EPAM’s unending support, we're bridging the educational gap and making a real difference in their educational journey. A huge thanks to EPAM Systems for their incredible support and for bringing hope to so many underprivileged children. Together, we can continue to turn the dreams of more underprivileged children into reality. We would extend a hearty congratulations to the leadership of John Mota for proactively being part of the project from its inception.

Over the past 2 years, we have organized around 20 voluntary Blood Donation camps within the premises of Osmania General Hospital, showcasing our steadfast dedication to humanitarian causes. Introducing the 'She-Enviro Impact' project, a solution to support female students in government schools by providing accessible sanitary products and proper waste disposal facilities. We aim to install sanitary pad vending machines and napkin incinerators in residential girls' schools, benefiting students from Class 5 to 12. This initiative will divert 30,355 kg of hazardous waste from landfills annually, directly impacting around 8000 girls across 20 schools in Telangana.
