Wall Painting Activity at Nallagandla Flyover from CGI

We proudly collaborated with CGI in the City Beautification initiative for a Wall Painting activity at Nallagandla Flyover, following our successful venture at Ayurvedic College. Together, our teams, consisting of more than 30 dedicated volunteers, painted the walls of the Nallagandla flyover using all their creativity, enhancing the area's aesthetic appeal for the entire community to enjoy. Our efforts reflect a commitment to positively impacting the local environment and creating spaces that inspire and unite the community. A big shoutout to all the volunteers who poured their passion into making our city more beautiful. Your dedication to community beautification is inspiring. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to CGI and its leadership Nirbhay and Suren for their invaluable collaboration and support in turning the Nallagandla flyover into a vibrant space, contributing to the aesthetic charm of our beloved city.

Our Village Adoption Program

Join us on the transformative journey! Through our "Village Adoption Program," we've impacted 12 PVTG villages in Adilabad and Nagarkurnool Districts, focusing on holistic development. With the support of ServiceNow, our holistic initiatives included community sheds, RO water plants, animal drinking water tanks, bore wells, school repairs, health camps, and more. Through these initiatives, we're fostering positive change in the lives of Thoti and Chenchu communities around the Nallamala Reserve forest. Visualize the impact of these efforts! Our Skill Development and Education Programs

We recently met with Smt. Ila Tripathi, I.A.S, Collector & District Magistrate, Smt. K. Naga Padmaja, Additional Collector, Ankit, I.A.S, Project Officer, ITDA, Eturnagaram, and other officials in Mulugu District. Our focus was on exploring opportunities to adopt villages and make a positive impact on the community. Our team, led by Uma Kesani, Co-CEO of Nirmaan, and Anuradha Pulla, Chief Operating Officer of Nirmaan conducted need assessments in Lingapur and Project Nagaram tribal villages. We met with families affected by flooding, identified critical rehabilitation needs, and assessed government schools and KGBVs. We had fruitful discussions at the Mulugu Collectorate Office, where we talked about aligning our initiatives with the district's development goals. We're delighted that Mulugu District is interested in our skill development and education programs. We're proud to introduce Project Nagaram as an aspirational Model Village, in line with Nirmaan's commitment to holistic community development. We appreciate the support of the district authorities and look forward to transforming lives in Mulugu District.

Archana, a determined and talented individual, embarked on a remarkable journey that transformed her life and became an inspiring success story. An alumni tailoring beneficiary of Nirmaan Organization at Fateh Nagar, Archana’s story is a testament to the power of education, perseverance, and entrepreneurship. Having completed her skilling, Archana’s aspirations led her to establish her own tailoring shop in the heart of Fateh Nagar. The journey began when Archana received skill training through the HSBC supported Women Empowerment, Skilling, and Livelihood Support Center - a crucial stepping stone that enabled her to learn tailoring skills. Later, she enrolled herself in the Entrepreneurship Development Project. She received financial assistance in the form of an advanced sewing machine under Nirmaan's Self-Employment and Micro-Entrepreneurship Program, turning her passion for tailoring into a reality, which enabled her to open her own tailoring shop. Archana’s tailoring shop quickly became a hub for the community, offering expert craftsmanship and personalized service. Her commitment to quality and attention to detail set her apart in the competitive market. From stitching traditional attire to modern designs, Archana’s versatility and skill earned her a loyal customer base. In addition to her business success, Archana’s tailoring shop has become a symbol of micro entrepreneurship within the community. She employs local talent, contributing to the economic development of Fateh Nagar.

Mrs Nitu Narula actively engaged in an interactive discussion and attentively listened to participants' questions and requirements. In the insightful video below, she shares her views on the incredible partnership between Microsoft India Development Center and Nirmaan, which has tremendously supported the Nirmaan organization, along with her experience at the conclave. We take pride in sharing that the collaboration between Microsoft and Nirmaan.Org began in 2016, marking the start of a successful and enduring partnership. Since then, it has continued to succeed, impacting 6,500 youth beneficiaries aged between 14 and 27, including one-of-a-kind technology intervention to mainstream access to resources and opportunities to the underserved – Skills portal.
