Nirmaan Organization Signs MoU with Oakridge International School

We are excited to announce that Nirmaan Organization has officially signed an MoU with Oakridge International School, Bachupally on February 7, 2024, aiming to make a positive impact on the lives of government school children. Oakridge International School is committed to offering an innovative language app with enhanced learning experiences for students. Additionally, the school will offer essential nutritious food, conduct awareness sessions on PCOD for girls, and well-being sessions for students in government schools. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Baljeet Oberoi, Principal of Oakridge International School, and Ms. Uma Kesani, Co-CEO of Nirmaan.org for making this collaboration possible. Exciting CGI Visit with 31 Talented GHS Yousufguda Students.

We are thrilled to share the amazing CGI Exposure Visit experience with 31 talented students from GHS Yousufguda, made possible through our collaboration with CGI. During this enriching experience, the students participated in group discussions that explored and celebrated the contributions of women leaders in various fields. A group of enthusiastic student volunteers gave presentations on influential women leaders, highlighting their accomplishments, leadership styles, and the impact they have made in their respective fields. This hands-on involvement not only enhanced the students' public speaking and research skills but also served as an inspiration for their peers. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the student volunteers for their dedication and to CGI for providing a platform that encourages such meaningful conversations. Together, we will continue to foster an environment where our students are inspired, informed, and empowered to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Successfully Completed ‘Book A Smile’ Event in Collaboration with Firstsource.

Nirmaan Organization, in collaboration with Firstsource, is thrilled to announce the successful 'Book A Smile' event, creating a lasting impact on over 200 students at GHPS Kaggadasapura, Bengaluru, on January 26, 2024. This remarkable event featured the distribution of books to students and also integrated a classroom library, aiming to enhance the reading skills of these young minds. We express our sincere appreciation to 30 passionate volunteers and the Headmaster, including the dedicated staff at GHPS Kaggadasapura, for making this event more impactful for all the students. Volunteering Session Focusing on ‘Internet Safety’ from Novartis

Nirmaan Organization, in collaboration with volunteers from Novartis, successfully hosted a virtual volunteering session focusing on ‘Internet Safety’ on January 24, 2024, empowering around 60 of our beneficiaries. With the support of six dedicated volunteers, we provided guidance to the students, helping them create and utilize internet safety measures for an enhanced and safer online experience. We express our special thanks to all the dedicated volunteers who contributed to making this virtual session successful. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Novartis and its leadership for their unwavering support. Nirmaan Organization, in collaboration with passionate volunteers, who stepped up as Family Social Responsibility with the support of 'Ajanta Arts Academy’, proudly conducted the musical concert-'Crescendo' at KGBV Girls Residential School, Kondapur in Sangareddy. Volunteering is more than just a task – it's about infusing fun into student's lives beyond education. Together, we’ve transformed this event into a celebration filled with dances, singing, and engaging activities, leaving an everlasting impact on over 350 students. Lake Cleaning and 50 Plantation Program at Sriramulakunta

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent Volunteering Activity for Lake Cleaning and 50 Plantation Program at Sriramulakunta, made possible by the generous support of UST, on the 24th of January 2024. With the active involvement of 65+ volunteers and 600 walkers, we were able to remove 290 kg of plastic and waste from the lake. The 50 Plantation Program aimed not only at cleaning the lake but also at replenishing the surrounding area. Through our collective efforts, we are proud to announce an estimated impact on 10,000 beneficiaries. Special thanks to our esteemed guests - Tirumala Vijaykumar Pithani, UST-CSR Ambassador; Jyothi, Local Corporator; and Rama Krishna, Commissioner, Nizampet Municipal Corporation for their presence and support of our initiative. Successful Launch of Our “Women In Tech Project”

Nirmaan in collaboration with State Street, achieved a significant milestone with the successful launch of our “Women In Tech” project in Budhera, Sangareddy. The ‘WIT’ project supports 200 young girls from diverse backgrounds by enhancing their skills in both technical and communication domains, paving the way for their careers. The launch of this project, garnered the interest of 160 young girls, marking a great start to our mission in Sangareddy. Nirmaan is dedicated to creating tech opportunities for all young minds and the WIT Project stands as our commitment to a more equitable and empowered future. Our partnership with Experian has been nothing short of incredible! Together, we have made a meaningful impact on health, women empowerment, sports, and volunteering. One of our giveback programs is the Individual Social Responsibility (ISR), where we aim to connect every individual in India, including those who have settled abroad, to government school students for one-on-one mentorship, to help nurture their education. We are thrilled that Experian has provided us with the space in their Townhall to speak to 200 of their employees about Nirmaan’s giveback program and request a championship for 200 members. We are excited to announce that we will be expanding our ISR program more largely. We welcome all corporates to share any similar opportunities with their employees that can contribute to the giveback.

Thrilled to announce a new chapter in collaboration! Nirmaan has officially partnered with St. Mary’s College, Yousufguda, Hyderabad, signing an MoU, to empower students through impactful volunteering experiences that contribute to their personal and professional growth. St. Mary’s will offer training, mentorship programs, and soft skills sessions to Nirmaan's beneficiaries, while Nirmaan is committed to promoting and facilitating student participation in the volunteering program. We'll be issuing certificates to active participants and conducting regular joint monitoring and evaluation.
