Final session of Nirmaan’s Training of Trainers was a grand success! We are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the final session of the Training of Trainers (ToT) program, leaving a profound impact on nearly 100 participants. The session was fully packed with valuable insights on various topics, ensuring lasting knowledge for everyone involved. Day-3 commenced with an insightful session on Document Evaluation and Dashboard Presentation & Data Impact Assistance, skillfully conducted by Lavanya and Ravi Kishore. The day also included all enthusiastic participants engaging in an endline test, showcasing how the 3-day ToT session impacted their skills and knowledge acquired during the sessions. Following this, a session on Financial Management unfolded, with Ms. Akhila and Mr. Yashwanth U sharing their insights and equipping participants with essential skills for effective training. However, the final day concluded with a discussion on the significance of Human Resources and its major role in Nirmaan. This in-depth session was led by Himasree Raghumudri, and accompanied by Shirisha Nirmaan, Ramya Vangapandla, Prathima, and Venkata Ramana. A special thanks to all our education leads, team members, and all participants for making this ToT session a resounding success.

On this special occasion, our women from all batches and staff members indicate the inclusive nature of the event and highlight the significance of Shivaji Maharaj's legacy for all. Exciting #Day2 at the Training of Trainers (#TOT) session! Day 2 of Nirmaan Organization "Training of the Trainers" session was filled with excitement and valuable insights. The day kicked off with an in-dept session on HTML,CSS and Scratch providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals and practical understanding by jeevan konduru Following this, an overview of the e-learning portal, was presented, by Shiva Korupolu and kataram sanjay highlighting its key features and functionalities. The session wasn't just informative but also interactive, with fun activities to encourage everyone to participate. A special thanks to our education leads Ushakar Keerthi Manohar G, Abdul Khadar, Ravi Kishore, Anusha Jarapala, Shashikala Adama, Sandheep S , Mahesh Kumar Koleti, and Nagaraj kashi for making this session a success. On February 9th, 2024, Nirmaan and F5 Networks joined forces for a heartwarming volunteering activity at KGBV Jinnaram. With the help of over 100 dedicated volunteers, we planted more than 100 trees and added vibrant mural art to the walls, creating a colorful and lively atmosphere. To all the amazing volunteers, we want to express our gratitude for your commitment and passion. You have touched the lives of more than 270 beneficiaries, leaving a lasting impact on the community. Exciting #Day1 at the Training of Trainers (#TOT) session! Anuradha Pulla, COO of Nirmaan and @Lavanya, Lead of the Education Department at Nirmaan, gave an introduction to Nirmaan Organization and talked about upcoming projects. They focused on the importance of preparing for growth and impact. The day began with a #baseline exam to determine starting points and ensure that the learning path was appropriate. The session also included some #icebreakers and #funactivities, helping everyone to get to know each other better. The highlight of the day was the dynamic session with jeevan konduru, an expert in UI/UX Design, Frontend Development, and FullStack Development. He shared valuable insights on using MS Office for effective teaching and communication. Looking forward to the rest of the journey ahead! Celebrating the Graduation Ceremony of transforming lives through the Nirmaan - Invesco Youth Employment Skilling Training Program in Alkapuri Colony, LB Nagar, Hyderabad! Recently, the Alkapuri Center hosted a memorable graduation ceremony, where young aspirants rejoiced in completing the rigorous 3-month training program. Among them, 130 have secured promising positions in diverse sectors such as IT, ITES, BFSI, and Retail. We were privileged to have esteemed leaders from Invesco India Pvt. Ltd. (Hyderabad) - Priya Badshah, Mayur Desai, Sean Cardoz and project lead, Roshni Sequeira - present course completion certificates to our beneficiaries. The event was also marked by live resume building & mock-interview sessions conducted by the Invesco volunteers, present at the ceremony. This program has been designed to enhance the employability of 300 aspirant youths within a year, providing them with essential soft skills and technical competencies. Our ambitious objective is to facilitate the placement of 70% of participants in formal sector roles.

We're excited to announce that on February 9, 2024, we successfully hosted an orientation session for the students of IMT Hyderabad on our Student Chapter, introducing them to the essence of Nirmaan - its origin, mission, and the incredible impact our volunteers make. It was an honor to witness 65 bright minds from various disciplines such as core, finance, and marketing joining us on this inspiring journey! Our visit aimed to foster a spirit of community and service among students, igniting passion and commitment towards social causes. Oakridge International School is committed to offering an innovative language app with enhanced learning experiences for students. We are thrilled to share the amazing CGI Exposure Visit experience with 31 talented students from GHS Yousufguda, made possible through our collaboration with CGI. During this enriching experience, the students participated in group discussions that explored and celebrated the contributions of women leaders in various fields. A group of enthusiastic student volunteers gave presentations on influential women leaders, highlighting their accomplishments, leadership styles, and the impact they have made in their respective fields. This hands-on involvement not only enhanced the students' public speaking and research skills but also served as an inspiration for their peers. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the student volunteers for their dedication and to CGI for providing a platform that encourages such meaningful conversations.
