We are thrilled to share that our dedicated tech team member, Dilip Nadella, recently conducted a successful training session for the team at Hope in a Cup Café on using the PoS (point of sale) platform. Hope in a Cup is one of Nirmaan's one-of-a-kind initiatives, aimed at empowering the LGBTQIA+ community. This café, run by the members of this vibrant community, stands as a testament to what support and empowerment can achieve. ?️? At Nirmaan, we firmly believe that technology is a key driver of societal growth. We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Dry Resource Collection Centre (DRCC) in Nizampet, Hyderabad. This sustainable waste management initiative is supported by DBS Tech India. With over 50,000 residents, Nizampet faces immense waste management challenges daily. The new DRCC aims to tackle this by collecting and processing dry waste for recycling. By diverting waste from landfills, it promotes environmental sustainability and creates economic opportunities for the community. On July 7, 2024, the employees and students of our Vocational Training Center in Pune, supported by ADP, came together to give back to society through a meaningful Lippan Art Session at the Bahujan Hitay Girls Hostel, Visharantwadi. This incredible session made a significant impact on over 85 girls from tribal communities. These dedicated girls actively participated in the session, showcasing their curiosity and creativity. Their enthusiasm, questions, and expressions throughout were truly inspiring. The Lippan art activity ignited their creativity and deepened their appreciation for their cultural heritage. We extend our sincere thanks to ADP VTC for empowering these amazing girls.

We are thrilled to share that the ‘Badruka Student Chapter Executive Committee Friendly Meetup’ on June 29, 2024, at the Secunderabad Skill Centre was a resounding success! This vision workshop set out as a fantastic platform for us to set priorities and outline action plans for the upcoming year. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with our incredible students, share our vision, and engage in meaningful discussions in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. On July 5, 2024, around 100 intermediate students went on a thrilling science exposure visit to the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) and DoScience, Hyderabad, made possible with the collaboration with Qualcomm. Our students had the rare opportunity to witness groundbreaking research in action which encouraged interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields. They interacted with scientists, engaged in interactive exhibits, and experienced the wonders of science firsthand. Direct interaction with scientists and researchers allowed students to ask questions, seek guidance, and gain inspiration for future careers in science. All thanks to Qualcomm and its dedicated leadership for making this visit a lasting impact on our students, and inspiring them to pursue their passions in science and technology.

On July 5, 2024, WebPT donated 300 school bag kits to 345 orphaned children across five orphanages in Hyderabad, hosted by Nirmaan Organization. The dedicated efforts of 120 volunteers and their commitment to the cause brought joy to the children at Aashray Balatejassu Rainbow Home, Chavadi Poor Students Ashram, Friends Foundation, RFI Snehaghar Afzalgunj and Falaknuma Rainbow Home. Our heartfelt thanks to Web PT, its senior leadership, and all the volunteers for their extraordinary support and for making a difference in the lives of these children. We look forward to more such impactful events to provide quality education to all.

We are thrilled to share the success of our recent blood donation drive held at the Firstsource office in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad on July 4, 2024. This event, organized in partnership with Osmania General Hospital, saw an outstanding turnout with around 66 dedicated Firstsource volunteers stepping up to donate blood. The drive was our second collaborative effort with the wonderful team at Firstsource, highlighting our continued commitment to community service and healthcare support. The participation and enthusiasm from the donors were truly inspiring, and their contributions will undoubtedly make a significant impact in saving lives. We extend our deepest gratitude to all the blood donors for their selfless act of kindness. We're excited to introduce innovative rainwater harvesting structures to Asif Nagar, Hyderabad. Our initiative includes installing recharge pits, contour trenches, and percolation tanks to capture rainwater and replenish groundwater levels, impacting over 10,000 residents. With an estimated budget of Rs.~30 lakhs, and by actively involving local communities, we ensure sustainable management and maintenance of these structures.
