Transforming Mulugu: Village Adoption Program LaunchedOn March 29, 2025, Hon’ble Minister Dr. D. Anasuya Seethakka inaugurated a transformational village adoption program for four tribal villages in Mulugu District!

As part of Nirmaan's One Corporate - One Village initiative, OpenText has adopted Jagannapeta, LB Nagar, Kodishalakunta, and Chandru Thanda in Mulugu. Through this initiative, we aim to address key developmental needs in these villages, including the provision of livelihood kits, school transformations, toilet renovations, solar panel installations, borewells, RO water plants, and administrative block support.

OpenText is also supporting local wrestlers, helping them chase their dreams.

Empowering Abilities: State Street Distributes Assistive Kits in Hyderabad

On March 28, 2025, State Street distributed Locomotor Disabilities & Hearing Impairment kits to Persons with Disabilities of our Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) skill center in Vidyanagar, Hyderabad.

This EDP project, supported by State street, has made a lasting impact by empowering 16 individuals through this transformative program.

The event was graced by esteemed leaders from State street, including Mr. Chiranjeevi (Chiru) Kumar Koppula, Managing Director – Global Human Resources; Mr. Rajesh Gangaputra, Managing Director – Finance; and the Core CC Council Team members – Ms. Rupali Agarwal, Ms. Ramya, Ms. Veena, Mr. Anurag, and Mr. Bharadwaj, who have been instrumental in driving this initiative.

Inspiring Futures: Students Explore ISRO & T-Hub with Qualcomm

Successfully hosted a 2-day scientific exposure visit for 120+ Intermediate students to the ISRO Regional Centre and T-Hub, Hyderabad

On March 26th and 27th, 2025, Qualcomm, through its CSR initiatives with Nirmaan, provided students with an exclusive opportunity to witness groundbreaking advancements in space technology and entrepreneurship. At ISRO Regional Centre, students explored satellites, space missions, and real-world applications of space science.

Meanwhile, at T-Hub, they immersed themselves in the world of startups, emerging technologies, and entrepreneurial innovations.

Enhancing Healthcare: Nirmaan Unveils Ultrasound Machine

Nirmaan’s Individual Social Responsibility (ISR) is an initiative where we believe that every individual holds the power to ignite change.

As part of our ongoing commitment to health initiatives, we are pleased to announce the successful launch of an Ultrasound Machine at one of our CSR-supported clinics in Hyderabad, generously contributed by our individual donor, Mr. Narsimha Rao Mannepalli.

This state-of-the-art equipment will significantly enhance diagnostic capabilities and improve patient care at our clinic. In addition to this donation, Mr. Narsimha Rao is also supporting the creation of a Healthcare Portal – a technology-driven initiative to track patient data efficiently.

Celebrating the Success of 876 Graduates from the Coding Initiative Program

March 24, 2025

Over 876 students from the Coding Initiative Program, supported by Wells Fargo, were honored at a graduation ceremony held in March 2025 across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Facilitated by Nirmaan, the celebrations were held at: - Government High School, Hoodi & Karnataka Public School, Varthur, Bengaluru. - Government Girls High School, Golconda & Nampally, Hyderabad. - Chennai High School, Ernavoor, Government High School, Ennore & Municipal Schools, Pallavaram, Chennai

These events were filled with inspiring speeches from school Head Masters and students, highlighting the impact of this initiative. Each graduate was proudly awarded a course completion certificate, recognizing their hard work. Beyond the classroom, students also showcased their skills in national-level Hackathon projects.

Over the past four years, this Nirmaan-led initiative has helped students with foundational knowledge in computers and programming languages, including Scratch, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Database, and Python.

Evernorth Health Services Hosts Multi-Specialty Health Camp for Facility Teams

To prioritize the health and well-being of its facility management teams, Evernorth Health Services, a healthcare giant, hosted a Multi-Specialty Health Camp on March 22, 2025, at its Hyderabad office.

The camp offered free health check-ups, including blood tests, glucose level monitoring, blood pressure checks, and doctor consultations to over 180 support staff, as well as their families.

We sincerely thank Evernorth Health Services and the five volunteers for their dedication to community health and for making this initiative truly impactful!

F5 Networks Leads Mural and Plantation Drive at GHS Neelasandra

On March 21, 2025, F5 Networks successfully conducted a School Educational Painting and Plantation Drive at GHS Neelasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka, enabled by Nirmaan.

With the participation of 31 volunteers from F5 Networks, the school walls were transformed with colorful and educational murals, enhancing the learning environment for 156 students.

In addition, a sapling plantation drive with 200 plants was carried out to promote environmental sustainability and raise green awareness among students and the school community.

We sincerely thank F5 Networks for their commitment to education, environment, and community development.

Empower Her: Nirmaan Launches First Training the Trainers Workshop

Nirmaan successfully conducted its first-ever Training the Trainers workshop under the Empower Her Initiative on March 21, 2025, at Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

Bringing in experts from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) and Jawed Habib, we trained our trainers in advanced skills that will soon reach countless women, helping them build better futures.

With 10 Women Empowerment Centers and Vocational Training Centers across India, this marks the beginning of something bigger as we prepare to create even more livelihood opportunities.

Salesforce and Nirmaan Launch Digital Labs to Empower Students in Siddipet

A transformative initiative to establish three state-of-the-art digital labs in government schools across Siddipet, Telangana, supported by Salesforce, was successfully launched on March 20, 2025.

Enabled by Nirmaan and facilitated by Telangana-Social Impact Group (TSIG);, this initiative has equipped ZPHS Shanigaram, ZPHS Koheda, and ZPHS Anthakpet, with 51 computers sponsored by Salesforce for the academic year 2025-26, benefiting 650 students from classes 6 to 10.

The inauguration was graced by Shri Manu Choudary, IAS, District Magistrate & Collector, Siddipet, alongside key officials; Srinivas Reddy, DEO; Kiranmayi B, CSR Lead, Salesforce; Archana Suresh, Director, Telangana Social Impact Group(TSIG); Ramaswamy, Sectoral Officer; RDO & MRO officials; and Madhuri Kankanala, Chief Delivery Officer, Nirmaan Organization.

Speaking at the launch, Shri Manu Choudhary, IAS, shared the heartfelt struggles of his personal journey, inspiring young students to set goals and strive for success in their academic careers and beyond.

Unleashing Potential Through Sports: Building Champions On and Off the Field

With the support of the HCLFoundation and the Sports for Change initiative, we have been organizing sports events for government school students for the past two years. Each year, over 450 students from 15+ schools participate in the state-level sports meet.

Students who secure top positions at the state level qualify for the zonal competitions, followed by the national level.

The major sports include Volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Football, Rugby, Athletics, and more.

Sports play a crucial role in the holistic development of students, helping them build physical strength, confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Through structured competitions, students develop essential life skills, resilience, and a spirit of perseverance that benefit them beyond the playground.

By engaging in sports, students enhance their physical fitness, improve concentration, and gain leadership abilities, shaping them into well-rounded individuals.

‘Pitch to Elevate’ – Empowering Women in FinTech with FactSet

To celebrate the success of our Women in FinTech beneficiaries placed at FactSet and to inspire the new batch supported by FactSet, we hosted the 'Pitch to Elevate' event on March 19, 2025, at the FactSet office. The students who have been placed at Factset spoke to the girls, it was a motivation for the new batch to connect with the alumni.

The event brought together 25 beneficiaries and 40 volunteers for a Mock Interview Session, where participants received practical interview experience and valuable feedback from industry professionals. The session also served as an opportunity for aspiring candidates to learn from those who had already stepped into the fintech industry.

Dr. V. S. Alagu Varsini, I.A.S., Inaugurates AMD’s Project Vigyan – A Strategic STEM Education Initiative for Underserved Students in Telangana
As part of this initiative, 24 STEM laboratories have been established across institutions under Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS), Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TTWREIS), and Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), covering seven districts in Telangana. Project Vigyan is designed to benefit more than 18,000 students from underserved backgrounds, fostering scientific temper, curiosity, and critical thinking among young learners and preparing them for future academic and career opportunities in STEM fields.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Sanjay Churiwala, Corporate Vice President and Site Lead, AMD, and Mr. Mayur Patnala Kankanala (India/Bharat), Founder and Global CEO, Nirmaan Organization. The event featured engaging demonstrations and presentations by students from TSWRS Boath and TSWRS Manthani, showcasing their STEM projects and the practical application of scientific concepts. The interaction between students and volunteers added a dynamic and inspirational element to the proceedings, emphasizing the transformative potential of experiential learning and mentorship.
A total of 35 AMDers actively participated in the event, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to driving meaningful change in education through employee engagement and corporate responsibility.
