We are excited to share the success of the Job drive, organized by Nirmaan Organization in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU), Nalgonda, on November 20, 2024. The highlights included: - 350+ aspiring students participated from various colleges, including MGU. - 100+ candidates secured placements in diverse industries. - 30+ top companies partnered with us. The dedicated team from our Youth Employment Program Center, LB Nagar, played a pivotal role in the event’s success by guiding students through resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
Empowering Education: ValueMomentum and Nirmaan Organization Transform KGBV Kandukur

ValueMomentum, along with its CSR partner Nirmaan Organization, organized a special School Adoption Program event at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV), Kandukur, Hyderabad, on November 14, 2024. This program is focused on giving underprivileged girls better access to education by improving their school facilities, providing important resources, and supporting their overall development. The renovation brought many improvements to the school, including: - A new dining hall for comfortable meals. - An upgraded STEM lab for hands-on learning. - Better sanitation facilities, including new washrooms, a wash area, and a sanitary pad vending machine to promote hygiene. - A power backup system to keep school activities running smoothly. - A new RO plant for clean drinking water. - A refreshed library to encourage reading. - Sports equipment to promote physical activity and teamwork. - Digital green boards and new furniture to make classrooms better for learning. The event was graced by Mrs. Uma Gogineni, Chief People Officer at ValueMomentum, as the Chief Guest. Senior leaders from ValueMomentum, including Mr. Nitin Wankhede, Mr. Deepak Kannan, Mr. Srinivasu Madasu, Mr. Sudhir Vittapu, and Mrs. Lakshmi Prasanna V, were also present. From Nirmaan Organization, Mrs. Anuradha Pulla, COO, attended the event along with Mrs. Bhargavi, Special Officer at KGBV Kandukur, and Mr. H. Narsima, Mandal Education Officer, Kandukur, Rangareddy District. School staff, Nirmaan team members, and 10 enthusiastic volunteers from ValueMomentum supported the event. A big thank you to ValueMomentum and its leadership for creating a safe, healthy, and inspiring place for these young girls to learn and grow. “Let’s build a future of inclusive education and brighter tomorrows, together!”
CapitaLand India Inspires Students at ZPHS Manikonda on Children’s Day

On Children’s Day, November 14th, the CapitaLand India Business Parks Finance Team and Hyderabad Operations Team, led by Ananth Nayak, Head of Finance, Capitaland Investment India, volunteered at Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Manikonda. The team conducted a career guidance workshop, mentoring students on higher education and career preparedness, inspiring them to dream big and achieve their goals. As part of the celebrations, the volunteers distributed stationery supplies and recognized academic achievers with awards, bringing smiles and motivation to the students. This meaningful engagement reflects Capitaland’s commitment to empowering young minds and fostering education. Through its flagship CapitaLand Hope School Program, the company is supporting the construction of a new academic block at ZPHS Manikonda, ensuring better infrastructure and a brighter future for the students. Three Years of Impact: Nirmaan & ServiceNow Transformative Village Adoption Program

Celebrating 3 years of impactful partnership with ServiceNow, Nirmaan's Village Adoption Program continues to drive sustainable transformation in the lives of PVTGs and tribals. Over the past three years, with the support of ServiceNow, we have made significant strides in addressing critical needs in education, health, skill development, and infrastructure. Through our collaborative efforts in 3 districts (Nagarkurnool, Adilabad, and Mahbubnagar), we have positively impacted 15 villages, benefiting 716 families and 3,010 people. As we step into our fourth year of this impactful journey, we look forward to continuing our work to uplift and create lasting change in every village we touch.
Empowering Lives: Ujaas and Nirmaan Transform Menstrual Hygiene Awareness for 150 Orphans in Hyderabad

On November 9, 2024, Ujaas, an initiative by Aditya Birla Group, with Nirmaan Organization as the executive partner, successfully conducted a Menstrual Hygiene Program at SRD Homes, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad, impacting 150 orphans. Led by DR APARNA MARAMREDDY, Head of Nirmaan's Mental Health Initiative, the session provided valuable insights on the biological aspects of menstruation, the importance of hygiene practices, and safe, affordable menstrual products. We also distributed 150 menstrual kits, ensuring these individuals have the resources to manage their health confidently. Our heartfelt thanks to Aditya Birla Group and its leadership for their exceptional support in making a difference in the lives of these individuals.

Ltd. joined hands with the LGBTQIA+ community at Hope In a Cup Café, Kothaguda, Hyderabad, for an inspiring "Muskaan" mission. Together, we prepared and delivered snack boxes to brighten the lives of 100 children at SRD Homes, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad. This initiative was filled with heartwarming moments, bringing smiles to the children and creating cherished memories for everyone involved. On November 5, 2024, Micron volunteers joined hands with Nirmaan Organization to conduct a transformative session on “Being Safe in the Digital Age & Interpersonal Communication Skills” at Golconda Girls High School (GGHS). With 50 passionate volunteers in action, 200+ students gained essential knowledge on staying safe online and learned valuable interpersonal skills to enhance communication in today’s digital world. The event focused on educating students about safe digital practices, emphasizing responsible online behavior, and strengthening their interpersonal communication abilities. Microsoft Volunteers Empower Government School Trainers in AI and Digital Skills

A huge shoutout to our incredible Microsoft volunteers, Asha and Karthik, for their dedication and expertise at our recent two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop in Coimbatore and Trichy! As part of the Microsoft-supported Technology Education and Literacy in Schools (TEALS) program, sha and Karthik shared their expertise in AI and digital skills to empower government school trainers who will, in turn, inspire and educate students across 120 government schools. Through TEALS, industry professionals like Asha and Karthik are empowering government school trainers with essential AI and digital skills to support the next generation of tech learners. Over the course of two days, they trained 120 government school trainers who will now bring these critical skills to over 40,000 students across 120 schools. This ripple effect is a powerful step forward in creating tech-savvy communities and preparing students for a future rich with digital opportunity. Thank you, Asha and Karthik, for your invaluable contribution! We thank Nandhini Rajkumar for driving the volunteering engagement for TEALS since pilot. Together, we’re driving a brighter, more inclusive future in technology and education.
Empowering Communities and Embracing Sustainability: Bosch Hyderabad Celebrates Daan Utsav 2024 with Nirmaan!

Celebrating Sustainability and Giving Back: Daan Utsav 2024 with Bosch Hyderabad! In the spirit of Daan Utsav 2024, Bosch Global Software Technologies Hyderabad associates partnered with Nirmaan Organization to support orphan and elderly shelter homes while championing sustainability. Associates generously donated clothing and garments for residents of our Orphan and elderly shelter homes. And any torn and discarded items were recycled live at BGSW's office by our women beneficiaries into eco-friendly cloth bags. This live upcycling session prevented waste and demonstrated how discarded materials can be transformed into practical, beautiful items. Our SwaSha (Swayam Shakti) collection, a series of products made from recycled fabrics and jute, was also highlighted during the event, providing a glimpse into the power of eco-conscious creations. Bosch associates contributed discarded blankets, which were expertly upcycled into daily-use bags. Taking their commitment a step further, many associates joined in stitching these bags, experiencing the hands-on impact of upcycling and directly supporting the journey towards a zero-waste future. We extend our heartfelt thanks to BGSW Hyderabad for their enthusiastic participation and unwavering commitment to sustainable practices and community empowerment.
Empowering Community Wellness: Multi-Specialty Health Camp by Evernorth Health Services and Nirmaan Organization

On October 27, 2024, Evernorth Health Services, with Nirmaan Organization as an executive partner, organized a transformative Multi-Specialty Health Camp in Dattatray Nagar, Quthbullapur, Hyderabad, impacting 320 individuals. This impactful camp provided free health checks for blood glucose, blood pressure monitoring, doctor consultations, and essential medicines, promoting wellness across the community! Under the guidance of Evernorth's India Site Leader, Ashok Venkatachalam, and HR Leader, Yadhu Kishore Nandikolla, this camp was successfully executed with the support of 15 devoted volunteers, including 8 esteemed participants from the U.S. Senior Leadership Training Program. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Evernorth Health Services for their commitment to fostering community wellness and for bringing health services to those in need.
