It's a very great opportunity for our YEP VIZAG students .7 volunteers from different Companies came forward to do mentorship for needy students. Sayali Randhir enrolled in Beauty Parlor Course at Nirmaan Organization VTC Center Shivaji Nagar Pune. I am currently studying for FY Bcom this year. I have my mother at home, I don't have a father, my mother earns 11000 thousand per month from her work. The situation at home is very bad so I need to earn money. I want to complete my education and I want to stand on my feet. I have joined a beauty parlor course so I am taking mehendi and parlor orders. I have received various orders like face massages, and haircuts, and I also get mehendi orders regularly. recently i have done Marathi Serial actor Ms. Bhargavi Chirmule of Marathi serials also calls me for mehendi. She was very happy to talk about the very nice mehendi design. My monthly earned income through this was 5000 to 9000 rupees. I am going to go ahead and start my own beauty parlor center with this opportunity Nirmaan has given me. And stand on my own feet and run to my house. Thanks to Nirmaan all this is possible only because of HSBC Company and Nirman Organization.

"Tense is a grammatical term used to describe time; that is, whether an action or state happened in the past, is happening in the present, or will happen in the future. Tense is not limited to this, but these are its basic uses. We can show different tenses with the use of inflections and auxiliary verbs. " - Quote by Don’t sit silent. Beneficiaries are 65 from KGBV JINNARAM School. We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards @SIDDARTHA REEDY, @Priyanka vankadaru, @Singara jyothi, for their wonderful guest lecture and active participation in the virtual event “Tenses” It was an inspiring session to our school students and also to school teachers. This Session will be very useful in these situations. Topics covered: 1. She writes a book. 2. Moon comes out at night. 3. New Delhi is the capital city of India. 4. Present Perfect Tense: The present perfect tense is used to describe actions that are completed. Types of tenses Uses of tenses. It was a great session about Tenses, and explained very well to students. All the students really enjoyed the session. Students were more impressed, and participated very actively in the session. Students are much more excited for more sessions in future from LTIMindtree. Our sincere thanks for supporting us @LTIMindtree.

Nirmaan team has visited ZPHS Hydernagar, ZPHS Malkajgiri, and ZPHS Jagathgirinagar and interacted with all HMs to reinitiate the Digital Schools Project by providing high-quality Internet facilities to the entire school and charging stations to the provided Tabs in all 5 Schools in Telangana which are supported by Cognizant during Covid 19 time.
We thank Anshum and Jaya Pavan for visiting our center and taking the session on communication for our ITES.The session was very informative and useful for the participants.

Volunteers like you who make the world a better place and we are grateful to have you for having these wonderful sessions. Students had a great time and enjoyed listening to Presentation skills class and gained knowledge. Volunteers presented an easy way with Nice PPT that helped students to understand the Very well. “Coding is today’s language of creativity. All our children deserve a chance to become creators instead consumers of computer science.” We thank all Cognizant Volunteers for conducting the Next Skills 360 Program in 15 Government Schools, supported by Nirmaan in Telangana. Cognizant Volunteers have contributed 110 volunteering hours through virtual sessions and also by visiting schools physically. Students are able to learn coding without using a Computer by using Next Skills 360 Kits. Bharathi is 25 years, and she has 1 kid, due to her financial instability she could not afford proper education for her kids so she has enrolled herself in a tailoring course post completion of the course she is now placed in a tailor shop and now she has become financially independent.
We thank the alumni students of the Vocational Training Centre at Borabanda for volunteering at our center. They taught the students the practices they knew and shared information on how to be more creative on the work front. A very happy session as both the parties, the volunteers and beneficiaries enjoyed it.
Mr. DurgaPrasad Velamala: Introducing Mr Durgaprasad who is working as a Mobilization coordinator for the YEP Vizag project . He is an MBA graduate and started his career as a Computer operator At Suresh School Parvathipuram. Later, he entered into the Skill Development sector and worked as a Computer trainer, next he was promoted to mobilization coordinator. Initially, he hesitated to take this responsibility because he doesn't have experience but with the respect to management, he accepted the promotion and now he demonstrated and showcased himself and worked as Mobilization Manager in Nirmaan for the past 6 + years. His dedication is in action. For the past 6 years every year, we accomplished the training target more than what we committed to the donor.He never denies all the center works like MIS Updation, training, monitoring, helping to placements coordinator, etc. He got the “Long Service Award” from Tech Mahindra Foundation Donor of the YEP VIZAG project. About him, according to his manager, Ch Latha Kumari, “ Prasad is a genuine and genius worker. He always obeys to the organization. whatever the work assigned he would do and he is my right - hand and l are glad to give a major share in my success”. About his family: His father name is Dalinaidu and mother name is Ammadamma. Both live at kothapatnam, parvathipuram dist., working as farmers. He has one brother who works as an electrical contractor .Durga Prasad is married and his spouse name is Malathi.
