She has completed a basic IT course at VTC-Borabanda in 2020 now she is a financial advisor and motivational speaker. She is the inspiration for many women who want to become entrepreneurs wishing her all the best for her career from team Nirmaan.

We are delighted to announce that with the support of Sagelity and Bhumi foundation, we are able to donate 70 new bags, 90 geometry boxes, Water Bottles, and sweaters to children in need at our Zilla parishad high school Gajularamaram in medical Malkajgiri District. These bags and geometry boxes will provide the students with the necessary tools to succeed in their education, particularly in mathematics. We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, and we are grateful for Sagelity's generosity and commitment to make this possible. And a few volunteers from Sagelity came forward to participate on this auspicious day. Let's give a huge round of applause to Sagelity for making this happen!
We went to Kashinagaram Village, Dummugudem Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. and met the village Sarpanch to discuss the Mud houses Construction, and she took us to the village community place where everyone could gather. People gathered in anticipation of getting something, but definitely, it will be good news for them. Due to the Godavari floods, people lost their shelter in the month of June. Houses got damaged completely. As an emergency requirement, we from Nirmaan distributed the Ration kit and Utensils to the people to sustain them for certain periods of time. Determined with the commitment, the team Nirmaan asked them to gather in one place. And then Committee members and the Nirmaan team Discussed the problems they faced after the Godavari floods, and also discussed the solutions to solve those issues. HSBC has come forward to support them with the Mud Houses Construction. Also Passed a Resolution to build their Mud Houses In a few months with the Given Budget. The acceptance of villagers, 100% of the participants of this village have understood the Mud house Construction Program with the Support of HSBC and they are given acceptance with documentary support in front of village leaders. It’s really a Proud moment for Nirmaan to do a prestigious project for Needy People in Bhadradri Kothagudem district. I would like to thank the Central Leadership of Nirmaan for believing in us and giving this auspicious opportunity to do for the Community.

Nirmaan Organization has supported ICU Wards in 50 government hospitals across 30 districts of Telangana during the 2nd wave of COVID 19 with the generous support of CSRs, Institutional and Individual Donors. Additionally, we were also able to support the setup of Tele ICU/Dialysis in 8 rural government hospitals in a HUB and SPOKE Model with NIMS, Hyderabad being the HUB and the Rural Hospitals in Telangana as SPOKEs with the support of the Government Health Department and CSRs. More recently, our team visited the District Hospital, Siddipet and District Hospital, Siricilla to understand the continued impact of the interventions in these hospitals and gather further details to strengthen and support the Government Hospitals through detailed need assessment. The constitution was adopted by the Indian Constituent Assembly on 26th November 1949 & came into effect on 26th January 1950. On this account, Nirmaan Kukatpally branch students have made an India Book which helped them to commemorate and appreciate the Struggles of Indian Freedom Fighters. In Those books, Aspirants have cut and pasted the picture related to the Indian nation -currency, National flag, important monuments armed forces, etc. This day reminds us that every day that we live, our every action and decision should abide by the constitution.
Nirmaan organization @ Kukatpally branch believes in involving the students in practical learning along with theoretical learning to make them understand and learn the concepts. Learning the concept is the first step and applying the concepts and knowledge practically is the second major step. So we @ Kukatpally Training center will conduct the challenges on a regular basis to test the students knowledge on the topics we have covered in the training and this will also increase the competitiveness among the students. So that they will try to improve themselves more. Recently we conducted a small challenge for our students who recently joined 2 weeks back on the occasion of Republic Day. Just the basics of HTML and CSS are used in the challenge and they have designed it so greatly.All the aspirants have participated in the activity. Their designs were quite attractive.This kind of activities were really helpful for the aspirants to develop their coding skills.

Sura Meenakshi from Film Nagar, where her father is a Building contractor and mother is a homemaker. She has approached ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET to enroll in Tally course through social media platform as she grasped that it would assist her in grabbing skills which are vital to start her career. In the course of her training Sura Meenakshi has advertised her latent and performance had shown extraordinary passion in acquiring knowledge about the Tally and had amended her English which raised her spirit. Sura Meenakshi has bagged a first job as Site Supervisor at Techno Paints with C.T.C of Rs.84,000/-p.a.ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET is fruitful to see Sura Meenakshi emerging in her activities that had changed her life making her stand tall and sturdy on the turf. I searched many platforms to find an opportunity to set my career, that’s when I have gone through social media advertisement about this wonderful program and I have got the greatest assistance from entire team of ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET from the time I enrolled in the course until I got placed. Psychology is the scientific study of the mind and behavior. Psychologists are actively involved in studying and understanding mental processes, brain functions, and behavior. The five S’s of sports training are: Stamina, Speed, Strength, Skill, and Spirit: but the greatest of these is spirit. -Ken Doherty In this school Carrier has supported school development works & infrastructure supported from 2019 A student named Sangannagari Mahesh Goud S/o Kishan Goud is studying in class 8 in our Siripura ZPHS, Sangareddy dist. "Mahesh participation in International, National and State level Kickboxing competitions is a big deal". But despite being multi-talented, Mahesh's family is in a very miserable condition. The family has to bear the cost of participating in various competitions. Nirman's services to our school in such circumstances are indescribable. Nirman NGO has been providing various services to our school for the past three years and has been a great advocate for our students. Thank you for your kind and generous support. Special thank you for supporting the talented Mahesh who can succeed in the Olympics, and we hope that you will continue to financially support our student's success in the future. Job readiness session for our women of Nirmaan Skilling Center : Nirmaan Volunteer, Mr. Gagan led an interactive session by asking the students about their hobbies, qualifications, past job interview experiences, and future plans. Where they see themself in the future and what they are going to do. He taught them how to express themselves, be confident, and be ready to conquer the world. We had a micron-making session, in which a student of tailoring got to make a very nice variety of micron items like mobile covers, kitchen, mirrors, and sky lanterns and she taught the rest of the women how to make some small items. In this session, she taught me everything about how to grab a micron and start making each item. These micron items have a lot of value in the market. If women learn to make such items, women can definitely start their own businesses through tailoring and micron and stand on their own feet. All this is possible for women thanks to them Nirmaan and #ADP so thank you #Nirmaan and thank you ADP.
