Volunteering Session on “Menstrual Health and Hygiene”

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards Salma Evangel @Richard Palaparthi and Sneha Sara John for their wonderful volunteering session in the “Menstrual Health and Hygiene” session. The session was very informative and helpful to women participants in addressing issues related to menstrual health and hygiene. Many important questions related to menstrual cycles, symptoms, and problems related to menstrual cycles were raised and addressed. It was an overall interactive session with full participation of presenters and participants. We extend our sincere gratitude to volunteers for taking their valuable time in educating women on menstrual cycles and creating self-awareness on menstrual hygiene through use of appropriate sanitary products available to them.We thank Cognizant for your unwavering support.

Volunteering Session on “Women Rights”

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude towards @khaza parvez, @Sarika Kumari Pandey, and @Prasuna Soumya for their wonderful volunteering session and active participation in the “Women Rights” session.The session was very informative to women participants from Fateh Nagar and Suraram communities and created a lot of self-awareness on the rights of women. It was an intense session which covered topics related to women rights, authorities helping women in safeguarding their rights, and the steps to be followed in case women rights are violated.The session was interactive wherein women were encouraged to question and reason. Participants shared their personal experiences during the session. We extend our sincere gratitude to volunteers for taking time and enlightening the participants on exercising their rights.We thank Cognizant for your unwavering support.
