Durga is 25 year old. There is no support from her family as she got inter caste marriage her husband is a private employee they are blessed with 2 kids. Unfortunately after 9 months of her 2nd delivery they noticed some issues in the mental status of her child due to which she was mentally disturbed she joined a tailoring course at our center with the counseling and support of our team. She has successfully completed her training post completion of the course she was placed in a boutique and earning money for the treatment of her son.She expressed her gratitude to ADP-Nirmaan.
Anitha is 20 years old her father is a mason mother works as a housekeeper she has 3 sisters and 1 brother who are studying in govt hostel they have migrated from a village near Tandur she has completed her intermediate from govt college and couldn't continue her studies. She has completed a tailoring course at our center post-completion of the course. She was placed in Madams beauty parlor as a fresher as she was getting 5000 PM now after gaining some experience her salary increased to 10000 PM she felt very happy and expressed her gratitude towards ADP-Nirmaan
Hema is 21 year old. She has completed intermediate and stopped her studies due to financial problems. Her father is a handicap and her mother is the only bread earner of the family. She is her motivation to support her mother financially she has enrolled herself in ITES course at VTC-Borabanda, post completion of the course she was placed in BPO convergence with a salary of 13020/- PM, she expressed her gratitude to ADP-Nirmaan for providing free course and supporting women who are from underprivileged communities.
Nirmaan.org expresses their gratitude to all cognizant volunteers for coming forward and taking the session on workplace readiness session for computer students of the vocational training center at Borabanda.This session was very useful for the students as they have developed their skills and behaviors necessary for any job.

Naziya is a 32 year old woman. Her husband was a handicap. She lost her husband last year as he has some health issues. After her spouse's death she had to take care of their children and she wanted to acquire some skill. She has enrolled herself in a tailoring course post completion of the course she was placed in a tailor shop now she is earning around 6000 rupees per month she felt very happy and expressed her gratitude to ADP-Nirmaan for providing the free skill and giving the moral support to her during training and showing livelihood support.
Madhavi-Madhavi is a 32 year married woman. Her husband is a confectioner(Prepare sweets) She lives in a joint family and she is blessed with 2 kids. There annual income is below 2 lakhs she got trained in maggam course at VTC-Borabanda post completion of the course she has started generating income by taking home orders she has approached nearby boutiques for orders and able to generate 5000-6000 PM and around 20000 during season now she is able to support her husband financially and taking part in decision making she express her gratitude to our donors for supporting and making her so confident and financially independent.

Student name: Sai Sankeerthana Qualification: Degree Designation: Data Analyst Salary:11000 Company : Digi Pub Apex CoVantage India Sai sankeerthana is a dwarf girl and due to this she is unable to find a job and gets insulted by relatives and friends.But she never give up she joined at our SMART Center to learn the skills for getting job.Fortunately she completed the course successfully and got placed at Apex with salary of 11000/- per month.
Industrial visits provide the students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It gives the students an exposure to current work practices as opposed to theoretical knowledge being taught at their classrooms. Two of our known employers Apex Pvt Ltd & Polagony software solutions Pvt ltd gave our students an opportunity to visit their offices to provide the required interaction which students found very helpful and unique. They now have a higher understanding of the work flow which also cleared their uncertainties. The leaders of these companies also took part in this interaction and wished luck for their careers. This visit motivated and charged up students to start their journey towards their goal.
As a volunteer leader, it’s you who can change this. You can encourage your volunteers, engage and motivate them to grow, and become a source of inspiration! With the same intention, Mr permit lohani and Mr Sourav sanyal from Yash technologies have conducted a volunteering session on Personality development for our NCR School students. Volunteers have explained very well about the topic and cleared all the doubts of the students. We are very thankful to the Yash Technologies team for coming forward and organizing the wonderful session for our students. We look forward to having many sessions in the coming days.

Story telling is a art and Oracle volunteers have shared with our students at Ganesh Nagar and Sadasivpet. 4 Oracle volunteers thought the session of storytelling to 50 students from 2 different school in one day. Students are really enjoyed the sessions and pictures which was shown by the volunteers.
We would like to express a profound gratitude for the invaluable session (Interview skills), contribution and your precious time to provide your volunteer services for the development of the youth. Our beneficiaries gained an indispensable experience to understand/reflect on their non-verbal and verbal communication abilities. Apart from boosting confidence and reducing their stress and anxiety, it provided a safe working environment. We appreciate the initiation of Praveen Kumar .
