Certificate distribution was done for vocational training center borabanda on 17th of sep where 121 students have attended the event out of which 61 women has graduated and 60 under training women have attended the event our sincere gratitude to our donors, there attendance has played an important role in our events success.

A Painting and art Competition was conducted in GSSS Kadipur, Gurugram by Thanjai on 15th September in which 17 students participated. They created beautiful paintings of Lord Krishna, Lord Ganesha, Nature, and other designs. The activity was organized for 2 hours and students were very enthusiastic and happy while doing it. The activity was organized under the supervision of Mr. Brajit Singh from Nirmaan. Some glimpses of the activity and the paintings are as follows:-

We have conducted a placement drive in our center today in which 18 Aspirants from Tally and ITES batches been interviewed by the recruiters from Team Lease Services Limited. Mr. Sam Jose has interacted with the aspirants and briefed the company policies, job role and responsibilities. The aspirants have been screened for positions like Accountants and In-charges.
Kanthi Kumari, from a family of 6, where her father is a supervisor, and mother is a homemaker, as she wasn’t able find an appropriate job due the backlogs in graduation that when one of her friends suggested to join ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET where she could advance her skills at no cost. In the course of her training Kanthi Kumari has advertised her latent and productive performance had shown extraordinary passion in acquiring knowledge about the IT and had amended her English which raised her spirit. Kanthi Kumari had bagged her first job as Customer Support Executive at ACT FIBER NET with C.T.C of Rs.1,44,000/-p.a. ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET is fruitful to see Kanthi Kumari emerging in her activities that had changed her life making her stand tall and sturdy on the turf. I am very glad to ADP NIRMAAN ORGANIZATION, AMEERPET for supporting me to enhance my skills. I felt motivated when I have known about this wonderful program and didn’t expect that the training would be high level as it is free of cost. As part of the Digital school program of Nirmaan, we have organized a Certificate distribution event for 41 students beneficiaries from the Ramanlal shah madhyamik Vidyalaya,pune Event on 06 September 2022 at @Ramanlal shah madhyamik vidyalaya supported by Cognizant company.The project was implemented through Cognizant for Digital school program pune to benefit students and equip them with coding and scratch courses and enable them to learning basic coding .they all students in middle class family so they can't teaching through class coding ,scratch because fee structure is high,so cognizant company volunteers manage session for those students .In this event, many students shared their experiences, what they are learning and this summer camp session is most important .They thanked Nirmaan and cognizant for all their success. We thank cognizant and it's leadership Neville Thomas and Veena Nagpurkar ,Tejas Mahajan, Ravikant salunke all congilnizant volunteer for the continuous support and their proactive participation and taught to students coding and scratch program
“Save livelihood secure family” !! As part of the Skilling initiative of Nirmaan, we have started new VTC centre in Wadarwadi, ShivajiNagar Pune area supported by HSBC. Through this centre we targeted 220 women beneficiaries from unprivileged background. Initially we have stared community mapping and mobilization where we received good response. Our focus equip them with skill courses and enable them to stand up on their own feet and support their families financially. We thank HSBC for their continuous support and their proactive participation.

EPAM volunteers completed educational wall painting in GSSS Kadipur school, Gurugram. Ten volunteers from EPAM participated in the mass volunteering activity. Students and teachers also participated with all enthusiasm. The school building was painted with a number of beautiful paintings related to the environment, cleanliness, girls education, women empowerment, education, art and culture, etc. Post completion, honorable School Principal addressed all volunteers who also showed interest to further participate in any such activity. The Headmaster also showed lot of enthusiasm to welcome such activities in the future as they believe that Educating the society is a collective responsibility and can only be achieved through cooperation. He thanked all EPAM and Nirmaan volunteers for their time and support. The volunteers too, shared their valuable feedback in conducting these type of activities which marked the end for this session.
Our sincere gratitude to CGI CSR for a wonderful day-long Speed mentoring program for the Girl students from the Youth Skill Development center of Nirmaan Organization . Special thanks to CGI team Binoo Mathen Vandan Tulsi Manchella Arul Balasubramanian Aparna Chandan @Meeshad and all the managers who tailor-made this wonderful program that could benefit the students well. 30 girl students from Nirmaan YSD program along with Nirmaan team visited the CGI for this program. The day began with a Leadership Connect session where one of Senior leaders Rakesh Aerath interacted and answered the queries from the students. The students also learnt about success in life and career, the art of Resume writing from Mahalaxmi Reddy , an eye-opening session on Financial literacy by Pranavi, and the students were thrilled to listen to Anatte from US and all many more sessions by managers from CGI was very practical & enlightening. CGI leadership and volunteers also donated Laptops to the students which is of great help to these students. Their learning was very restricted earlier as they don't have digital devices to practice more. These laptops will enable all of them to explore and enhance their skills and do online learning without any stress.
“ Confidence is the key to conquering the world”. “ Being confident is the best part of the career and self-development”. Conducted an activity-based one-to-one session on building confidence while speaking for the new batch of trainees. The session went very well and all the trainees participated with a lot of enthusiasm and interest. Due to the session, Many trainees could overcome their fear of public speaking and started enjoying speaking with each other in the English language even if they are attempting some words with wrong in pronunciation. They were clarified with the correct usage and pronunciation. Hence, it was an overall interactive session.

Dudekula Riyaz is from a family of four, where his father is a miller, and his mother is a homemaker; being passionate about building a promising career he has been driven by one of his friends to enroll in ADP Nirmaan Organisation, Ameerpet to enhance his skills.
