Final Session of Nirmaan’s Training of Trainers was a Grand Success

Final session of Nirmaan’s Training of Trainers was a grand success! We are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the final session of the Training of Trainers (ToT) program, leaving a profound impact on nearly 100 participants. The session was fully packed with valuable insights on various topics, ensuring lasting knowledge for everyone involved. Day-3 commenced with an insightful session on Document Evaluation and Dashboard Presentation & Data Impact Assistance, skillfully conducted by Lavanya and Ravi Kishore. The day also included all enthusiastic participants engaging in an endline test, showcasing how the 3-day ToT session impacted their skills and knowledge acquired during the sessions. Following this, a session on Financial Management unfolded, with Ms. Akhila and Mr. Yashwanth U sharing their insights and equipping participants with essential skills for effective training. However, the final day concluded with a discussion on the significance of Human Resources and its major role in Nirmaan. This in-depth session was led by Himasree Raghumudri, and accompanied by Shirisha Nirmaan, Ramya Vangapandla, Prathima, and Venkata Ramana.
