Super 30 will fully fund 30 meritorious students from low-income rural families through Nirmaan's Career Saathi Program, which has supported first-generation learners since 2015.
Our goal: $100,000 to fund all 30 student's complete six-year journey.
Coaching, entrance-exam fees, books, and career counseling.
Academic costs, skill-building camps, exposure visits, and mentoring.
A laptop, advanced training in AI, Python, data science or cybersecurity, interview preparation and placement support.

When a student lands a job, they pass their laptop to the next student. Each laptop can serve three or more students, so these 30 laptops can go on to reach 100+ students. That means a higher social return on every dollar, lasting impact beyond the first 30, and graduates who pay it forward.
