For children with special needs, access to appropriate learning spaces, therapeutic support, and inclusive infrastructure is critical to their development.
Through the Inclusive Education Program, Nirmaan is strengthening Bhavitha Bhawans, government-supported centres dedicated to children with special needs by creating safe, accessible, and sensory-friendly environments that encourage learning, development, and inclusion.
Provide visual, tactile, and activity-based learning materials, assistive aids, and therapeutic equipment to support diverse learning needs
Strengthen centres that facilitate physiotherapy, speech therapy, and developmental interventions for children with special needs
Engage parents, caregivers, educators, and communities to build an inclusive support system around every child
Create child-friendly learning environments through ramps, railings, accessible washrooms, sensory-friendly classrooms, mural art, and safe learning spaces
My son is on the autism spectrum and faced numerous challenges with communication and development from an early age. With the support of the Bhavitha Bawan, and the continuous guidance, he has made significant progress in his communication, and daily life skills.
