Your impact on the lives of these young learners will be felt for years to come. I am very proud of our collective achievement and the positive change we have brought to Film Nagar Primary School. Nirmaan's Governing Board Meeting Concludes Successfully. Dr. Rajesh expressing his thoughtsnts.

Today We, in Nirmaan conducted Governing Board meeting, In which our board members and leaders from all the sectors participated. After introduction, We presented health ( both mental health and physical health ) progress to Our board members. In physical health Till now We conducted 1) 17 Multi speciality health camps, impacted 7000 + patients. 2) 14 Blood donation camps impacted 2100+ patients. 3) 13 CPR sessions for police personnel. 4) Established Tele dialysis in NIMS HOSPITAL. Impacted 3300+ patients. 5) Medical infra donation to MNJ CANCER HOSPITAL. Exclusively for women. In pipeline establishing Family clinic and Mobile medical unit. Where as DR APARNA MARAMREDDY who is leading MENTAL HEALTH conducted 40 awareness sessions with 1200 beneficiaries and also including vulnerable sections of our community like ( LGBTQ,PWD,OLD AGE HOMES, GOVT HOME FOR GIRLS, TRIBAL COLLEGE STUDENTS Etc, ) Thank you one and all for who supported in this journey. Nirmaan Successfully Rehabilitates Families in Collaboration with HSBC Global Service Centre

Our heartfelt gratitude to HSBC Global Service Centre, India for enabling Nirmaan Organization to work for the rehabilitation of flood-affected families in Bhadrachalam. We are thrilled to announce that with the support of HSBC Global Service Centre, India, Nirmaan Organization has successfully rehabilitated families impacted by the devastating floods in Bhadradi Kothagudem District, Telangana. Together, we have built 74 pucca houses in the villages of Kashinagaram, Sunnambatti, and Sarapaka, providing secure housing for the flood-affected families. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to HSBC and its exceptional leadership team - Michael Raj, Mamatha Madireddy @Anderson Philips @Sudhir Babu @Stephen Liu for standing by us throughout this journey. Their unwavering support has been instrumental in making this project a resounding success. On April 29, 2023, we had the privilege of celebrating the completion of these new homes with an inauguration ceremony. The event was graced by the presence of Shri. Venkateshwarlu, Additional District Collector of Bhadradri Kothagudem, the esteemed leadership team from HSBC Global Service Centre India, members of Nirmaan Organization, and local leaders. These newly constructed homes will serve as a safe haven for the tribal communities, enabling them to rebuild their lives after the devastating floods. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the local leaders and villagers for their constant support and encouragement throughout this endeavor. It is their spirit and resilience that inspire us to continue working towards creating a sustainable impact and making a positive difference in people's lives.

Providing Laptops from AquaSec Leadership for Pwd Students

Access to technology is crucial for students, especially in today's world where everything is moving online. For visually challenged students and girl students, technology can be particularly empowering, as it can help them access information and learn in ways that were not previously possible. By providing laptops, #AquaSec Leadership and Volunteers with the support of Nirmaan Organization are helping to create a more inclusive and accessible learning environment for these students, which will hopefully enable them to progress in their careers and achieve their full potential. By enabling the donation of laptops to visually challenged and girl students, they are helping to bridge the digital divide and provide equal opportunities to all students regardless of their physical abilities or gender

Food Bank Activity Program From State Street

Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person's life. We at Nirmaan Organization heartfully thank State Street leadership and all the volunteers for their active participation in the Food bank activity program to support and feed 100 Elderly and PwD Women from Moosarambagh Old age home on 29th Apr. It was an emotional connect for all the volunteers and also the women from the home to get interacted and bring smiles of hope, care and love. Thank you Rupali Agarwal and Harish Kumar Sirapu for all the tremendous support. Looking forward for more such activities which will create a lot of impact.

Volunteering Session on "Building an Effective Resume" from FactSet

Now, we would like to announce one such event – A #volunteering session conducted by the Factset. We had many online volunteering sessions, but for the first time, Factset has conducted an in-office volunteering session. The session was on building an effective resume. The volunteering session was organized in a most #interactive way. Our #aspirants were divided into teams and each team had a volunteer from Factset who interacted with them and provided #guidelines on how to tailor their resumes in correspondence to the market needs. There’s another interesting part of this Volunteering session i.e., Alumni from the Nirmaan Organization were also invited to share their job role, work life, aspirations, etc. We express our heartfelt #gratitude to the chief members of Factset: Linda S Huber, Rachel R Stern, Venkat, Bhaskar, Shivali, Aitri, Madhu, Anil, Siva, and Ayush for interacting with our alumni, encouraging them to progress in their careers, and to all the other volunteers for providing insight on Resume Building. Nirmaan Skill Centre in Bommanahalli has Successfully Completed Job Drive.

Nirmaan Organization Skill Centre in Bommanahalli, Bangalore has started conducting job drives on a weekly basis. We are committed to ensuring that our trained beneficiaries are placed in good jobs. As many of them are graduating soon, we are even more focused on helping them find suitable employment. We are delighted to see the overwhelming participation of both HR professionals and job seekers in our job drives. Witnessing the joy on their faces when they get shortlisted and selected for a job is truly heartwarming. We would like to share some glimpses of our most recent job drive, which took place on 21 April 2023. The event was a huge success, with many candidates receiving job offers. We would also like to extend a warm invitation to our upcoming job drive, which will be held on 3 May 2023 at our Centre. We hope to encounter many more job aspirants and HRs there and we are confident that it will be another successful event. Gayathri College and Visakha Women's College Establish Volunteering Chapters in Vizag

Success Story of Vijaya Lakshmi

We are happy to share some wonderful news with you all today. Vijaya Lakshmi, a speech and hearing-impaired ( #PwD ) young woman, has just landed her first job at Amazon , hats off to her hard work and dedication. We first connected with Vijaya Lakshmi's family during the pandemic when we supported them with ration kits through Covid support program and helped them set up a Kirana shop as part of our livelihoods program. I met her on her graduation day at the PwD Skilling Center supported by Qualcomm . Vijaya Lakshmi's story is truly inspiring, and we want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to her on this incredible achievement. Disability does not define a person's abilities or potential, and Vijaya Lakshmi is a shining example of what can be achieved with hard work and determination. We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to Qualcomm and its leadership team, including Shashi Reddy Nitin Sharma , Shrut Jain , Aby Babu , @Sudheer Kumar Sunkara and Krishna Kumari . Speed Mentoring Session for 60 Student's, with the Support of F5 Leadership

Ronald Rose Sir, Thank you so much for the opportunity to us to support these girl children navigate to future. It is with immense gratitude that we express our thanks to F5 Networks and its leadership for their unwavering support towards the causes of #womenempowerment , #skilling and #employability for persons with disabilities #PwDs, and continuous volunteering. Their commitment to these causes has been truly inspiring, and we feel honored to have partnered with them. Recently, our organization had the privilege of organizing a speed mentoring session for 60 #younggirls, with the support of F5 leadership. The session covered various topics such as #interviewtips & etiquettes, leadership journeys, and curated speeches from top leaders of F5 Networks. It was an enriching experience for our girls, and we are thankful to the F5 leadership for making it happen.
