Our Nirmaan VTC center's team and beneficiaries tied handmade rakhis to police officers at Shivajinagar police station on Raksha Bandhan to honor them for their service. ADP VTC Pune celebrated Workers' Raksha Bandhan with municipal workers at Bhekrai Nagar, Phursungi to honor their hard work in keeping Pune city clean and healthy. No matter how you choose to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, make sure it is a day that you will never forget. Make a difference in the lives of others and make this festival even more meaningful.

Today, Team Nirmaan.org is happy to facilitate Inorbit, Raheja Corp's significant step to support her journey. We distributed archery equipment at Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad. Summer Camp Closing Ceremony

Thrilling Day 3 of "Training of Trainers": A Fusion of Skill and Knowledge Day 3 of our "Training of Trainers" program was an action-packed experience, brimming with a diverse array of captivating seminars. These sessions seamlessly blended practical skills with profound knowledge, ensuring a holistic learning journey. Ms. Shirisha led a dynamic classroom management training, imparting pragmatic strategies for creating an organized and engaging learning atmosphere. The advanced MS Office lesson by Ms. Nirmala Emmevaru navigated us through invaluable tools and features, poised to enhance our daily work efficiency. Dr. DR APARNA MARAMREDDY's insights into Mental Awareness in Child Psychology and Stress Management provided us with a vital foundation for addressing students' emotional well-being. Through Ms. Supriya B.'s captivating presentation on Social Media, we gleaned insights on tactful online platform utilization for effective organizational branding. Technical prowess received a boost through Ms. Badiganti Niharika's illuminating Python topics, contributing to engaging and enriching technical sessions. The financial discussions by Mr. kartheek komirishetti and Mr. Narsimha Paradesi laid the groundwork for a basic understanding of financial management. Ms. Neerudi Akshaya's presentation on HTML and CSS technologies empowered us with web development skills relevant to today's digital landscape. Our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ushakar Keerthi, Mr. Abdul Khadar, Mr. Manohar G, Ms. Krishna Kumari, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Shanthkumar Garidi, Ms. Anusha Jarapala, and Mr. Mahesh Kumar Koleti for their invaluable assistance across these three days, contributing to the resounding success of the event. A special acknowledgment to Himasree Raghumudri, Supriya B., Shirisha Nirmaan, Ramya Vangapandla, Vandana Bonu, @Kalyani, Siddieshwar and @Vara Prasad from the HR department, without whom the meticulous planning and execution of this event would not have been possible. Skilling Center for Female Sex Worker

Nirmaan’s New Beginning for impacting Female Sex Worker (FSW) Communities. We are happy to share a remarkable news that's close to my heart. Nirmaan has taken a big step towards positive change by opening its very first Skilling Center for Female Sex Worker (FSW) communities. What makes this even more special is our collaboration with one of the largest Community Based Organizations (CBO), a first-of-its-kind partnership for communities led by an NGO. Being a part of the inauguration of this training center was truly a great experience. I had the privilege to engage in inspiring conversations with the leaders of the partnering CBO, who shared the details on the center's inception and the incredible work they're doing for the community. Nirmaan is committing to make a difference in multiple ways: (1) Skilling & Employability (2) Entrepreneurship Support (3) Education for Tomorrow It brings us immense joy to know that our efforts will touch the lives of those who have been left with little choice due to their circumstances. On this special 15th of August, as our nation raises the tricolor flag to honor our forefathers' struggles, we embarked on a journey into accessible and affordable quality health care to the needy. Our Chief Guest, Priya Badshah, Director of Corporate Communications at Invesco, graced the event with her inspiring presence, highlighting the importance of this initiative. The kickoff event was followed by an exciting volunteering session – mock interviews, aimed at building skills and boosting confidence for our talented students. As we successfully complete the training for our first batch, these mock interviews represent the next step on their professional journey. Today has been a truly wonderful day for both the students of Ganesh Nagar School and me. We were given a remarkable opportunity to meet Mrs. Murthy from Micron Malaysia, along with Mrs. Ankit and their team. Their visit to the school was a special occasion, as they came to introduce the students to the fundamentals of coding. Following the informative session, an assessment was conducted to gauge the students' understanding of the material covered. It was truly heartwarming to see Mrs. Murthy, Mrs. Ankit, and their team present certificates and presentations to the students as a recognition of their achievements. The Headmaster of the school and the entire staff expressed their heartfelt gratitude by felicitating our esteemed guests. This recognition has given us an opportunity to increase awareness about our mission and the vital work we do. We strongly believe in not only sustainable technology but also sustainable startups that pave the way for success stories. As a sustainable organization, this award stands as a testament to our commitment. In the previous financial year (2022-23), we successfully made a meaningful impact on the lives of 4 lakh beneficiaries through approximately ~400 (377) impactful projects in 15 states in India! With even greater determination and ambition, for the financial year (2023-24), we have set our sights higher and aim to positively impact the lives of 6 lakh beneficiaries through the execution of approximately 600 impact projects. We are also excited to announce the development of nirmaan.org as a Giving Cloud/platform, enabling individuals and institutions to become Giveback champions alongside us. Together, we can transform one government school and one village at a time! With over 700,000 Indian villages in 780+ districts, we have an incredible opportunity to create lasting change. Session on "Diversity and Inclusion"

Our session-6 on "Diversity and Inclusion" was very encouraging and inspiring. We, Nirmaan have found out that PwDs and LGBTQ+ communities lack education due to discrimination, lack access to skills, unable to find suitable livelihood and have limited support. It is very important to be financially independent for inclusive communities. So Nirmaan has embarked on this journey by providing life support equipment, training courses like beautician, ITES etc. We impacted 2538 beneficiaries for the financial year 2022-2023. We are thrilled to announce that we are going to launch a cafe, 'Hope in a Cup' which will be exclusively run by the LGBTQ+ community. Join us on this journey of laying a road to these communities by empowering other individuals about the diversity and inclusion which is definitely a need of an hour.
