180+ Volunteers from YASH Technologies Join Forces for Seed Ball Making Activity

"Small steps, Big impact - Protect, Preserve and Prosper - Go Green"! 180+ volunteers from 3 different locations (Hyderabad, Indore and Pune) from YASH Technologies have participated in the Seed ball making activity on 6th June, as part of WorldEnvironmentDay celebrations. It is each one of our responsibility to protect and save the Earth. With this initiative, we have created a small impact wherein we have made 600+ seed balls which were planted in the Govt schools and public gardens. Nirmaan Organization is thankful for the leadership of Yash Technologies Peimipem Shanglai Nidhi Singh (She/Her) and all the beloved and enthusiastic volunteers for the continuous support to impact the communities.

Nirmaan Marks Successful Completion of First Graduation Ceremony at Trivandrum Centre

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our first graduation ceremony at Trivandrum Centre! It was a momentous occasion as we celebrated the achievements of our talented candidates who have completed their ITES course, a journey of dedication and growth over the past two months. We were honored to have Mr. Sunil Jose from Trivandrum Infosys, as our esteemed chief guest. The event was further graced by the presence of distinguished bureaucrats like Mr. Rajendran.S (IPS Retired, also President's Medal winner) and Mr. Premachandran (Rtd. AGM from BHEL Bangalore), as well as placement executives from various colleges and HR representatives from notable IT companies. We extend our deepest gratitude to InfosysFoundation and #Nirmaan organization for their invaluable support and guidance in shaping the lives and careers of our 240 candidates. Their dedication and commitment have made a significant impact, allowing our graduates to emerge as skilled professionals ready to excel in the IT industry.

We have discussed at length regarding causes in India and how to build support in the United States, especially, the Bay Area. Introducing the Mobile Medical Van The Mobile Medical Van is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility on wheels, equipped with medical equipment and the capacity to deliver primary healthcare services. With this innovative initiative, we aim to bridge the gap between rural communities and quality medical care. First Collaboration with Voith We are excited to collaborate with Voith, a renowned manufacturing company, on our first partnership endeavor. Nirmaan Visited Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore, Odisha

We are pleased to share that we the team Nirmaan today visited Fakir Mohan Medical College and Hospital in Balasore, Odisha. Our purpose was to assess the situation and extend support to the victims of the train accident that occurred near Bahanaga railway station. The train accident resulted in over 200+injured patients being admitted to the Balasore District Hospital. we had the opportunity to meet some of these victims and provide them with moral support and assistance. We are committed to helping them in their recovery process and ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention. Furthermore, we also learned that around 900+ injured individuals were admitted to the SCB Medical College Cuttack and unfortunately, there have been 500+ casualties. The deceased have been respectfully kept at AIIMS Odisha, Bhubaneswar Hospital. Our deepest condolences go out to the families and friends of those who lost their lives in this tragic incident. During our visit, we had the privilege of meeting with the Balasore District Collector, Sri Dattatraya Bhausaheb Shinde. We are grateful for his positive response to the Nirmaan Disaster Project, which aims to provide relief, rehabilitation, and support to those affected by such calamities. Nirmaan is fully committed to working closely with the local authorities, hospitals, and other organizations to ensure that all necessary measures are taken to support the victims, their families, and individual Our team will continue to assess the situation, identify the needs of the affected individuals, and provide them with the required resources and assistance. Nirmaan and TS.Tribal Educational Institutions has Launched Skilling Program for Tribal Girl Students

Here i am very happy to share this with you a remarkable initiative focused on empowering tribal girl students through skilling programs. In many tribal communities, girls face numerous socio-economic challenges that hinder their educational and career prospects. However, recognizing the potential within these communities, nirmaan organization and Telangana Government tribal educational institutions (TSWREIS AND TTWREIS/JC) have launched programs specifically tailored to address these barriers and provide these young girls with the IT skills they need to succeed. The tribal girl students skilling program aims to bridge the gap between education and employability for girls belonging to tribal communities. These skilling programs have brought about significant positive changes in the lives of tribal girl students. Firstly, they offer these girls an opportunity to acquire practical skills that are in high demand in the job market. By gaining These skilling programs have brought about significant positive changes in the lives of tribal girl students. . By gaining this training, the girls can enhance their employability and economic independence, thus breaking the cycle of poverty prevalent in many tribal communities. Additionally, the programs empower these girls by boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem, enabling them to become active contributors to their families and communities

Nirmaan Conducted Interactive Session on Health Exclusively to PwD at Champapet

Nirmaan conducted interactive session on Health exclusively to PwD ( person with disabled ). At CHAMPAPET PwD hostel. 150 people are staying in this hostel. Listened to their issues 1) 3 deaths were happened recently due to heart attack. 2) Obesity - due to unable to do physical exercises ( Gym, running and walking ) they are facing this problem. 3)own family excluding them. That's why they are staying at government hostels. 4) when ever they go outside unable to use wash rooms. That's why they are consuming very less water daily. 5) asking orthopaedic and physiotherapist assistance monthly once.

Nirmaan Organization and Silicon Labs Successfully Conclude 'Lake Adoption Program'

As part of CSR initiative, Silicon Labs, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization and GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation), have conducted Lake Cleaning Program at Nerella Lake, Kondapur, Hyderabad on 13th April 2022. The participation of 25 volunteers from Silicon Labs, 15 volunteers from Nirmaan Organization, and 10 volunteers from the local community shows the dedication and commitment towards environmental conservation. Collecting and removing 1600KGs of plastic and other waste from the lake is a significant achievement. Removing this amount of waste will not only improve the aesthetics of the lake but also contribute to the overall health and well-being of the local ecosystem. Having Mr.Varinder, Director, SQA of Silicon Labs, join as the chief guest highlights the importance of corporate social responsibility and the commitment of Silicon Labs towards environmental sustainability. We would like to express our gratitude Ms. Bhavani Yadav, Mr. Pavan, Mr, #Ramesh and all #volunteers who have joined the event from Silicon Labs. Such events not only create awareness about the need for environmental conservation but also inspire others to take similar initiatives. Today We, nirmaan team visited 3 lakes Ambir chruvu, pragati nagar lake, and All talab lake. Did need assessment. Two beautiful things happened today 1) Dr.Harikrishna renowned Anaesthetist also participated and did volunteering.
