Launched the ImpactHiring Technology Portal today! We are happy to announce that the ImpactHiring Portal which built by Microsoft & Nirmaan Organization on #Azure is now officially #launched and open for everyone to use. We were #hounoured to have the portal launched by our Chief Guests from Government and #Corporates side Smt. Alagu Varshni, IAS, Telangana State Government and Mr Mayank Wadhwa, #GDC Leader from Microsoft. There were #140+ leaders and #representation from all the #stakeholders who joined #physically and #virtually for the launch #event. During the launch event, #HRleaders, #governmentofficials, and #CSR leaders emphasized the significance of #impacthiring. Priyanka, a #beneficiary, shared her inspiring journey, #highlighting how the program #equipped her with the #skills needed to secure a role as an #Executive. Mayank Wadhwa, Microsoft GDC Leader shared an important vision, "We believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities. This project reflects our deep commitment to #meaningful #impact. We want to help underprivileged individuals find good jobs and build better lives for themselves". One School at a time/ one village at a time, let’s build the developed nation Revisiting my school (Govt Primary School Annaram where I studied till 5th grade) after two decades was an awesome feeling. The changes were evident, but what truly overwhelmed me were the echoes of my childhood – memories of playing with friends, those playful fights, and the little things that once meant the world. As I stood there, I couldn't help but reflect on the impact this place had on shaping who I am today. It's a reminder that our roots, our beginnings, are an integral part of our journey. But it's not just about nostalgia; it's about giving back. We, at Nirmaan, are planning to reach our janmabhumi to contribute to our Schools where we studied.

Ganesh Idol-Making activity

On September 12th and 13th, our dedicated Nirmaan team, with hearts full of enthusiasm, collaborated with YASH Technologies in Pune, Indore, and Hyderabad for the Ganesh Idol-Making activity. We crafted beautiful Ganesh idols using clay, molds, vibrant colours, dry powder, and some disposable items. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and happiness as we molded the clay, joyfully getting our hands dirty together, and sharing ideas and tips. During the process, we ensured responsible management of disposal items, celebrating our culture and traditions in an eco-friendly way. Kudos to all the 200+ enthusiastic volunteers who actively participated in this idol-making initiative and for their commitment to preserving our culture and promoting sustainability. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Yash Technologies for their collaboration and invaluable support in helping us promote creativity and sustainability in such a wonderful way.

CareerGuidanceSession: We hosted 25 students and 6 teachers from Kothaguda School for an enlightening career guidance session. Silicon Labs' team shared invaluable insights, inspiring the next generation to pursue their dreams. BloodDonationCamp: A remarkable 51 Silicon Labs employees generously donated blood, demonstrating their dedication to various causes and potentially saving lives. We express our profound gratitude to Silicon Labs' entire leadership and team for embracing these initiatives.

Mass Plantation Project Synopsys Inc

This incredible project brought together over 200+ Synopsoids, alongside their family members, in a shared commitment to the environment. This project is set to enhance the greenery of our region with the planting of 1000 trees representing 22 different native species, a dedication to our collective responsibility towards Mother Earth. Heartwarming Volunteering Session.

Oprah Winfrey once said, 'By adopting an orphanage, we can transform it into a place of love, growth, and opportunity.' We are proud to share that, with the support of DBS Bank Tech, We have adopted ARUNRainbowHome in Lalapet. Together, We've taken on the responsibility of providing vital support to ARUN Rainbow Home. Our commitment includes nine months of grocery support, building painting, washroom repairs, stationery for their educational needs, and tuition fee assistance. On August 31st, We organized a #heartwarming #volunteering #session. Our dedicated #volunteers engaged with the #children of ARUN Rainbow Home, offering one-on-one mentoring and organizing exciting activities such as themed drawing sessions. We also distributed #stationery kits and ensured they had sufficient grocery stock. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible #45volunteers from the DBS Bank Tech team who made this day truly #unforgettable. Teaching Learning Materia Session

On 05 August 2023, with the support of Bosch, Nirmaan Organization organized a volunteering activity at ZPHS Hydershakote, benefitting 500 students. The event started with the preparation of Teaching-Learning Material (TLM) for 6th and 7th grade by the volunteers of Bosch and Nirmaan to improve students’ learning and provide them with helpful educational resources. Later, the students eagerly joined in sports like Kho-Kho, Volleyball, Rings, Skipping, and Running. Volunteers also played and spent valuable time interacting with students, helping them grow and showcasing their talents. A big thank you to all the Bosch and Nirmaan Organization volunteers for their boundless participation and volunteering support. Your interactions with students have not only enriched the students' lives through sports and educational materials but also inspired a sense of unity and compassion. We would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Bezaleel Johnson- Project Lead of corporate social responsibility (Bosch), for your exemplary leadership and support towards the event. We also thank ZPHS Hydershakote school management and staff for their smooth coordination and assistance.

We thank Cognizant volunteers for conducting career guidance session in Govt senior secondary school Kadipur gurgaon Where 350 children benefited, students. It is volunteers like you who make the world a better place and we are grateful to have you for having these wonderful sessions. We look forward to working with you all in the future. The volunteering session that was conducted by 12 Cognizant volunteers Two hours session taught the students everything they needed to know about Career guidance . It was a very insightful and interactive session. Thanks to the Cognizant volunteers for imparting their knowledge to our government school GSSS Kadipur gurgaon student It is a certificate program where 35 students have completed the course on Higher Order Thinking and STEM from GSSS Kadipur gurgaon schools for 30 days during Summer.
